Here's a clue: Cops are trained to shoot center of mass, NOT to do head shots. There are at least two very good reasons for this.

LEOs, usually deputy constables, have been serving eviction notices around these parts for at least 40 years that I'm aware of.

Same in Nevada, either a constable or a deputy sheriff for as long as I can remember.
