Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseny Yatsenyuk just announced live at the Ukrainian TV Show “10 минут с премьер-министром” (Ten minutes with the Prime Minister) that he resigns.
His resignation comes 2 months after a no-confidence vote in the Ukrainian parliament.
The action of Yatsenyuk is no surprise to anyone. It’s just a consequence of the turmoil in the government in Kiev.
He stated that he’ll officially resign on Tuesday in the Ukrainian parliament, and also called for an immediate election of a new government and majority in the parliament.
We remind you that, Yatsenyuk became Prime Minister after the Maidan coup and has been one of the leaders of the so-called “Anti-Terrorist Operation” (ATO) against the militia in Donbass.
