My take on the shenanigans by the RNC
I hear constantly how Cruz has this amazing ground game, how he's outdone Trump in states like LA and CO and how Trump claims to be a great manager, but is failing. Personally, I think Trump has a better ground game, here's why...
First off, when this election started, Cruz was/is said to be the most hated 1st term senator in congress and most hated by the establishment. So where did Cruz get this well oiled machine to wage this amazing ground game the Fox media keeps touting?
Did he always know the best people to organize, did he always have the political clout to achieve this amazing ground attack? Of course not!
Anyone with a half a brain should know, it is the RNC that has deployed the army of insiders to take down Trump in a political system devised by and rules they built themselves. Cruz should not be given credit for the team behind him.
The RNC keep saying rule are rules! Well, maybe the RNC didn't study all the rules of the game themselves. The rules I'm talking about is how every time the RNC steals delegates for Cruz, Trump counter punches by using the power of the people! This is every bit part of the game.
Trump knows people are already angry about the system and he uses this power against the RNC. It doesn't take much to bring out the ire by telling the people you've been fucked again.
What he does next is the best part...he takes their anger, turns it on the RNC and uses it to tear the republican party apart. Brilliant!!!
By screwing Trump they are destroying themselves...and it's all legal according to RNC election rules!
To the RNC: please keep screwing Trump and the voters, soon your corrupt party will be no more!
I say Trump has the better ground game in the long run. what do you think?
PS: the RNC knows damn well Cruz is not a natural born citizen and will not compete in the general election. Rules are rules!

RNC member: Trump can win with 1,100 delegates

Republican National Committee member Randy Evans said Wednesday that Donald Trump would likely be able to secure the Republican nomination if he captures anything more than 1,100 delegates, short of the 1,237 delegates needed for a simple majority.
"If Donald Trump exceeds 1,100 votes, he will become the nominee even though he may not have 1,237," Evans said on MSNBC's "Morning Joe."
Evans' comment is good news for Trump if it's a sentiment shared by other RNC members, since Trump is at risk of falling short of a majority of delegates by the time of the convention in July. But Evans also warned that if Trump slips much more, the nomination would likely fall to someone else.
"If he gets less than 1,000 delegates, then I think we're looking at a contested convention that could go on for many, many days," Evans said.
"And then in the middle, there's that grey area between 1,000 and 1,100, and that's where the unbound delegates or the delegates that have been released by other candidates come into play to see if there are enough of those to get either Cruz or Trump over the finish line," he added.
As of this week, Trump leads Cruz in the delegate race 743-545, but he's expected to pick up most of New York's delegates next week, and has polled well in other states whose primaries are approaching.
