Oops: CNN Puppet Wolf Blitzer Credits Prince for Writing Jimi Hendrix Song “Purple Haze”
Did Wolf take the wrong kind of acid at Woodstock?
Obviously if the media is pushing the death of Prince in the news so hard that they’re straight up attributing songs to him that he didn’t even write, something else is going on somewhere that we should actually be focused on and paying attention to…
Wonder what that is.
Dear Wolf Blitzer:
This is Purple Haze, by Jimi Hendrix.
Did you mean Purple Rain, Wolf?
That’s okay, Cheerios’ Prince tribute Tweet, which the company has since removed in embarrassment, failed even harder than Wolf just did.

One reason I do not post here much anymore, is because this forum has become one of the 社会/人类的渣滓… (http://dictionary.cambridge.org/us/dictionary/english-chinese-simplified/the-dregs-of-society-humanity) and if as if someone does not make mistakes in choices of words or being crossed up when quoting simmilar songs in names, and the membership here in general just looks for faults in others tho ignoring their own, tho there are still some members here that I think still have a heart..But most here now do not and the good ones have left and the ones remaining now are beyound hope or salvation.
Sad
He played a decent guitar..
Yes he did, I would call him a master musician in his art and the breaking new ground, that made and left his mark on a lot of people, for the good in life..
Anything that is good in life is torn down or ridiculed here and the bad is rejoiced or worshiped..
Karma is a bitch...

First time I heard that tune was was back when I was in Thailand, during the Vietnam war,
Which is sorta funny now because the album was (groups) ? name was "War" !
Was ground support for F-4's and Ac-130 gunships, mostly!
(Spooky tooth's)
Was allowed to fly with spooky a few missions, (off the book) was life changing!

Back in the early to mid 90's, I had a talented photojournalist friend who had previously worked as a still photographer for the "artist previously known as Prince". She told me he was a crazy drug addled scumbag to work for. I can't say she was all that credible though, as she turned out to be a crazy drug addled witch herself.... I think he fired her.
He was a good musician though, I just couldn't stand the faggoty pop culture hype that he came packaged with. I did my best to ignore his music as much as possible.

Yes real strange but he did speak against the controllers, have not heard anything since then except his death, kind like michael Jackson. Both were outspoken about who rules their careers etc.

Its kinda funny I want say about 2 months ago I was at the supermarket checkout and I saw him on the cover of rolling stone or something like that and he gave the appearance that he has not aged( you know how Hollywood can air brush stuff) but the first thing I did was look at his hands.
Hands NEVER LIE.
They looked old and I kinda chuckled to myself how celebs try to deceive the world nothing has changed.
Vanity died this year as well but she was devout church woman.
I should hope Mr Prince was on good terms with his maker.

Quoted for truth. Always, pay attention to a man's hands. That could save your life. Hands, never lie, and hands kill.

Prince's former drug dealer has revealed the full extent of the late-star's secret drug addiction - telling how the superstar was hooked on powerful opiates for over 25 years.
Speaking exclusively to Daily Mail Online, the performer's long-time dealer - who asked to be named only as Doctor D - revealed the singer would spend up to $40,000 a time on six-month supplies of Dilaudid pills and Fentanyl patches - both highly addictive opioid pain killers.
Prince, who was found dead on Thursday at his home in Minneapolis, Minnesota, was secretly cremated in an intimate ceremony at a nondescript funeral home in Minneapolis shortly after an autopsy was completed on Friday, Radar reports.
Prince's sister Tyka Nelson and another family member reportedly spent a few minutes saying goodbye at the First Memorial Waterston Chapel before the musician was cremated.
His death came just days after sources claimed he overdosed on the opiate Percocet.
Doctor D said the musician, who he described as 'majorly addicted', regularly bought drugs from him between 1984 and 2008.
The dealer, often to the stars, said Prince suffered crippling stage fright and could not get on stage and perform without the drugs - but had a phobia of doctors so could not obtain a prescription legally.
Tragically, Doctor D suggests it could have been a physician that unknowingly contributed to Prince's death - by prescribing strong pain killers to the singer for his hip condition without knowing the extent of his secret opiate addiction.

'In the beginning he would buy speed as well as Dilaudid.
'I would sell him black beauties which were a black pill and cross tops which were also speed pills.
'He would use that as a counter balance to get back up again from taking opiates.
'That lasted for a couple of years then he would just buy Dilaudid, which is a heroin based opiate. It is highly addictive.
'As far as I knew he never took heroin - as that would leave you out of it for days whereas Dilaudid gives you an energy buzz as well as making you feel relaxed - so he preferred it.

People do die though. I got (what I believe was) the swine flu and I was congested in the lungs for more than 2 months. I have a strong cough, but if you don't and is an opiate addict that would reduce that response further, you may progressively get worse...

I wonder if I've got what he had. There's a nasty bug going around, some sort of walking pneumonia, it gets into your lungs. I go into these uncontrollable fits of coughing, to the point where my head starts pounding. I could easily see someone having a heart attack from that, if they have any health issues.

I wonder if I've got what he had. There's a nasty bug going around, some sort of walking pneumonia, it gets into your lungs. I go into these uncontrollable fits of coughing, to the point where my head starts pounding. I could easily see someone having a heart attack from that, if they have any health issues.

Thanks, I'm on it, drinking a lot of that emergen-c stuff and a lot of water. I'm over the worst, mostly just hacking up a bunch of gunk in my lungs. It's a bad one, be well folks and hope you don't get it.

Authorities have obtained a search warrant for Prince’s Paisley Park estate, but the court has authorized sealing it, ABC News confirmed Thursday.
Disclosing the details of what the sheriff’s deputies are searching for, court documents say, could compromise the investigation.
The paperwork was filed one day after law enforcement sources told ABC News that prescription drugs (http://abcnews.go.com/topics/lifestyle/health/prescription-drugs.htm) were found in Prince’s possession and at his home.
The Carver County Sheriff’s Office has contacted the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (http://abcnews.go.com/topics/news/us/drug-enforcement-administration.htm) about the possibility of assisting in the investigation if the pharmaceuticals (http://abcnews.go.com/topics/business/drug-companies.htm) are found to be related to the singer's death.
The sheriff’s office says no active work is being done by the DEA at this time because the toxicology work has yet to be completed.
DEA routinely assists local authorities in investigations involving prescription drugs, and a DEA official says the agency stands ready to assist if it is needed.

Prince's Autopsy to Determine Cause of Death Is Complete (http://abcnews.go.com/Entertainment/princes-autopsy-determine-death-complete/story?id=38596341)
The week before Prince died at the age of 57, he was rushed to the hospital in Illinois, where, his rep told ABC News, he was treated for the flu (http://abcnews.go.com/topics/lifestyle/health/infectious-diseases.htm).
Then, last Thursday, the music legend was pronounced dead at his Paisley Park residence in Minnesota. The next day, the chief medical examiner at the Midwest Medical Examiner's office performed an autopsy on the singer's body to determine his cause of death. A report, which will include toxicology results, could "likely take weeks," according to the medical examiner's office.
"As part of a complete exam, relevant information regarding Mr. Nelson’s medical and social history will be gathered,” the medical examiner's office said last week. “Anything which could be relevant to the investigation will be taken into consideration," the medical examiner's office said last week.”

The pop star died of a self-administered accidental overdose of fentanyl, according to the Midwest Medical Examiner’s Office in Minnesota. Fentanyl is a synthetic opioid that is between 50 to 100 times more potent than morphine, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
How Prince obtained the prescription painkiller is not known. His April 21 death at age 57 in his Minneapolis-area compound remains under investigation by the Carver County Sheriff's Office, which had no comment Thursday.

He said: 'I first met Prince in 1984 while he was filming the movie Purple Rain and he was already majorly addicted to opiates - I didn't hook him on drugs he was already a really heavy user.
