The relevant part is only 7 minutes long.

It shows an intelligent race developing and a primitive race remaining primitive and undeveloped, then the primitive race destroys itself through war and the intelligent race saves it's survivors, but then the next day the intelligent race has decayed because it has mixed with the primitive race.

The creator of each race both observe this over a couple of days and the episode ends with the intelligent race-creator, weasel, saying "baboon, we must never marry."

I remember that cartoon on the air what like 15 years ago or so? This really puts into perspective the ways things have accelerated (for the worse) over the last couple decades. At this pace, just imagine the debauchery of our society in the next 15 years.
