Competition is a deception because competition will end up eliminating all competition. That is how darwin works for human beings. 4000 years of competition -- what for? It is the end result that matters and ultimately translates the deception.

Big Pharma is making you stupid: Common cold medicines and heartburn pills found to shrink the brain and slow thinking
25 April 2016 GMT

‘If you find yourself forgetting more than usual, or you sometimes feel like your mind is not as sharp as it once was, you might want to take a look inside your medicine cabinet.

Older people in particular are being advised to avoid some common over-the-counter medications, as evidence piles up of their connection to thinking problems and memory loss.

A study by the Indiana University School of Medicine, published in JAMA Neurology, used brain scans to explore the impact of some common medications on brain metabolism and atrophy in 451 participants. Among this group, 60 people were taking one or more medications that have medium or high anticholinergic activity.’

The great cholesterol con finally unravels: Researchers find lowering cholesterol has NO EFFECT on risk of heart disease or death
25 April 2016 GMT
‘Common dietary advice is to avoid saturated fats and instead consume polyunsaturated fats, like those found in vegetable oils. But this dietary consensus is starting to crack in the face of study after study showing no health benefit to avoiding saturated fat.

The most recent study was conducted by researchers from the universities of North Carolina and Illinois, in conjunction with the National Institutes of Health, and published in the British Medical Journal. It found that while a diet that replaced saturated fat with polyunsaturated fat did cause blood cholesterol to drop, this led to no change in the risk of heart disease or death.

Except among the people who had the greatest drop in blood cholesterol. Those became more likely to die.’

I take "zocor" daily without side effects. Cholesterol is approx 150, I can drop it to 130 by eating oatmeal daily.

The Mrs. has cholesterol in the range of 233 and her Dr. put her on a statin. She can only take it every 3 days because of side effects. Her cholesterol actually went up a point after 6 months so the Dr. put her on zocor too. She's been taking it for a week now with the same side effects.

She he suffers from FMS "fibromyalgia" and has taken Lyrica in conjunction with a minimal fentynal patch for years for the chronic pain. After a straight week of taking the "statin" this go round she has said fuck it once again, the pain is again unbearable, which its not, when not taking the statin.

Gonna give niacin and CoQ10 a shot and see how that helps.

I would suggest listening very closely to Dr. Bruce Lipton and his presentation of his The Biology of Belief, powerful stuff (this is only one of several presentations of same by Bruce Lipton) -

(this video appears to have breaks in his lecture, this is due to him speaking to a non-English speaking audience and the breaks are where his interpreter is speaking)

Cholesterol is literally the food for your brain. It's a good thing.

Please watch this documentary, it explains the truth about cholesterol and diet:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fvKdYUCUca8

Taking cholesterol blockers literally dumbs you down.

Also stop eating oatmeal, holy shit you're going to fuck your mind up.

I don't know how people have the time and patience for these long videos. Isn't there a cliff notes version I can plow through in 5 minutes? I find that it is intolerable watching the vids and what is really germain can be stated quite succinctly and in about 1/10th the time.

I'll try to give you a synopsis:

Basically the medical establishment started saying that eating fat and cholesterol was bad, so you started seeing "Low Fat". Low Fat tastes like crap so food manufacturers replaced the fat with sugar. At the same time margarine was being promoted as healthy over butter (butter is healthy and margarine is toxic,) and a lot of polyunsaturated fats (canola oil, corn oil, soybean oil) were being promoted over saturated fats (lard, butter, and so on.) These "scientists" have gone as far to say eating eggs is dangerous and unhealthy since they have scary cholesterol, which is insane since eggs are extremely healthy.

Basically the scientific establishment pushed the following. Keep in mind the literal opposite of everything listed here is the truth (except the fruits/vegetables part):

Avoid saturated fats.
Limit cholesterol in food
Use more polyunsaturated oils
Cut back on eggs or eat only egg whites
Eat lean meat and limit red meat
Drink low fat milk and lots of it to get necessary calcium
Limit consumption of fat to 30% of calories
Eat 6-11 servings of grains per day
Restrict salt
Eat at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables per day
Choose more “protein rich” soy foods over animal proteins

Suggestions in the list above as well as sugar + carbohydrates (unfermented/unspouted) cause high levels of inflammation, which is the primary cause of heart problems and heart attacks. There's no connection between cholesterol and poor heart, actually it's quite the contrary. The problem is all the sugar and carbs in the diet, as well as all these bullshit healthy food guides they've pushed.

Pretty much invert the food guide pyramid and that's how you should eat. No joke.

What you should be doing:

Consume saturated fats liberally. I literally take spoon fulls of raw grass fed butter and fermented cod liver oil every day.
Eat cholesterol in food liberally.
Avoid polyunsaturated oils.
Eat pastured eggs liberally.
Eat grass fed meats, especially red meats. Also use the bones to make bone broths.
Drink raw grass fed milk.
Consume saturated fats liberally.
Avoid grains/legumes unless you properly ferment and/or sprout them first, but still eat them within moderation.
Enjoy salt, preferably minimally processed salts.
Eat at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables per day.
Avoid all soy. Soy is totally toxic UNLESS it's fermented. Natto, which is fermented soybeans is very healthy and a great source of Vitamin K2.

The key to vein problems is found in the mouth. Toothpaste and mouthwashes. These destroy the ability of organisms found in the mouth from producing NOX (nitrous oxide to some). This substance can be likened to teflon for the veins.

The fix?

Watch what goes into your mouth. There are NOX pills available (of course ... why wouldn't there be?)

If you never listen to another video you should at least listen to Bruce Lipton. There are very short Bruce Lipton videos on jootube to give you an idea what his presentation is about however to get the red meat you either need to listen to that video or read his book The Biology of Belief. If you're wanting to transform your life for the better that will definitely do it. He takes the spiritual concept of 'the perception of reality is more important than reality itself' to its logical conclusion, proving it with science. It's some of the most rock solid info I've ever found. He's also good friends with Rupert Sheldrake (who got his TED Talk banned 'cause he destroyed Richard Dawson's The God Delusion).

My doctor informed me that my cholesterol was a little high six months ago (from a test he did four years ago! WTF) I told him that I thought that was a good thing and that those levels were probably what a healthy individual should have. He just stared at me.

Coconut oil is an amazing triglyceride. Its has a high proprtion of MCT's (medium chain triglycerides) which are sent straight to the liver rather than converted to fat and stored as adipose, there is good evidence this stimulates metabolism.
