LANCASTER, Pa. (WHTM) – A Quarryville man accused of spying on a 10-year-old girl while she used a public restroom has been formally charged with possession of child pornography.

James Thomas Shoemaker, 19, was initially charged with invasion of privacy in connection with the April 14 incident at a Sheetz (http://abc27.com/2016/04/18/quarryville-man-charged-after-10-year-old-girl-reports-seeing-him-in-bathroom/) in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

Shoemaker had allegedly spent an hour watching porn in the women’s bathroom before he used his phone to look over the stall a 10-year-old girl was using.

At the time of the incident, investigators took Shoemaker’s phone so that it could be forensically analyzed. Results of the investigation revealed that Shoemaker had numerous nude photos of his 16-year-old girlfriend.

Shoemaker was arrested Thursday and jailed on $250,000 bail.

I was going say he needs to claim he's a refugee Muslim, and the infidel 10 year old should have been wearing a burka, so it's her fault. I don't think his red hair matters, it's religious freedom and our liberal media will sure help this cause....

But, I agree with others, let God sort it out. He needs to be delivered to face his judgement before God. The best we can do is supply the rope, maybe pick out a good tree.
