In all *fairness* many of those packages ARE clearly labeled 'serving suggestion'.

Re: the frozen broccoli - I'm wondering where the florets were used. Note that the the broccoli package is clearly marked 'broccoli cuts'. Very similar to 'cheese food', i.e. it's made to sound like something it isn't yet still 'legal(ese)'.
