Over twenty years ago Dr Joseph M Price demonstrated the undeniable connection between the practice of chlorinating water supplies and arteriosclerosis, in which a plaque composed mainly of cholesterol builds up inside arteries, resulting eventually in heart attacks and strokes.
Cholesterol is a lipid (fatty) substance present in all animal cells and essential to life; it's a precursor for many common bio chemical compounds. But when excess chlorine has been absorbed from drinking chlorinated water, it reacts 'with some of the cholesterol in the blood, forming the yellowish fatty deposits that accumulate along artery walls, narrowing and hardening them, and often causing ruptures.
The fact that the buildup is mostly cholesterol has led to the common assumption that the amount of cholesterol consumed is what determines susceptibility to heart disease. But while reducing cholesterol intake can tower risk somewhat, the theory that cholesterol is the sole cause of heart attacks has serious flaws.
It ignores the fact that heart attacks were virtually unknown until this century, when chlorination of water began, and they remain quite rare in places such as China as long as the practice is not adopted. It also does not explain how people such as eskimos with massive cholesterol intakes remain free of heart disease. .
Nor does it account for the buildup of a chemically similar deposit on inorganic surfaces where chlorine and cholesterol come in contact, such as in containers and hoses which are washed in chlorinated water, then used in dairies for handling milk, which of course is full of cholesterol. This and much related evidence is detailed in Dr Price's 1969 book, "Coronaries, Cholesterol, Chlorine" (Jove Books, NY, USA).
Chlorine in water also reacts with other substances present to form such carcinogens as chloroform and assorted organic halides. Chlorine, fluorine, iodine and bromine are known as halogens ('salt formers'). These all have seven electrons in the outer orbits, so to fill in the eighth they readily latch on to electrons in other atoms. Since they seldom part with electrons, they and their compounds tend to be very non-conductive, so their roles in our conductive processes come to a grinding halt. Their relative scarcity is a lucky break for life in general.
The effectiveness of H2O2 or ozone in reversing arteriosclerosis is due to the scouring effect of the active single oxygen released, which oxidises the accumulated lipids from arterial walls, restoring the arteries flexibility and capacity.

Homeopathic dosage: Clean the genital area, then collect midstream urine in a clean cup or container. Add one drop of fresh urine to 1/6 ounce of distilled water in a sterile bottle. Cap, then shake 50 times. Take one drop of this solution and add to another 1/6 ounce of distilled water and shake 50 times. Add one drop of this solution to 1/6 oz. of 80 to 90 proof vodka (acts as a preservative). Lots of limestone about so they were probably quite rejuvenative as well due to high mineral content.

The sweet water springs were either capped, diverted to waste water or facilities were built to inject salt into them - possibly other things as well. I guess it was to destroy the health value of the water or modify it's balance to reduce it's life force absorbtion abiltiies. There are quite a few YouTube videos of individuals utilizing Pauling's therapy and who have cleared up their arteries using that method. I've been doing it now for over 5 years, I take on average 10-15 grams of Vitamin C a day and up to 2 grams of Lysine.

To add to that, I even have documented evidence of regrowing my spinal disc. My number 3 vertebrae in my lower back (I could be wrong on the number) had a thinning disc 5 years ago and was causing me back pain. Doctor said there was nothing I could do but to do as much as I could to strengthen the muscles in my lower back to help take some of the pressure off. That's when I saw someone post an article about the Pauling therapy and I then learned that Vitamin C is the basic component of collagen and collagen is the make up of spinal disc. Spinal disc can regrow, it just takes a long time.

I went back to a different chiropractor (I moved since then) and I asked about thinning disc, and he looked at my X-Ray and said "I see no evidence of any thinning disc, actually your spine looks like someone in their early to mid 20's not mid to late 30's."

So take it for what it's worth, I've had no lower back issues for the past 2 years, and I'm still taking 10-15 grams of Vitamin C a day.

Another thing I noticed, you do not get as sore after exercise while taking a lot of Vitamin C. So another benefit I thought I'd pass along.

Dr. Pauling put it this way. A 150 lb goat produces 12-14 grams of Vitamin C a day. Humans if we had the ability too is theorized that we would produce close to that given the weight ratios. It was also remarked by Mr. Pauling (I could be wrong) that if we continued to make our own Vitamin C that our life span would be greatly expanded. Upwards up to 200-300 years for the average life span.

I've taken as high as 40 grams per day of vitamin c and it is recommended that you do that up to bowel tolerance when you have plaque build up in your arteries. Six grams of lysine per day is recommended to bind to the Lp(a) cholesterol that the plaque is made out of. Proline is also recommended to bind the plaque. Right now I'm taking about 20 grams per day of Ascorbic acid/vit c, 6 grams of lysine and 1 1/2 grams of proline.

I started feeling good after the surgery at about six weeks when I started taking the high doses of C. It's been a little over a year since I had the operation and I'm back to normal. I stopped all prescription meds at three months and only take supplements. The scar has almost disappeared and it's almost like it never happened. I have no pain or health problems other wise.
