The message to take away from this is that the Pre Nup has no value to the Judge - unless you are rich. Then, the Judge and Co can obtain value from it. However there must clearly be a threshold dollar value that must be available to the Judge and Co to make it worth their while enforcing the Pre Nup.

If you only had say $250,000 of assets and a Pre Nup then the Courts would need to utilise their agents to extract that value via service fees, because enforcement of the Pre Nup would not yield enough. $250,000 divided 3 ways unevenly would not give Judge and Co the required $$.

Notice that the Judges say that they would not enforce the Pre Nup but would resort to fairness. Fairness is the cornerstone of equity. All Family matters are dealt with in equity and not courts of law.

A court requires several things. It must be presided over by 2 Judges and it have public hearings. Family courts have neither of these things.

I suggest that if you had say, $300,000 of assets and your Pre Nup incorporated a payment of $250,000 to the Judge and Co, the Judge and Co would readily recognise your Pre Nup agreement.

Mamboni's joke response above reminded me of this image in which a Japanese guy sincerely tries to justify his weirdness of waifu. I then invited Shami to school us on waifu.

By doing so, I'm hoping that all us guys here at GSUS can disabuse the notion that ALL women are evil and to be avoided. That makes no sense and results in this waifu insanity.

Us older Boomer generation already know our own moms (before women's lib) were decent honorable wives and mothers.

I am using Sarah Willis in this thread as just one possible example.

I'm one of the lucky ones I suppose who was raised in a tradition happy family. I've never seen my parents ever raise their voices to each other. My mom stayed at home, my father provided for us with one income. My brothers and I watched almost no tv growing up, we were outside being active. In fact, I just celebrated my father's birthday, and mine (they are close) last night. We shared presents, had our traditional dinner...mom made fondue, and ice cream pie. To this day, I love my parents, and my brothers are my best friends.

That image is actually pretty accurate. My thoughts were 80% of women are having sex with 20% of men. Regarding labeling men as either alpha or beta, I disagree however. I don't it's that simplistic. I don't think acceptance from women defines men in such a way.
