The Clinton Foundation’s finances are so messy that the nation’s most influential charity watchdog put it on its “watch list” of problematic nonprofits last month.
The Clinton family’s mega-charity took in more than $140 million in grants and pledges in 2013 but spent just $9 million on direct aid.
The group spent the bulk of its windfall on administration, travel, and salaries and bonuses, with the fattest payouts going to family friends.
“It seems like the Clinton Foundation operates as a slush fund for the Clintons,” said Bill Allison, a senior fellow at the Sunlight Foundation, a government watchdog group where progressive Democrat and Fordham Law professor Zephyr Teachout was once an organizing director.
– From last year’s post: Senior Fellow at Sunlight Foundation Calls the Clinton Foundation “A Slush Fund” (https://libertyblitzkrieg.com/2015/04/27/senior-fellow-at-sunlight-foundation-calls-the-clinton-foundation-a-slush-fund/)
Thanks to Charles Ortel, it’s time to prepare ourselves for some more Clinton Foundation revelations.
The Washington Free Beacon (http://freebeacon.com/issues/wall-street-whistleblower-turns-scrutiny-clinton-foundation/) reports:

The Wall Street analyst who uncovered financial discrepancies at General Electric before its stock crashed in 2008 claims the Bill, Hillary, and Chelsea Clinton Foundation has a number of irregularities in its tax records and could be violating state laws.
Charles Ortel, a longtime financial adviser, said he has spent the past 15 months digging into the Clinton Foundation’s public records, federal and state-level tax filings, and donor disclosures. That includes records from the foundation’s many offshoots—including the Clinton Health Access Initiative and the Clinton Global Initiative—as well as its foreign subsidiaries.
This week, Ortel is starting to release his findings in the first of a series of up to 40 planned reports on his website (http://charlesortel.com/). His allegation: “this is a charity fraud.”

The Sunday Times of London described Ortel as “one of the finest analysts of financial statements on the planet” in a 2009 story detailing the troubles at AIG.
“Where you or I see pages of numbers, [Ortel] sees a narrative,” wrote Sunday Times reporter Tim Rayment. “Sometimes the theme is a company’s potential for growth. Sometimes it is the prospect of self-destruction. And at times the story does not make sense, because the figures are hiding a fraud.”
Ortel turned his attention to the Clinton Foundation in February 2015. To learn more about the charity, he decided to take it apart and see how it worked.
“I decided, as I did with GE, let’s pick one that’s complicated,” said Ortel. “The Clinton Foundation is complicated, but it’s really very small compared to GE.”
When Ortel tried to match up the Clinton Foundation’s tax filings with the disclosure reports from its major donors, he said he started to find problems.
“I decided it would be fun to cross-check what their donors thought they did when they donated to the Clinton Foundation, and that’s when I got really irritated,” he said. “There are massive discrepancies between what some of the major donors say they gave to the Clinton Foundation to do, and what the Clinton Foundation said what they got from the donors and what they did with it.”
Last year, the Clinton Foundation was forced to issue corrected tax filings for several years to correct donation errors. But Ortel said many of the discrepancies remain.
“I’m against charity fraud. I think people in both parties are against charity fraud, and this is a charity fraud,” he said.
A spokesperson for the Clinton Foundation did not comment on the claims.

No one should be questioning whether the Clinton's will win the White house, they won't. Hillary will not be the nominee.
The only question is, how can we get these filthy criminals put in prison, along with those that covered up their crimes.

This is probably a huge reason the elite are trying to stop Trump. He will investigate and prosecute them. The Bush's will be implicated too.

Is This More Clinton Corruption?

The longer Hillary Clinton is in this presidential race the more she is scrutinized and the more corruption comes to light.

http://thetrumpreport.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/12/clintonhillary_foundation-getty-300x169.jpg?189db0 (http://thetrumpreport.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/12/clintonhillary_foundation-getty.jpg?189db0)

One of the latest concerns the Clinton Foundation’s Colombia-based investment company, “Fondo Acceso”, which was not registered as a private equity fund in Colombia.

This allowed it to avoid certain industry regulations and oversight from the Colombian government.
Sounds a bit like a version of Hillary’s email servers hidden in the bathroom, doesn’t it?

Clinton’s “Fondo Acceso” described itself as a “Private Equity Fund” in company promotional materials and business presentations, but it is not listed in a database maintained by the Colombian government of current or previously registered private equity funds.

In fact, according to its own corporate records, “Fondo Acceso” is registered in Colombia as a “simplified stock corporation,” which legal experts say precludes it from doing business as a private equity fund and trying to raise capital.

According to Colombian lawyers it would be unusual in Colombia for a company to identify itself as a private equity fund when it was actually a simplified stock corporation. The only reason a company might do this to avoid being under the surveillance and regulation of the Superintendency of Finance.

Website Disappears

But “Fondo Acceso’s” website, which was registered in 2010 to Monika Kellner, a Clinton Foundation official, described itself as “a Private Equity Fund that seeks investment opportunities in small and medium Colombian companies with the purpose of obtaining economic and social returns.”

The website also included a contract for companies seeking investment to fill out, which authorized the release of financial and other internal information to “Fondo Acceso” and the Clinton Foundation.

As is usual with the Clintons when they are exposed, the Clinton Foundation declined to release a full list of “Fondo Acceso’s” investments.

And by a strange coincidence, just after the existence of the Clinton’s $20 million investment firm was exposed publicly, its website “disappeared” from the internet.

Perhaps it too has made its way to one of Hillary’s bathrooms?

This is just a little bit more reason for us to ensure that this woman is not become the next President of the United States.

Please register to vote, and do vote when the time comes, for Donald Trump, the man who can not only beat Hillary but also make America great again.

One is the Acceso Fund, LLC, which was registered by the Corporation Trust Company at 1209 North Orange Street in 2009. The Clinton Foundation has used the company to channel money to its Colombia-based private equity fund, Fondo Acceso.
The private equity fund, which is run out of the Clinton Foundation’s Bogota office, has invested in telecom and food processing companies in Colombia, the Free Beacon reported (http://freebeacon.com/politics/clinton-foundation-running-private-equity-fund-in-colombia/) last November.
Another Clinton Foundation company, Acceso Worldwide Fund, Inc., was registered in 2013 by the Corporation Services Company, located in Wilmington, Delaware.

http://freebeacon.com/issues/delaware-address-home-200000-shell-companies-including-hillary-clintons/

The private-equity fund was formed in 2010 by former President Clinton, Mexican billionaire Carlos Slim (who owns 17% of the New York Times) and Canadian mining titan Frank Giustra. The precise impetus behind it all is hard to tell.

Clinton Email Case Further Undermines Confidence in the US Justice System

Clinton email evidence so far doesn’t suggest intent to break law, officials say … Prosecutors and FBI agents investigating Hillary Clinton’s use of a personal email server have so far found scant evidence that the leading Democratic presidential candidate intended to break classification rules, though they are still probing the case aggressively with an eye on interviewing Clinton herself, according to U.S. officials familiar with the matter. –Chicago Tribune
When the scandal broke that Hillary Clinton had been using her personal email to send classified documents, the presidential hopeful was put in a precarious position. Now, as her case develops we see that it is the country’s legal system as a whole that finds itself between a rock and a hard place.
If Hillary is not indicted the population will see that the justice is not being doled out equally, with those at the top seemingly above the law.
On the other hand, if she is indicted, the resultant furor will likely create other negative perceptions.
The US justice system does not need more bad news, especially after the death of Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, who many believe was murdered.
Destabilized justice systems are bad for their nation-states. Nonetheless, in the US, such destabilization continues apace. Hillary Clinton is going to exacerbate that trend.
A March 2014 Rasmussen poll found that 43% of Americans believed that US justice is “unfair” to most Americans. Only 33% of those polled thought it was fair to poor Americans. 58% Americans trusted a jury more than a judge.
An April 2015 Harvard poll revealed that half of young Americans lacked confidence “in the nation’s justice system or don’t trust their local police to do the right thing.”
Even more abysmally, a recent CNN poll revealed that “just 13% of Americans agree that the U.S. government “can be trusted to do what is right always or most of the time.”
The news about US federal institutions is increasingly bad. Edward Snowden’s revelations of illegal NSA domestic spying created a significant furor.
The FBI’s unconstitutional worldwide expansion is less well known, but its quasi-manufactured terrorist incidents have received widespread coverage in the alternative ‘Net media, much of it disapproving.

The increasing violence of civilian police officers is well known and subject to considerable mainstream reporting.
Then there are plans by such individuals as George Soros to exploit people’s unhappiness via such groups as Black Lives Matter.
There are alternatives to the current system of course. Here at DB, for instance, we’ve helped remind people that justice used to private and ad hoc.
If people had difficulties with one another, a third party was brought into adjudicate. Or the differences were simply settled between the parties concerned.
Occasionally there was violence, but for the most part such violence was either a last resort or presented to motivate the parties concerned to settle matters peaceably.

That is not the case today. In the US alone there are perhaps six million involved in the prison system at any one time. But these statistics do not encompass the totality of the US criminal-industrial complex.
In fact, the trend is toward private prisons that basically condemn prisoners to slavery so long as they are incarcerated. Private operators of prison systems even have contracts in place that mandate communities must generate a certain level of convictions.
Some years ago USA Today carried an article citing the absurd statistic (as we recall) that one out of every three individuals had experienced some sort of potential criminal interaction with the US justice system by the time they were in their mid 20s.
It used to be too expensive to build this kind of system. But the installation of central banking economies worldwide have made the expense of incarceration something of a secondary concern.
These systems are constantly evolving because so many individuals are involved in support jobs. However, a case such at the one in which Hillary Clinton is involved can do considerable damage.
Clinton is an extremely controversial figure as is her husband. For years the Internet has featured alternative media reports of their alleged misdeeds, from embezzlement and theft to rape and serial murder.
If Clinton is not indicted for her apparent email transgressions, a sizeable minority – or even a majority – of US citizens will conclude once more that the system is biased and even “broken.”
According to this Tribune article, that is just what may happen however:

In recent weeks, prosecutors from the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Eastern District of Virginia and their FBI counterparts have been interviewing top Clinton aides as they seek to bring the case to a close.
CNN reported Thursday that longtime Clinton aide Huma Abedin was among those interviewed. A lawyer for Abedin did not immediately return an email seeking comment.
The involvement of the U.S. Attorney’s Office is not indicative that charges are imminent or even likely. One official said prosecutors are wrestling with the question of whether Clinton intended to violate the rules, and so far, the evidence seemed to indicate she did not.
Additionally, the article states that “There is no indication a grand jury has been convened in the case.”
It is hard to know the reason for these leaks. Perhaps they are intended to influence public perception.
Or maybe top FBI executives have concluded an indictment is impossible to make for a variety of reasons, including political ones, and are trying to get out ahead of public opinion on the matter.
Here at DB, we won’t take any position on Ms. Clinton’s potential innocence or guilt. However, there is no way of winning with such high profile cases. They inevitably generate even more questions about the entire system with increasingly significant – and possibly near-term – consequences.
Conclusion: In the long term, such questioning is an unmitigated good … given the suffering the system causes. In the short-term, US justice (and Western justice generally) is likely to face increasing and significant turbulence. It is a “broken” system that does not offer any real possibility of significant repair.

Press Release: Fondo Acceso SAS Announces First Investment in Colombia

New York, NY

PRESS RELEASE

The Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Investment Fund formed by philanthropist Frank Giustra and the Fundacion Carlos Slim, in association with the William J. Clinton Foundation, makes a US $1.35 million investment in Alimentos SAS, a promising Bogota-based fruit by-products manufacturer
Investment to result in the creation of 277 new manufacturing and farm jobs in Colombia

New York, NY, September 15, 2011 — Fondo Acceso S.A.S. (Acceso) announced today that it will invest US$ 1.35 million in Alimentos SAS (Alimentos), a 28-year-old Bogota-based manufacturer that produces several lines of fruit by-products including natural fruit juices and pulp for distribution in supermarkets as well as to institutional consumers. The investment (a combination of debt and equity) will facilitate Alimentos’ implementation of plant improvements enabling them to secure industry certifications and to introduce innovative shelf-stable technology allowing expansion into new markets. The investment in Alimentos will be made directly by Fondo Acceso SAS, a Colombian enity and subsidiary of Acceso Fund LLC.

Acceso was incorporated in 2010 by Fundacion Carlos Slim, A.C. and the William J. Clinton Foundation in association with Frank Giustra. Through this partnership and President Clinton’s focus on the issue, Acceso addresses the limited financing opportunities for the small-and-medium-sized enterprise (SMEs) sector in Colombia — a sector that is underserved by traditional capital markets. Acceso uses market-based approaches to make disciplined investments in the form of loans or equity, not grants. Acceso measures both social and financial returns, with social returns sought in the form of job creation. Over the next five years, the investment in Alimentos is expected to generate 277 new jobs — 100 in manufacturing and 177 in agriculture from the Colombia farm community that supplies fruit to Alimentos.

“By providing SMEs access to capital and assuring they seek the technical assistance needed to grow responsibly, we believe that they are well-positioned to expand. Through innovative funds such as Acceso, NGOs can be a catalyst for stimulating private financial market support of SMEs”, said Carolina Botero, Manager, Fondo Acceso.

About Fondo Acceso SAS

Fondo Acceso S.A.S. (Acceso) was incorporated in 2010 by Fundacion Carlos Slim, A.C. and the William J. Clinton Foundation as part of the Clinton Giustra Sustainable Growth Initiative. Small-and medium-sized enterprises (SME’s) employ 30 percent of the Colombian labor force, but face challenges in accessing the financing that would enable them to expand. Acceso works to provide emerging SMEs in Colombia equity financing alternatives along with capacity-building assistance. To learn more about Acceso, please visit: www.fondoacceso.com (http://www.fondoacceso.com/).

About Alimentos SAS, SA

Alimentos SAS has a 28 year history working in Colombia’s processed food market. In 2005, the company was acquired by Mr. Daniel Gaviria and Mr. Luis Trujillo, former executives in Colombia’s dairy industry. The combined vision of Mr. Gaviria and Mr. Trujillo is to apply the extended shelf-life and conservation processes common in the dairy industry to the fruit juice and fruit puree markets.
