With all the speculation going on in this election, who will Trump pick for VP, will Trump and Ryan come to terms, what states can Trump win in the general against Hillary, silly polls, on and on and on. One thing not being speculated is, Joe Biden stepping in at the convention.
Suddenly he rears his ugly head and starts speaking! That's how it starts.

Though he doesn't regret taking a pass on the 2016 election, Vice President Joe Biden says he intended to run for the presidency – and considered himself the right man for the job.
"I planned on running," he told ABC's Robin Roberts in an interview that aired on "Good Morning America" Wednesday. "It's an awful thing to say, but I think I would have been the best president."
Biden's son, Beau, died last May at the age of 46 after battling brain cancer, a devastating tragedy the vice president said was a major factor in his decision. He was coy with his plans for months, but Biden announced in October he would not seek a promotion.
"It was the right thing, not just for my family, but for me," he said.
"No one should ever seek the presidency unless they're able to devote their whole heart and soul and passion into just doing that," he said. "And, Beau was my soul. I just wasn't ready to be able to do that. But, so, my one regret is my Beau's not here. I don't have any other regrets."
BULLSHIT---> In the interview, Biden also said he was "confident" former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton would win the Democratic nomination. "And I feel confident she'll be the next president."

Vice President Joe Biden’s late son Beau told his father to run for president before he died, according to a report.
New York Times columnist Maureen Dowd, in her weekend column entitled “Joe Biden in 2016: What Would Beau Do?,” describes, in great detail, a conversation that Beau had with his father before dying, urging his father to run for president rather than letting the office fall to former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. Joseph “Beau” Biden III died of brain cancer at the end of May. Dowd’s source for the anecdote is not clear from the column.
Vice President Biden has been holding meetings at his Washington home to discuss the possibility of a run, according to Dowd.
