I think this kind of story is BS like most stuff we hear about fighting corruption and incompetent governance including the agency every one calls "the government".

I heard today and I need to check this out some more, Judges are ecclesiastical arbitrators. To find yourself in a court operated by a Judge you are not in a constitutional court. In Australia at least, article III courts - constitutional ones, are operated by Justices not Judges.

partly true and not so true... in ever organization you will have whistle blowers and people who have a better sense of moral, they are the ones bringing up the dough to the surface every now and then... then of course the Pope has to say that he is going to do something about it.
