The legal system in this country needs a thorough flushing!
And jailing (at least) of a lot of people!

"With its controversial ruling, though, the appellate court panel upheld the unprecedented doctrine that courts can essentially issue any lawless or even unconstitutional order, and expect it to be obeyed without question, regardless of its validity.

"Experts and observers warned of potentially far-reaching consequences for all Americans if the new doctrine is allowed to stand..."

As WND reported (http://www.wnd.com/2016/02/woman-jailed-for-refusing-federal-order-to-commit-perjury/)in February, the Hendrickson case surrounds the 2002 and 2003 tax returns filed by Hendrickson and her husband.

Five years later, a federal court and the federal government ordered Hendrickson to sign a revised form under penalty of perjury — a form that she believed to be inaccurate.
Because signing something one believes to be false under oath is a serious crime, the mother initially refused to comply.

Eventually, she obeyed the order to avoid punishment, but noted that the sworn statement was being compelled by authorities and was made under duress.

Because of that decision, she has been sitting behind bars for “contempt of court” for over a year.

Hendrickson was never even accused by the government of tax evasion or filing false tax returns, much less convicted of such crimes by a jury.
Her sole “crime” was to refuse to sign, under penalty of perjury, a declaration that she believed to be untrue, which would have itself been a serious criminal act punishable by law.

True, and most if not all of us on this forum understand this fact, but most people don't. They truly believe the government is a positive force for good which protects them and helps them.

History is littered with churches and governments killing their own believers by the millions.

Yes, lets keep government around to protect us from other governments and people who may do us harm. Lets give them the sword and the power to do as they please with no one to hold them accountable.

It's worked out so well with every form of government that has ever existed. /sarcasm

Pete Hendrickson had a conference with a representative from the Michigan AJ's office re: a criminal investigation:

I Had A Great Meeting With Michigan's Attorney General's Office Last Week...Federal officials who break Michigan laws are just common criminals in the eyes of the state

THURSDAY I HAD AN EXCELLENT HOUR-LONG MEETING with a representative of Michigan Attorney General Bill Schuette. The subject was the investigation and possible prosecution of the federal judges and DOJ attorneys who have committed crimes against Doreen Hendrickson (http://losthorizons.com/DoreenFlyer.pdf) in violation of Michigan laws.

Michigan, like every other state, criminalizes subornation of perjury, witness tampering and coercion committed by anyone upon anyone else. The state also criminalizes aiding and abetting any of these crimes.

There are no exceptions in Michigan criminal law for government officials, whether foreign or domestic. Nor are there exceptions if the crimes are committed while "official duties" are purportedly being performed.Continued... (http://losthorizons.com/Newsletter.htm#Corruption)

Nice, but is the attorney general just saying what Pete wants to hear?

I can't speak to that. I suppose we'll have to wait for developments or not.

I suppose I'll have to show you guys why Pete and his wife are wrong.
They had reportable earnings because of Social Security.

She did not commit perjury. You cannot commit perjury if you have reportable earnings and forced to file a tax return because of it.
Pete just doesnt want to face the truth.
I've talked with Pete a couple of different times about his interpretation being wrong which of course he didnt want to listen. He wouldnt entertain the thought of being schooled about Social Security, but rather wanted me to bow and worship him which wasnt going to happen. I told him he was going to lose his case and go to jail. And he did go to prison.
Another time I told Doreen she should file and explained to her why she should or they'll be coming after her....which they did. She told me to never talk to her again....I said good night and good luck in prison.

What happened to
The Spirit of ’76?

http://needtoknow.news/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/video-icon_4-41-6-2.gif

Pete Hendrickson wrote a book called Cracking the Code that offers evidence to support the claim that the income tax was meant to be an excise tax that applies only to those who benefit in some way from a federal privilege, such as government employees, office holders, contractors, and welfare recipients. Regardless of what might be said against this claim, thousands of people, following that concept, have received large tax refunds from the IRS.

http://needtoknow.news/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/DoreenHendrickson-2-1.jpg

To pressure Hendrickson to repudiate his book, a federal judge has ordered his wife, Doreen, to sign a statement acknowledging that the income tax applies to her. If she does not do this – and if Hendrickson does not repudiate his book, she will go to prison. She is standing firm and will not sign a statement she believes to be false.

http://needtoknow.news/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/JudgeVictoriaRoberts-2.jpg

The judge, Victoria Roberts (a Clinton appointee) does not claim that Doreen owes any tax or that her interpretation of the tax law is incorrect, only that she must sign a statement that repudiates the concept in Cracking the Code. In other words, she has been ordered by a judge to perjure herself, which would make her guilty of a felony. Clearly, this is not the America of 1776.
