drug pushers and rapists are his priority. petty crimes are often forgiven. his death squad gives 2 warnings before they kill their target. i live in his city and ive seen them do this to our neighbors. 2 of our neighbors whom are drug pushers are already dead. my friend's father was killed horribly. i watched his father fall with a knife at his back and my friend (his son) cry in front of his father's dying body struggling to breath. the 2 hitmen took their guns out stating do something stupid or we'll shoot then they rode off. the sad thing is he was a retired drug pusher with a new life but his name was never crossed out in the list. Now 2 of his son became gay and the other son is an avid dota player who plays dota all his life. his wife sells cooked food for a living with her parent's supporting the children.
