Blacks in most other (non-white) countries don't play the racism card because they know it won't get them anywhere. And Asians in particular don't give a crap about western "racism" and aren't afraid to portray a black man as a criminal.

Back when yellow fever (aka bilious fever) was around a mulatto could change legal status to white just by becoming infected. There is a recorded case of this happening. No laundry soap needed.
