Contributions to Trump Make America Great Again Committee (“TMAGAC”) or any member committee are not deductible for federal income tax purposes. Contributions from corporations, labor unions, federal contractors, and foreign nationals are prohibited. Federal law requires us to use best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and employer of each contributor whose contributions aggregate in excess of $200 in a calendar year (RNC) or election cycle (DJTP).
