Reminiscent of when Saudi Arabia planned on getting rid of their oil dependency, by planting wheat in the desert... They became a net exporter of wheat. But the wheat was the most expensive in the world to produce, with the result that SA was even more oil-dependent. Every bushel of wheat costed them a barrel of oil... LOL

The norwegian government wont allow its citizens to roam around freely. If people generate their own electricity then they will put meters on everything and tax them accordingly. I'm 100% sure that this will be the case with Norway and probably in most other western countries.

I would say that Norway is probably one of the countries in Europe who is in most of control of their destiny. They have a sovereign fund of several hundred billion dollars. They are not part of European Union. Sure they have been cucked to some degree into multi-cultural Marxism, but not nearly like Sweden or Germany. Still they have national pride...
