Just got a call from the VA for the MRI taken about three weeks ago........anyway...... it shows 100's of mini strokes and there is nothing that they can do but to slow them down..... brain looks like a scrambled eggs with what all the broken vessels.

So......... you will have to pardon me when I start to talk more stupid than usual.....if that's possible hahahahahahah.

I know what to do when it gets bad enough to do something about it......... looks like I'll be missing the fun for WTSHTF.

Your not going anywhere, you see a bunch of broken vessles, so what? The body can overcome all if you give it the nutrients it needs. As you grow older your body absorbs less and less nutrients leading to the "Died of natural causes" Look into nutrients and minerals, will help out big time.

Good luck Ponce.

Be well Ponce. Natural vitamin E is supposed to be a pretty good blood thinner. My Dad used to get those mini strokes. They call them TIA's.

I agree with Cebu_4_2, take those nutrients and minerals AND a young lady to see you take those nutrients and minerals on time.

What Woodman said. This regimen will thin your blood substantially:

vitamin E 400 IU per day
1 baby aspirin per day
cod liver oil 1 tbs per day
vitamin C 500 mg 3 times per day (helps to heal vessels and clear plaques)
Lecithin powder (from Sunflowers) 1-2 tbs per day - this will clean cholesterol deposits from your blood vessels

Don't forget the digestive enzymes and probiotics! Digestive enzymes taken on an empty stomach will clear out your veins and arteries, bromelain and serrapeptase are good for that.

Ginkgo Biloba stimulates blood flow to the brain!

A new study published in the Journal of Stroke and Cerebrovascular Disease confirms that extracts of one of the oldest plants in existence today, the 'living fossil' known as Gingko biloba, protects against stroke-related neurologic deficits in human subjects.[1]

Researchers at the University of Medical Sciences, Tabriz, Iran, lead a double-blind, placebo-controlled, randomized controlled trial, in order to assess the efficacy of Gingko biloba on functional outcome in patients with acute stroke. In order to measure functional outcome they used The National Institutes of Heath Stroke Scale (NIHSS), a 15-item neurologic examination stroke scale used to evaluate the effect of acute cerebral infarction on the levels of consciousness, language, neglect, visual-field loss, extraocular movement, motor strength, ataxia, dysarthria, and sensory loss.[2]

A total of 102 patients with acute ischemic stroke were studied. 52 patients received Ginko biloba and 50 patients placebo tablets, both for 4 months.[3] The primary outcome of treatment was a 50% reduction in the 4-month follow-up NIHSS score compared to the baseline NIHSS score, and was was reached in 17 patients (58.6%) and 5 patients (18.5%) in the Gingko biloba and placebo groups, respectively. When results were adjusted via multivariate regression for age and sex, there was observed a significant NIHSS decline in the Gingko biloba group compared to the placebo group.

The study authors concluded, "Our data suggest that G biloba may have protective effects in ischemic stroke. Therefore, the administration of G biloba is recommended after acute ischemic stroke."

The researchers also pointed out that acute ischemic stroke is a major cerebrovascular disease with potential morbidity and mortality, and that despite the availability of thrombolytic therapy (blood thinners), risk factor modification and rehabilitation therapy are the mainstays of stroke management. Ginkgo biloba, they opined, could "afford neuroprotection and improve the outcomes of patients with acute ischemic stroke."

On the other hand it may increase risk of micro strokes...

Life has a way of taking everything away from you/us. That's why it's important to keep your sense of humor. You will need it when that Mexican caregiver is strapping on your diaper.

Not to worry, Ponce. I hear that Microsoft just got the internet franchise to communicate with the deceased. This includes phone connection, of course.

In Heaven everything is free since there is no need for money.

But in Hell, everyone is up to their necks in fiat money. Problem is, there are no bathrooms and no toilet paper. Well, except for…..

The only thing offered on the menu is bean and garlic soup. And the prices on the menu are ever increasing.

I’d call that justice.

Best wishes,

Agnut

Hurry up and finish your book, Ponce. No body lives forever but sometimes your life does.

Good idea.......DALLAS (The Missing Shooter)..... how come no one ever talks about the shooter on the overpass?...... He was never trained as a sniper but was instead a excellent shooter....... they always talk about the two shooters but never about the third, he came from nowhere and went back to nowhere and always mixed in the ocean with the rest of the fishes, they used him four times and all four were a perfect hit, and so it happen that he always was some where else, twice overseas and twice in jail...... yes, I should write a mystery book....about The Missing Shooter. He could have gotten a fifth contract....but...didn't want to kill....one of his own.......of all those who knew him none are alive, so that now he will take his secret to the grave.

Well, what do you think? should I write a mystery book?
