The NYC/DC control room makes sure they have their reporters 'in the field at a rally *at this very moment*' (supposedly, probably green screening it with cherry-picked recorded footage) with Trump in the background SCREAMING into the mic. Seen this on both NBC and ABC evening nooz so I have no doubt it's scripted as there is no way for them to be 'live' on the evening nooz and 'just happen to catch' Trump SCREAMING (like Hitler of course) at a rally.
