Yeah, never use public trackers. Feds are all over those as well as the RIAA.

Surprised it lasted as long as it did. Also surprised people find anything to download. Nothing I see worth risking it to download anyway. Sometimes GNU software is distributed that way and occasionally alt info might get shared on p2p. Those are the only times I use it. I think p2p with a blockchain could be interesting. I think that was Kim.Dot.Com's plan for an alternative net.

spoofing your ip using bit torrent is difficult. bit torrent leaks your real ip. unless you use a vpn.

there are/were other apps that did. not sure they still do.
