She is either having some type of neurological issue here, or this is her way of deflecting a question (which would almost be a bigger wtf), or she simply isn't mentally stable.

The sooner the wench stops stealing our precious air and not be able to continue stealing from us the better off we'll all be.

Med student here. This looks like a Simple Partial Motor Seizure.
Basically, only 1 limited region of the brain (in this case, probably the motor cortex) experiences the effects of the seizure. The rest of the brain stays intact, and functions normally, which is why she can maintain consciousness and continue talking.
These seizures are benign, but they can lead to sudden complications, such as Complex Partial Seizures (a larger area of the brain experiences seizure, with alteration of consciousness) or Generalized Seizures (full loss of consciousness, the thing most people associate with the term Seizure or Epilepsy).
Seizures can result from traumas, concussions and venous blood clots.
The things outlined in that post also fall in line with motor seizures affecting the muscles of the neck/head/face region.
The lateral prefrontal cortex is one of the main areas activated when a person lies.
The lateral motor cortex (which controls head/neck muscles) is present in the lateral frontal cortex, just behind the area concerned with lying.
The mood swings could be due to the anti-epileptic medication that she takes, which are known to cause mood shifts.
I would not say I am positive that this is the result of her head trauma, but head traumas and brain injury can lead to seizures.
Sleep deprivation and drug use lower the seizure threshold, making seizures more common.
Temperature swings are very common seizure activating factors, especially in the elderly. Hot and Cold weathers are known to make seizures more common. With that said, I have never heard of cold chai triggering a seizure.

I was hoping the prognosis was much darker than that. Is there anything we can do to accelerate the process into a more advanced totally debilitating stage?

I am interested to hear our resident doctor Mamboni chime in, but damn that looks like a seizure to me! When the presidential debates begin, Donald better use that against her.

I certainly hope Trump has seen that and taken note of it.

Thank you for a fine diagnosis. My neurology is rather rusty, but that video Hillary displayed a classic focal motor siezure. This might be described as machine-like repetitive involuntary contractions of the neck and shoulder region muscles. She has had this condition for a while, as she she has rehearsed a mock impression of the siezure to convince the witnesses that swhe intended this strange, jerky motion.
On this basis alone, she should be disqualified for health reasons from being Commander-In-Chief. She is a potential neurologic time bomb.
Just my opinion...

I like how the bystanders are so awestruck by being in the presence of such high nobility they all thought she was putting on a show of some sort for their amusement, and amused they were.

Not my my diagnosis, hence the italics, but seems plausible to me.

It looks to me like that woman to Clinton's right startled her when she leaned forward and shouted a question in her ugly drooping face. As much as I'd like to see the sleazy twat drop dead, I'm not sure this is any evidence here that she's on her way to oblivion...but I remain hopeful

I don't know about that... Alexander the Great of Macedonia, Emperor Julius Ceasar, Russian Tsar Peter the great and French Emperor Napoleon Bonaparte, are all said to have had epilepsy!
Hmmm, yeah on second thought maybe she should be disqualified from the presidency!

Doesnt look like any seizure to me. I think shes trying to be funny from being bombarded by questions all at once. Being a politician she probably doesnt have much skills at being a people person with Trump destroying her in everything. Just trying to be funny, but not!

Your opinion matches a post from ZH -
I'm an ER doc and I can tell you this was NOT voluntary movement. Google "simple partial seizure". Hillary just had a simple partial seizure in front of a room full of reporters and NOTHING on the MSM. They blow it off that she was "joking around"... NO WAY that was voluntary movement! Simple partial seizures generally do NOT cause loss of consciousness, are brief, and seldom become generalized. Based on the pre-seizure disorientation (albeit brief) followed by her eyes deviating to the right and her head jerking involuntarily like One-eyed Jack having an orgasm, I'd guess she has a frontal lobe (brain) lesion - probably on the right side. Remember when she was hospitalized a while back? And wasn't she rumored to be on anticoagulants ("blood thinners") after that episode? She must have had an ischemic frontal lobe stroke (blood clot in the brain) which led to these seizures. Frontal lobe strokes often alter a person's affect and emotions (not in a good way). She cannot be allowed to have her (potentially seizing) finger on the nuclear trigger. PLEASE take this story, investigate it, and run with it!
