Thanks to you guys I am having too much fun to die right now......however..... I am hurting a lot, last seven days I have fallen twice....the first time hit the back of my head and hurt my funny bone on my hip..... second time hit the side of my head a busted a rib, hurts like hell..... have so much bandaged around my chest that I look like a sack of potatos.

Nest thersday a nerosurgont at the VA (in the big city) is going to see me... and then I'll decide what to do......... right now I move so slow that a worm can move faster than me........thanks for caring....see you next week.

Vitamin K my friend, the older you get the less nutrients your body absorbs so keep this in mind. Lots of good fresh food, No 30 year old tuna in a can to save a penny now man. Your either wanting to go through the gates peacefully or take some time to do it right.. In your time. Take your time man, simply because it is your time now. Don't settle just do it right like you have your whole life.
