Actually I was wondering if the topic of infamy fits the Hillary/Trump fiasco but the Jay Leno connection is just too tempting to ignore.

the names of family are often derived from their way of making a living. Cooper, Butcher, Waxman, Forester, Clarkson, Ableman. Not sure about Rogers... though politics comes to mind.

I enjoy checking out Jays garage from time to time.
