I was reading other links yesterday. Same guy. Secret Service doesn't wear ID badges on lanyards.

I saw the same pics of the young Dr., but didn't realize that they were 14-15 years old and wrote it off as not the same guy. Now knowing that now, I'd give 90% odds that it's him.

Also came across this yesterday http://www.snopes.com/hillary-clinton-medical-records-leaked/

Appears to be a clinical summary of Drs. notes. The article I read wasn't on snopes.com.

Interesting. I have typed over 18,000 of these doctor-to-doctor correspondences and my wife has typed perhaps 100,000 of them.

They are typically printed on letterhead, with copies filed in the patient's chart. Copies from the chart would normally have 2 holes punched along the top. The placement of the street address on the yellowed letters suggests the address might be formatted to appear in a window envelope when folded. But the address is to the Doctor's own group, not to a colleague. It's possible these were never meant to be mailed or shared since the patient is Clinton. I'll ask my wife about it tomorrow; she has done these for many more medical practices than I have.

OK, we looked these over closely. If the leaked letters are real, there are two possibilities.

1. - the transcriptionist who typed the letter has the original document created in MS Word or Corel Word Perfect. The transcriptionist printed the letters on plain paper, took pics of them with a cell phone, created a Twitter account, leaked the images, and then immediately deleted the account. That would be prudent since this is a gross HIPAA violation.

I don't know what other transcriptionists do, but I archive the original dictation (audio) files from which the letter is transcribed. The release of the doctor's original dictation would be much more difficult to debunk. But it would also tend to red flag the transcriptionist because others do not have access to the original dictation.

2. - As part of the sweeping Obamacare changes, medical practices are heavily penalized if they do not keep and maintain electronic patient charts. An electronic medical record (EMR) allows patient data to be quickly and easily shared with other providers and with corporate and government entities. The EMR also gives the government access to what used to be private printed and mailed correspondence between colleagues.

It's very possible the yellow letter was generated by computer from the patient's EMR. I note that each section has a heading - PRESENT COMPLAINT followed by a block of text. INTERIM MEDICAL HISTORY followed by a block of text, etc. There is no opening paragraph of informal pleasantry like:

Thank you for your kind referral of Ms. Hillary Clinton. This nice lady was seen in our office today for a follow-up visit, etc.

Then the next paragraph would go into the PRESENT COMPLAINT, etc.

If the letter was generated from the EMR, the leaker could be someone in that doctor's office or anybody with corporate or government access to the EMR. I have no idea how the government restricts or handles the EMR of high-profile people.

The content of the letter looks valid and sounds like typical doctorese. There was one formatting mistake at the end of the INTERIM MEDICAL HISTORY block, with a period and hard return where none was needed.

Whoever the big black guy is, he has more training than just medicine.

He seems to have psychological training because he's good at coaching Hillary in real time.

Also, he probably has security training as well, he's always within a few feet of her and seems to be on top of things. Not your average doctor.

looks like a Sorcha Faal report

It is:

"Whatdoesitmean.com reports:"

However...

It appears the father of Daniel Fleck, doctor of physical therapy, did just die:

http://www.foxnews.com/us/2016/08/07/69-year-old-dies-during-swim-portion-new-york-triathlon.html

http://www.legacy.com/obituaries/lohud/obituary.aspx?page=lifestory&pid=181014171

Accident? Health trouble? Warning? Who knows.

No confirmation if the younger Fleck actually did treat Her Majesty.

Part of my job is locating and verifying doctors and other medical providers. It can be tough when docs have multiple office locations in different cities. Some practices have a huge turnover and it's hard to keep track of who is currently with which practice. VA docs are tough because there is often no private practice and no established history. Nurse practitioners are tough because they don't usually hang their own shingle. Sometimes a patient doesn't even know the doctor's name, they just say, the older lady doc at the place next to the Walgreens. So I have a variety of tools and methods for finding and verifying names and addresses.

But it seems like our man Okunola has been pretty well scrubbed. Even the Wayback Machine didn't help because lots of medical websites use robots.txt to restrict archiving.

Whenever I see something like this, I figure it's a trap. It's just too good. You need a live whistleblower to bring out something like this and , of course, they won't be alive for long. Don't let it sidetrack you.
