State Now Claims It Owns the Wind — Taxing Renewable Energy 'Out of Existence'

Wyoming — Shortly after they realized the potential for wind energy creation in Wyoming, renewable energy companies began constructing turbines on private property and then selling the clean power they generated to the residents. However, shortly after their ventures began, Wyoming government officials, acting on behalf of fossil fuel interests, moved in for the kill.
The state legislature asked the question, “Who owns the wind?”
Without much debate, the Wyoming legislature quickly determined that the state does.
Unlike any other resource derived from the use of private property, which the property owner maintains from surface ownership, the state of Wyoming claims wind is different.
So, lawmakers decided to tax it. For the last several years, Wyoming has been taxing the power generated by wind turbines at $1 per megawatt................
“Wind is different than anything else. It’s not like a mineral, which is something that sits there in the ground until you go after it,” says Bob Whitton, chairman of the Renewable Energy Association of Landowners (REAL). “It’s not like water that can be put in a lake or pond. The wind blows in and blows out and you can’t put it in a pond, pipeline, truck or train and send it somewhere.”
“The question is if wind rights should be severable from surface ownership,” says UW Law Professor Dennis Stickley, who has worked on the issue along with a group of graduate students that gave their findings at the recent Wind Energy Task Force meeting in Casper, as reported by WYLR.........

Real sticky wicket in fact !
https://www.google.com/#q=wyoming+wind+tax
Which totally raises the real question
Who owns what ?
Surface rights, mineral rights, rain fall on ones own property, the sun falling on your own property, the wind that blows across your own property ?
The wind has no bounds I can see (sorta) see tax for consumer production to offset a fuel tax for commercial power, but homestead ?
There I think is a battle that is already being fought..?
When it comes to renewable energy, which there is no supply line of fuel going to a generation plant..
Sticky wicket, home or homestead self renewable energy, is or should be free and no local or national gov should have a say on any of it.

They will tax every form of energy and punish nations that makes energy cheap and plentiful. If people start generating their own electricity in order to power their cars etc, then they will surely put meters on said cars and tax them per whatever unit of measure.
Solar panels, wind turbines and such have the potential to be really liberating for humanity, but "they" will do whatever in their power to keep their power over us.

amazingly some will buy into it. just like they do the uber stupid peak water/water scarcity lies Feel peak power in many ways may ring true, the real problem is the old power transmission grid and the growing demand on the same. The old oil/gas argument will rear its head in time again, but fracking and oil sand production has offset mostly middle east supply's and other than fracking to unlock the goody's below ground , there really has not been any new fields found, so the crunch will return !
But where the easy stuff is in the high attic, and as the polar ice sheet melts, In time there may be a huge war/conflict on what is considered national territory..
Most or near all of the easy stuff found has been burned within any easy location to extract it.!
Spatially islands and the conflict going on right now , at its heart is mainly because of the huge oil/gas (gas will mainly be burned off, depending on building LPG plants near enough to the sources to justify the recovery)
Will probably be the first or maybe a trigger for the next huge war..(ww3) for very real, and it will be with china, 1,000,000 question) will be if Russia joins the fun..

Just ask for the jurisdiction of their ownership of said wind. When they can't produce said jurisdiction (it doesn't exist) sue them individually for infringement of your property rights.

paying for the lawyers and such, most if not all law suits will drag on for years and they that decide will most likely vote for who make them the richer in that case the individual is fucked and broke.

You're already in the wrong mindset if you even think about using an attorney. File a claim in common law, represent yourself. Until you do that you are a ward of the state with no standing.

You may be right, sounds good.
How many huge lawsuits have been won going that route ?
Asking because I cannot see any answers on a local lever that ultimately end up on a national level !
The law today is geared towards the majority!
Sadly !

It's how Charlie Sprinkle was able to travel in California without a driver's license and vehicle registration. He sued then governor Ronald Reagan as well as Nancy Reagan as accessories to infringement of rights. He also sued them in their personal capacity and not the office they hold.

We are in hypnotically asked questions, territory of what probably will be in time tested to try to find an answers !
But none now are to be truly had !
But for the subject IT is wide open to debate which will still end with no true resolution!

humans beings already traded as stock market shares... so forget being able to prevent them from taxing wind, they always have to resort to more immorality to sustain corporations because the premise is immoral in itself, we cannot own earth, let alone the universe.

So, if the majority is a bunch of Satan worshipers one's best course of action is to go along to get along if not outright join 'em?

Never said nor believe but just offering observations of how thing seem to work now.., do I like it, hell no..
Can I fight it , yes but can see not really winning.
Sukufan.. Can I humbly ask you to do an anatomically impossible thing to yourself ?

Loving seeing the true lines of evil vs good depending on viewpoints here, but never forget I am here as everyone else is because I am not a sheep, tho my viewpoints may differ from you, in the answers on a world, national, states level, many here hold.
But like everyone here I truely hate the ways things are going now, and understand mostly the true reasons, unlike some here that in many ways are true unamericans and some not even Americans.
Working on just shutting up and reading here and the bickering between many here that hold the same beliefs. Which is tuely entertaining !
How is that working out for you guys ?
Got my popcorn, and compared to many here I will be worm dirt, but at least I have cleaned my soul out finding peace, before the time I maybe judged, is such a dirty concept here..
Have fun guys..
Out..

been meaning to start a new thread...but since this is related --
new globalist scheme being implemented is non-financial reports. companies having to report on a host of issues not related to money -- global warming crap, social justice crap, etc
there are 100+ of the globalist megacorps already onboard. imo they are using this to further the government-by-globalists - stripping the countries and people of what little sway/recourse they have on things

The Jew-N and the controlled regimes of the world should pass some legislation outlawing "excessive Solar output," to combat "global warming." We all know "the Law" trumps all common sense and even God's Power, as well.
As most of you know, it's fire time again here in California, and my wife's home area is in flames. Lots of places she grew up with are leveled.
The reason I bring this up is to illustrate "government in action" yet again. The Moose Lodge in the area has, as always, opened its doors to evacuees who can't afford to go anywhere else, especially with their pets (Red Cross locations refuse to accept pets). The "disaster authorities" (we're still not clear on who, county or California OES) informed the Moose Lodge they were "not authorized" to accept evacuees, because they were not "inspected and approved." WTF?! Are you fucktards for real? This is an emergency! Inspect the joint before a disaster hits then, and, also, take into account the Lodge has taken in people every year for, like, decades, without problems before (they handled the crisis well with last year's terrible devastation in the same area). Fortunately, the Lodge officers told the government goons to fuck off, and said "we're accepting guests anyway." The "authorities" refuse to list the Lodge as an evacuation center, despite one of the four "approved" locations losing power and having to close Monday. Social media fans, actually doing something valuable, have made clear the Lodge is open and ready for people and their entire families (i.e., pets).

The best course of action is to do as Christ did, and not play their game on their terms, but operate tactically only as one must. For example, when "Caesar" wants his "Federal" Reserve Notes for tribute, give them to him. That doesn't mean do anything and everything "Caesar" demands, but do what one must, yes, to "get along" to do better and noble things.
For example, getting put in a cage or even shot dead for refusing to put an "approved" license plate on one's car is just stupid.

Politicians are the cancer of society and the sooner enough people realize this and take action the better off we'll all be. Politicians destroy everything they touch. They suck the value out of everything and fill their own pockets
