Rand Paul? Please give me a break! He's become irrelevant. The guy has no sack and we all know it now

Watch the video, the journalist and Rand Paul make a good point. They have documented evidence that she lied under oath which carries a sentence of 5 years. The Clinton email leaks that Wikileaks leaked proved that. Now, the big question is will it actually happen?

She will get the same sentence Billy got for lying under oath to a federal grand jury.

Most likely, but a grand jury isn't congress. She lied under oath to Congress. If they do nothing with that, then any of us should also be able to lie under oath and if caught can always retort that you never prosecuted Hillary Clinton when she lied under oath, you can't have it both ways an expect a nation to function.

That's pretty much what I am expecting to happen. "She broke the law by lying under oath, but we refuse to prosecute."

"any of us" is NOT Hillary Clinton

You also can't be a judge and preach that we are a nation of laws while not prosecuting one, but prosecuting others. Looking at it from a bigger picture you can start to see the repercussions of not perusing her imprisonment.

It's a dangerous game not prosecuting known corruption and law breaking. You set a precedent that the little guy doesn't have to follow the law the big guys write. There are a lot more little guys, and Hillary not being charged is already setting up cases for extreme leniency.

You're assuming (incorrectly IMHO) that Americans today have the balls to fight back!

Some are (although wholly misdirected) BLM is fighting back which is pissing off other people who are looking at the culprits.

On a side note, what's to fight back against? Wait to get charged with a crime and use the Hillary defense.

There was a clear response to tyranny in the past but today, we have far too many snowflakes, trannies and SJWs to expect anything like that to happen today

Treason doth never prosper: what's the reason?
Why, if it prosper, none dare call it treason.

Treason and other high crimes and misdemeanors have been committed with complete impunity back to 1789. "The Law" is for YOU (and me).

What exactly are they "fighting back" against? The very System that funds them, protects them, lies hourly for them? They are just agitating against the fake "White institutional 'racism'" to apply ever more pressure to White people and their freedom.

BLM is a collection of Nigger useful idiots, controlled "opposition." They will be exterminated if their usefulness expires.

If 1 in a 100,000 actually resists when the guns are "outlawed," it will be a miracle. Keep the Panem et Circenses going (today, liquid "bread" and endless Niggaball), and the vast majority will remain content, no matter what is done.

Even in the 18th Century, best estimates are that about one-third of the people supported the cause of Independence and Liberty. Only one-third! And that includes active (musket-holders) and passive (suppliers of money and provisions) supporters. Today, this population is nothing like that generation. Nothing like it at all.

I meant it in the context that they are attempting to fight back but are too stupid to realize who the real enemy is and blames white people for their plight.
