View Full Version : Hillary Clinton's Uranium One deals

In the 1950s, the Jew spies, Juluis and Ethyl Rosenburg were executed for passing nuclear secrets to The Soviet Union. I remember hearing the news of the execution when it was broadcast on the radio.

Today Hillary Clinton, after making deals to sell our nuclear natural recourses to Russia via Uranium One has the audacity to run for president. Where is the outrage? Is this not treason? And it does not seem to concern Hillary followers.

Hillary Clinton hands nuclear fuel resource deal to Russia

It's not just GMOs, either, that haunt the real history of Hillary Clinton. As The Atlantic reported this year (http://www.theatlantic.com/politics/archive/2015/04/more-money-more-problems-a-guide-to-hillary-clintons-cash-scandals/391299/), Hillary Clinton was also instrumental in handing the Russian government a near-monopoly over nuclear weapons uranium supplies.

All the while, money was flowing into the Clinton foundation from uranium interests:

In total, people affiliated with Uranium One or its predecessor gave more than $8 million to the Clinton Foundation between 2008 and 2010. Meanwhile, Bill Clinton received $500,000 for a speech in Moscow, paid for by a bank boosting Uranium One stock.

Why does this matter to the Clinton voter support base? Because progressives are rightly anti-nuclear power and anti-nuke weapons. Yet their gender champion Hillary Clinton is out there promoting the proliferation of nuclear fuel and nuclear weapons, all while raking in millions of dollars for her own foundation in exchange for selling her influence to the highest bidder. Suddenly a Clinton presidency doesn't sound so "progressive," does it?http://www.thenewamerican.com/usnews/politics/item/23947-hillary-putin-uranium-deal-how-long-will-media-ignore-it
Hillary-Putin Uranium Deal: How Long Will Media Ignore It?

Most American voters looking toward November would probably be interested in learning about Hillary Clinton’s prime role in delivering one-fifth of America’s uranium production to Vladimir Putin’s Russia. As this matter is critically relevant to our national security, as well as America’s energy security, voters would probably appreciate learning about it before they cast their ballot for the next Oval Office occupant. However, most Americans probably have never even heard about Bill and Hillary Clinton’s ties to the Uranium One-Rosatom-Frank Giustra scandal (http://gold-silver.us/forum/safari-reader://www.thenewamerican.com/usnews/politics/item/23786-who-s-in-putin-s-pocket-clinton-or-trump), through the couple’s corruption-troubled Clinton Foundation, and Hillary’s official dealings while serving as President Obama’s secretary of state.

That is hardly surprising, considering the overwhelming pro-Clinton, anti-Trump bias of the “progressive” establishment media. But new Clinton e-mails and State Department memos released by WikiLeaks (https://wikileaks.org/clinton-emails/) may cause some members of the pro-Clinton press brigade to break ranks and confront the Democratic Party candidate on this vitally important issue. Among the many documents to surface recently is a State Department cable (http://circa.com/politics/election-2016/clinton-warned-in-2009-memo-that-russian-uranium-moves-were-bad-for-us-europe) from October 2009 warning of the intentions of Rosatom, Russia's nuclear energy agency, as it "flexes muscles" with regard to the global uranium market.

State Department officials in Europe cabled Secretary Clinton, warning that a Russian strategy paper they had obtained showed Kremlin plans to gain "long-term supply of nuclear fuel" so they could, among other objectives, "shut" the U.S. company Westinghouse out of the nuclear market and expand Russia's influence over Europe. The cable also warned Clinton that the plan detailed in the Russian paper “is consistent with Russia's efforts to dominate the gas supply market in Europe."

Secretary Clinton was also getting warnings from members of the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives as well. Senator John Barrasso (R-Wyo.) was particularly alarmed, since the proposed deal involved a large uranium mine in his state. He wrote to President Obama, noting the deal “would give the Russian government control over a sizable portion of America’s uranium production capacity” through Rusatom and its subsidiary, ARMZ. “Equally alarming,” Barrasso said, “this sale gives ARMZ a significant stake in uranium mines in Kazakhstan.”

Besides the obvious concern over supplying Russia with raw materials for potential use in nuclear weapons, there is also the more immediate concern over loss of vital fuel for America’s own energy needs. The United States is dependent upon nuclear power for 20 percent of our electrical power base. But energy expert Marin Katusa, author of The Colder War: How the Global Energy Trade Slipped From America’s Grasp, points out that we produce only about one-fifth of the uranium we need and most of our nuclear plants have only 18 to 36 months of fuel reserves. According to Katusa, under the new Kremlin strategy, not only will Russia be able to starve other countries of power, but the BRIC countries (Brazil, Russia, India, and China) will replace the G7 in wealth and clout.

Nevertheless, President Obama and Secretary Clinton have ignored those concerns, with the result that Russia now controls one-fifth (or more) of America’s uranium production. And the Obama administration, via the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), apparently lied to Senator Barrasso when it assured him that ore from the Uranium One mine in Wyoming wouldn’t be exported. “In order to export uranium from the United States, Uranium One Inc. or ARMZ would need to apply for and obtain a specific NRC license authorizing the export of uranium for use as reactor fuel,” the NRC told Barrasso in a letter, indicating that the possibility would be virtually nil. However, the NRC now confirms that Uranium One is indeed exporting uranium And that’s not the only concern. Senator Barrasso was also assured that Uranium One would remain a public company, guaranteeing some measure of transparency. But it has since been taken private, with Putin’s company ARMZ now owning 100 percent of the stock.

Hillary Clinton’s role in the Uranium One affair concerns not only gross negligence (at best) in a serious matter of national security, but also gives every appearance of blatant bribery. As we have reported previously (http://gold-silver.us/forum/safari-reader://www.thenewamerican.com/usnews/politics/item/23786-who-s-in-putin-s-pocket-clinton-or-trump) — and as authors Peter Schweizer and Jerome Corsi have detailed, respectively, in their books, Clinton Cash (http://gold-silver.us/forum/safari-reader://www.thenewamerican.com/reviews/books/item/20931-clinton-cash-punches-through-bill-and-hillary-s-teflon-armor) and Partners in Crime (http://gold-silver.us/forum/safari-reader://www.thenewamerican.com/reviews/books/item/23906-new-book-partners-in-crime-exposes-clinton-crime-family) — Hillary Clinton’s State Department was signing off on the Russian takeover of Uranium One while the Clinton Foundation was taking in tens of millions of dollars from Uranium One exec Frank Giustra, and while Bill Clinton and Frank Giustra were zooming about the globe on Guistra’s private jet consummating mega-mining deals.

There is much more to this story that deserves to be made public — before the November elections. The big question is: Can the controlled establishment media be shamed into giving it even a fraction of the airing it should receive?

In September 2011, a representative from Oregon Energy, L.L.C. (formally Uranium One), met with local citizens, and county and state officials, to discuss the possibility of opening a uranium oxide ("yellowcake") mine in southern Malheur County in southeastern Oregon. Oregon Energy is interested in developing a 17-Claim parcel of land known as the Aurora Project through an open pit mining method. Besides the mine, there would be a mill for processing. The claim area occupies about 450 acres and is also referred to as the "New U" uranium claims.
On May 7, 2012, Oregon Energy LLC made a presentation to the BLM outlining its plans for development for the mine.
The Vale District has agreed to work with Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife on mitigation for the "New U" uranium claims, which are located in core sage grouse habitat. Although the lands encompassing the claims have been designated core, the area is frequented by rockhounds and hunters, and has a crisscrossing of off-highway vehicle (OHV) roads and other significant land disturbance from the defunct Bretz Mercury Mine, abandoned in the 1960s.
However, by the fall of 2012 the company said that it was putting its plans for the mine on hold until the uncertainty surrounding sage grouse issues was resolved.
Location information for the Aurora Project can be found on the "Non-Renewable Energy Projects of Oregon" map at this website: http://www.blm.gov/or/energy.

Malheur County targeted for gold, uranium mines

The OregonianAndrew Bentz and Andy Gaudielle of Calico Resources USA stand atop an estimated 425,000 ounces of gold in the bowels of Grassy Mountain south of Vale. The company hopes to win over environmentalists and get permission to sink mine shafts into the mountain to claim the rich lode, which geologists say could include an additional 500,000 ounces of gold.

ONTARIO -- Sprawling Malheur County (http://www.malheurco.org/) could soon be in the spotlight as a mining hub -- or a battleground of uranium (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uranium_mining_in_the_United_States) and gold (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gold_mining) mining interests vs. environmentalists trying to protect its lonesome sagebrush landscape.

Australian-owned Oregon Energy LLC hopes to mine 18 million pounds of yellowcake uranium from the southeastern Oregon high desert 10 miles west of McDermitt near the Oregon-Nevada boundary. The go-ahead to mine the so-called Aurora uranium deposit could bring up to 250 construction jobs to the county, followed by 150 mining jobs.

Meanwhile, Calico Resources USA Corp., a subsidiary of a Vancouver, B.C., company, may seek permits this month to chemically extract microscopic gold from a high desert butte south of Vale called Grassy Mountain, a project likely to create another 100 jobs.

Gold: Mining once was a major part of Oregon's economy and the most sought-after mineral was gold. Since its discovery in Oregon in the mid-1800s, miners have wrested an estimated 5.5 million ounces of gold from the state's streams and underground "hardrock" mines. At today's prices, that gold would bring about $1,616 per ounce. Half to two-thirds was found in northeastern Oregon. Baker County and Josephine County have had the most active claims.

Uranium: Uranium was first discovered in Oregon in the 1930s and a small amount was mined on Bear Creek Butte, 40 miles southeast of Bend, in 1960. The White King and Lucky Lass mines near Lakeview came later and there are known deposits of uranium in Baker, Clackamas, Crook, Curry, Harney, Jackson, Lake, Malheur, Polk and Union counties.

The proposals will be the first real test of the 1991 chemical processing mining law passed by the Legislature in response to a debate over mining's future in Oregon, said environmentalist Larry Tuttle. The law ushered in tough new bonding requirements to weed out marginal operators and guarantee environmental cleanup.

Approval of the Grassy Mountain project could trigger a deluge of new chemical mining in Malheur County. Up to a dozen gold deposits similar to Grassy Mountain dot the high desert between the Snake River town of Huntington and Jordan Valley.

The county, sparsely populated with only 31,313 people, could use new jobs, said County Commissioner Dan Joyce. Its unemployment rate in November was 10.3 percent, compared with 9.1 percent for Oregon and 8.6 percent for the nation.

Mining companies have passed up the county in the past because of Oregon's environmentally conscious reputation, Joyce said. But this time, the sluggish local and state economies, higher mineral prices and technological advances in mining and cleanup could open a door to mining, he said.

"I'm thinking people are a lot hungrier now than they were," Joyce said.
Uranium mine plan

Oregon Energy's proposal calls for extracting ore from a mile-long, 600-foot wide, 250-foot deep open pit 10 miles west of McDermitt and 3 miles north of the Oregon-Nevada border. The mine, adjoining the former Bretz Mercury Mine, a contaminated open-pit site from the 1960s, would cost $200 million to develop and uranium extraction could continue for up to 20 years, said Oregon Energy President Lachlan Reynolds.

Plans call for the ore to be crushed and mixed with an acid solution in enclosed vats to leach out the uranium, he said. The acid would bond with the uranium and when dry become a sand-like powder called uranium oxide concentrate, or yellowcake. Yellowcake would bring $52 per pound and could fuel nuclear reactors or be processed into weapons.

Tuttle, spokesman for the Portland-based Center for Environmental Equity (http://www.nevermined.org/), foresees environmental problems.

The likelihood of sulfuric acid being used in processing the ore means it could remain in the mine tailings after milling, he said. The snag is that sulfuric acid tends to continuously leach out heavy metals that occur naturally in waste rock and tailings, contaminating ground water.
"Just because you are through with the processing, years later you still have the issue with that interaction," he said.

But probably the biggest environmental hurdle for the Aurora mine would be the release of mercury, Tuttle said. "The whole Owyhee Reservoir has been affected by naturally occurring background mercury," and uranium mining could release more, he said.

Gold mine proposal

Environmental considerations first thrust Grassy Mountain into the consciousness of Oregonians in the late 1980s and early '90s when Newmont Gold Co. proposed introducing Nevada-style open-pit cyanide heap-leach gold mining there.

Low gold prices ultimately prompted Newmont to write off its $33.8 million investment and abandon plans to mine Grassy Mountain in 1995, but only after the site came to symbolize the conflict between economic development and environmental activism in eastern Oregon.

Calico Resources would take a dramatically different approach, said Andrew Bentz of Ontario, spokesman for Calico. The company proposes to sink an 850-foot underground shaft or tunnel to remove 1,000 tons of ore per day from Grassy Mountain, he said.

The operation expects to remove at least 425,000 ounces of gold from the mountain. The company's investment and exploration costs probably will total $100 million before mining begins, said Calico project manager Andy Gaudielle.

Mineral-bearing rock would be milled for microscopic gold in a closed chemical process that wouldn't include the bird-attracting open settling ponds of diluted cyanide that worried Newmont's opponents, said Bentz, a retired Malheur County sheriff.

Mining and reclamation of Grassy Mountain would take about 12 years, unless new gold discoveries are made, he said.
Bentz believes Calico won't face the level of environmental opposition that attended Newmont's proposal.

An open-pit uranium mine is proposed on this high desert site in southeastern Oregon's Malheur County -- the same ground where the old Bretz Mercury Mine (shown here) once stood. Uranium, mercury, silver, gold and other heavy metals often are found in the same areas, geologists say. Mercury was discovered here in 1931, and state mining records show that 152,000 tons of ore were mined in 1937. More mining took place during the 1940s and '50s, and at one point the Bretz was one of the largest high-grade mercury mines in the nation.

Reynolds, the Oregon Energy chief, said mining companies no longer can operate in ways that caused the environmental problems of the past. Improvements in mining technology result in more efficient and environmentally responsible operations, he said.

"We will have to post substantial financial bonds to ensure that there is full reclamation of the site to an approved plan when mining ends," Reynolds said.

Only 5 percent of the nation's domestic-use uranium is produced within U.S. borders, although the United States takes more than 20 percent of its electricity from nuclear power plants, Reynolds said.

The most likely buyer of Aurora uranium would be a U.S. electricity utility, he said. He estimated the mine could become the source of up to 30 percent of uranium produced in the U.S.

What's next

Public hearings will be held after the companies apply for permits to begin mining, said state geologist Vicki McConnell of Portland.

Sixty-one acres of Grassy Mountain is patented, private mining land, but substantial portions of both sites are on federal land administered by the U.S. Bureau of Land Management. Both sites are remnant volcanic regions where geothermal and hydrothermal activity has pulled heavy metals and other substances close to the surface, McConnell said.

Calico hopes to begin taking gold from Grassy Mountain in five years, but the regulatory pathway is likely to be longer for the Aurora mine because uranium is involved.

In addition to the Oregon Department of Geology and Mineral Industries (http://www.oregongeology.org/sub/default.htm), the Oregon Energy Facility Siting Council, the U.S. Department of Energy and the federal Environmental Protection Agency must review the uranium mine.

BLM permits will be required for tailing piles and the use of desert roads for both the uranium and gold mining.

Oregon has a process in place to allow mining to proceed if resources can be extracted profitably and in a way that's environmentally safe, McConnell said.

Whether that's the case here has yet to be determined, she said. "Geologically, we know there is gold in Grassy Mountain and we know there is uranium in the McDermitt area," she said.

Thanks Monty for bringing this astounding tale of treason up for refresh! I wonder if this isn't half the reason Hillary takes digs at Putin and 'Trumputin' every chance she can: she wants to distance herself from the [radioactive] Putin and cast him as [natural] adversary. Who would believe that Hillary and Putin made a private deal?

It's not treason if it succeeds, as John Harrington pointed out (in more poetic language).

WikiLeaks exposes Hillary's TREASONOUS deal with Russia

Senator Grassley's letter to Loretta Lynch is referenced

BREAKING – WikiLeaks Exposes Hillary’s TREASONOUS Deal With Russia, It’s TERRIFYING

Hillary Clinton and her liberal pundit pals reference Russia about every other sentence. They blame Vladimir Putin’s country for email hacking and a myriad of other misdeeds and then try to convince voters he and Donald Trump are embroiled in an epic bromance. Their tactic just backfired—big league!

The hacked emails from Hillary’s campaign manager, John Podesta, courtesy of WikiLeaks, revealed a thread of emails detailing an intricate, intimate series of actions between members of Hillary’s election staff, the Clinton Foundation, and representatives of Russia! One of their interactions appears to have involved a quickly processed deal on uranium deposits. Iowa Senator Charles Grassley raised concerns about the deal least June.

The uranium deal, which involved 25 percent of Russia’s deposits, was discussed in an email conversation between Clinton Foundation communications head, Maura Pally, and Clinton campaign chief, John Podesta, Breitbart (http://www.breitbart.com/big-government/2016/10/08/wikileaks-putting-on-all-of-your-radars-clinton-foundation-warns-hillarys-campaign-grassley-asking-about-uranium-deal/) reports.

“Putting on all of your radars that Grassley sent a letter to AG Lynch (dated June 30th though we just saw it) asking questions about contributions to the Clinton Foundation and the Uranium One deal. Letter is attached. Craig is connecting with comms team to be sure they are aware as well,” the email said.

“Clinton Foundation’s ties to a number of investors involved in a business transaction that resulted in the acquisition of Uranium One, owner of U.S. based uranium assets, by Atomredmetzoloto (ARMZ), a subsidiary of Rosatom, a Russian government owned company. The transaction raised a number of national security concerns because it effectively ceded 20% of U.S. uranium production capacity to the Russian government,” said an excerpt from Grassley’s letter.

The original message was also sent to Hillary’s former shadow, Huma Adedin. She has not been spotted on the campaign trail since her husband’s latest sexting scandal, which included him making lewd comments and sending photos of himself in his underwear that also showed their toddler son laying next to him.
Minutes after receiving the email, John Podesta forwarded it to jpalmieri@hillaryclinton.com, kschake@hillaryclinton.com, tcarrk@hillaryclinton.com, creynolds@hillaryclinton.com. The deep connection between the State Department and the Clinton Foundation has never been clearer – or more terrifying.
Jennifer Palmeiri was Barack Obama’s communications director before she joined the Hillary Clinton campaign. Kristian Schake is a deputy communications director, Tony Caark is a research director, and Christina Reynolds was a deputy campaign director.

“During critical stages of the acquisition approval, interested parties made large donations – some in the millions of dollars – to the Clinton Foundation while Ms. Hillary Clinton held the position of secretary of state,” Senator Grassley’s letter also said.

It continues, “When millions of dollars flow to decision makers who have substantial discretion to provide support for or against approval of controversial transactions, public confidence in the integrity of the process requires a commitment to transparency and responsiveness to oversight inquiries.”
Around this same time, John Podesta’s company reportedly accepted a $35 million investment from a Russian company.

The FBI had already warned against engaging in dealings with this particular company because it was allegedly attempting to steal American intellectual property and technology.

http://thepetesantillishow.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/146520661151294-300x71.gif

Journalist Pete Santilli, whose charges were dismissed this past September relating to the occupation of the Malheur Wildlife Refuge near Burns, Oregon, believes the situation surrounding his arrest and the trial that followed, vastly hindered the real story in Harney County that may just connect it and neighboring Malheur County to Uranium One.

On January 8th, 2016 – Uranium One released this statement on their Facebook page concerning the Maheur Occupation;
Certainly this is a tense situation that we need to watch carefully – We hope the Sheriff will act responsibly and do whats right for the town and planned developments in the area.

The Uranium One Facebook Page has since been deactivated, but the following is a screen capture of the post.

http://thepetesantillishow.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/Screen-Shot-2016-10-31-at-12.11.56-PM-300x277.png

During the time of the Occupation Santilli says;

Before being arrested I was researching and reporting on the connection between Malheur, Hillary Clinton, and Uranium One. I was arrested the day after I released the [Hammond Legal Files (http://thepetesantillishow.com/hammond-legal-file/)] and at that point my investigation was effectively stopped;
Now that Donald Trump has brought the issue back into the spotlight, I thought we should take another look.

The Hammond Legal File, is a 682 page legal history of the Hammond family’s decades long fight over land rights with the BLM and Department of Fish and Wildlife in Harney County, Oregon. Nestled in the pages was a letter that Santilli dubbed, “The Mineral Letter” and has never been seen until now.

The letter was addressed to Chad Karges, head of “The Department of Fish and Wildlife” whose office is located at the Refuge. While the letter did not reveal a clear connection between Malheur and Uranium One, we did find it revealed that as of 2012 the mineral rights – surrounding and inside the property itself, belonged to 2 private investment firms. That information coupled with Uranium One’s Facebook post does open the door for possibility.

http://thepetesantillishow.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/Screen-Shot-2016-10-31-at-8.14.14-PM-213x300.png http://thepetesantillishow.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/Screen-Shot-2016-10-31-at-8.15.56-PM-262x300.png

The letter is of great interest because just a short time before it was written to Karges, it was being widely reported that Oregon Energy llc [a subsidiary of Uranium One] was poised to start mining for Uranium in Oregon.

Bob Robertson, the Attorney from Medford Oregon who wrote to Karges in July of 2012, and is also the administrator of Mountain Star Investments LLC, one of the principal mineral rights owners on the refuge, explains in the letter;
The joint venture owns a total interest of 22,000 acres of mining reservations around and inside the Refuge including the parcel the Refuge Headquarters sits on.

Interestingly, Robertson is no stranger to fighting for property owners in Oregon. In 2007 he was part of a legal team that fought for 25 Oregon land owners (http://www.oregonlive.com/environment/index.ssf/2010/07/appeals_court_ruling_may_snuff.html) to have the right to develop their properties as they saw fit.

James M. Lemons is the owner of multiple companies in Texas and also owns the other investment company mentioned in the letter, JM&L Investment LTD.

Among his holdings is a company called Fellowship of The Metroplex, a string of bankrupt churches throughout Texas and other Western States. This does not fit the profile of a man who supposedly owns 22,ooo acres of mineral rights, that includes the Malheur Refuge headquarters.

The problem with Lemons is, he seems to own shell companies that really don’t produce anything. One researcher for this article claimed; “This is not uncommon in cases like these, and it is highly probable James M. Lemons is not even a real person.”

Bob Robertson claims in the letter that Mountain Star Investments LLC was a company in 2012, but the information on the web says the company was not formed until 2014. It is listed only as an investment company.
http://thepetesantillishow.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/Screen-Shot-2016-11-01-at-4.37.26-AM-300x236.pnghttp://thepetesantillishow.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/Screen-Shot-2016-11-01-at-4.37.45-AM-300x127.png

Since both companies leave much to the imagination, I will leave this section open for updates as obviously more research needs to be done. Is there a connection to Uranium One? That questions yet to be fully answered.

URANIUM RICH OREGON

Harney County, Oregon has 7,915 mining claims on public land listed in The Diggings™. Of these claims, 2.21% are active while 97.79% are now closed. The 175 active claims represent a decrease of 1 claims from September 2015 to September 2016.

According to the Oregon- Department Of State Lands (https://www.oregon.gov/dsl/LW/Pages/mining.aspx), [DSL] receives approximately $1.3 million per year in mineral royalties, and Most of the Department’s mineral rights are located in eastern Oregon, particularly in Lake, Harney and Malheur counties. These mineral rights generally occur as a “split estate,” underlying the surface of land owned by either a private party or another government agency, most often the Bureau of Land Management (http://www.or.blm.gov/).

Uranium was first discovered in Oregon in the 1930s and a small amount was mined on Bear Creek Butte, 40 miles southeast of Bend, in 1960. The White King and Lucky Lass mines near Lakeview came later and there are known deposits of uranium in Baker, Clackamas, Crook, Curry, Harney, Jackson, Lake, Malheur, Polk and Union counties.

“On May 7, 2012, Oregon Energy LLC [Australian-owned] made a presentation to the BLM outlining its plans for development for the mine.

“The Vale District has agreed to work with Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife on mitigation for the ‘New U’ uranium claims, which are located in core sage grouse habitat. Although the lands encompassing the claims have been designated core, the area is frequented by rockhounds and hunters, and has a crisscrossing of off-highway vehicle (OHV) roads and other significant land disturbance from the defunct Bretz Mercury Mine, abandoned in the 1960s.

“However, by the fall of 2012 the company said that it was putting its plans for the mine on hold until the uncertainty surrounding sage grouse issues was resolved.”

Yes indeed, every time something goes wrong for him he lashes out at someone else in order to keep everyone's attention from himself and concentrated on another person, place or conspiracy. Or: "I didn't chop down the cherry tree, Daddy...honestly, some woman came along and she had a big hatchet and I tried to stop her and, and, and."

bill bixby hey dumb ass Trump tard stop embarrassing yourself and start educating yourself you dumb ass. In case you haven't connected the news dots... Putin controls the largest oil company in Russia. He made a 500 Billion dollar deal with the CEO of Exxon Mobil. Obama put sanctions in place which stopped that deal. Russia then hacked into our government in order to get Trump elected.

When the CIA told Congress this in September (James Comey was also in that meeting), Mitch McConnell refused to tell the American people, blackmailing Obama saying he would frame it as playing partisan politics during the election. Comey released the infamous no-information letter.

Mitch McConnell's wife was picked for Trump's cabinet. ((Elaine Chao) Feeding the Dragon)

The CEO of Exxon is now the Secretary of State. Wonder why our President has been so quick to dismiss the CIA's findings?.........it gets better..2/...Here are some facts :
Decide for yourselves
1) Trump owes Blackstone/ Bayrock group $560 million dollars (one of his largest debtors and the primary reason he won't reveal his tax returns)

2) Blackstone is owned wholly by Russian billionaires, who owe their position to Putin and have made billions from their work with the Russian government.

3) Other companies that have borrowed from Blackstone have claimed that owing money to them is like owing to the Russian mob and while you owe them, they own you for many favors.

4) The Russian economy is badly faltering under the weight of its over-dependence on raw materials which as you know have plummeted in the last 2 years leaving the Russian economy scrambling to pay its debts.

5) Russia has an impetus to influence our election to ensure the per barrel oil prices are above $65 ( they are currently hovering around $50)

6) Russia can't affordably get at 80% of its oil reserves and reduce its per barrel cost to compete with America at $45 or Saudi Arabia at $39. With Iranian sanctions being lifted Russia will find another inexpensive competitor increasing production and pushing Russia further down the list of suppliers.

As for Iranian sanctions, the 6 countries lifting them allowing Iran to collect on the billions it is owed for pumping oil but not being paid for it. These billions Iran can only get if the Iranian nuclear deal is signed. Trump spoke of ending the deals which would cause oil sales sanctions to be reimposed, which would make Russian oil more competitive.

7) Rex Tillerson (Trump's pick for Secretary of State) is the head of ExxonMobil, which is in possession of patented technology that could help Putin extract 45% more oil at a significant cost savings to Russia, helping Putin put money in the Russian coffers to help reconstitute its military and finally afford to mass produce the new and improved systems that it had invented before the Russian economy had slowed so much.

8) Putin cannot get access to these new cost saving technologies OR outside oil field development money, due to US sanctions on Russia, because of its involvement in Ukrainian civil war.

9) Look for Trump to end sanctions on Russia and to back out of the Iranian nuclear deal, to help Russia rebuild its economy, strengthen Putin and make Tillerson and Trump even richer, thus allowing Trump to satisfy his creditors at Blackstone.

10) With Trump's fabricated hatred of NATO and the U.N., the Russian military reconstituted, the threat to the Baltic states is real. Russia retaking their access to the Baltic Sea from Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia and threatening the shipping of millions of cubic feet of natural gas to lower Europe from Scandinavia, allowing Russia to make a good case for its oil and gas being piped into eastern Europe.

"Uranium One" which was sold to Russian government-controlled interests, giving Russia effective control of one-fifth of all uranium production capacity in the United States. Since uranium is considered a strategic asset, with implications for the production of nuclear weapons, the deal had to be approved by a committee composed of representatives from a number of US government agencies. Among the agencies that eventually signed off the deal was the State Department, then headed by Secretary Clinton. The Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) comprises, among others, the secretaries of the Treasury, Defense, Homeland Security, Commerce and Energy.

As Russian interests gradually took control of Uranium One millions of dollars were donated to the Clinton Foundation between 2009 and 2013 from individuals directly connected to the deal including the Chairman of Uranium One, Ian Telfer. Although Mrs Clinton had an agreement with the Obama White House to publicly identify all donors to the Clinton Foundation, the contributions from the Chairman of Uranium One were not publicly disclosed by the Clintons.

New Evidence in Russia/Uranium/Clinton Foundation Scandal, Will Nets Report?

On Tuesday, The Hill reported new revelations in the scandal surrounding Russia’s obtaining control of American uranium and its payments to The Clinton Foundation. It’s a scandal (https://www.newsbusters.org/blogs/nb/geoffrey-dickens/2017/07/13/study-nets-covered-donald-jrs-russia-meeting-20x-more-clinton) that the Big Three (ABC, CBS, NBC) network evening shows have gone out of their way to shun, spending only 3 minutes and 1 second on the story in over two years.

On October 17 (http://thehill.com/policy/national-security/355749-fbi-uncovered-russian-bribery-plot-before-obama-administration) The Hill’s John Solomon and Alison Spann reported that “Before the Obama administration had approved a controversial deal in 2010 giving Moscow control of a large swath of American uranium, the FBI had gathered substantial evidence that Russian nuclear industry officials were engaged in bribery, kickbacks, extortion and money laundering designed to grow Vladimir Putin’s atomic energy business inside the United States, according to government documents and interviews.”

Additionally, The Hill reported that the FBI had “obtained an eyewitness account — backed by documents — indicating Russian nuclear officials had routed millions of dollars to the U.S. designed to benefit former President Bill Clinton’s charitable foundation during the time Secretary of State Hillary Clinton served on a government body that provided a favorable decision to Moscow, sources told The Hill.”

Back in 2015, author Peter Schweizer, in his book Clinton Cash, broke the story that a Canadian uranium company, seeking approval of a sale to the Russian government from then Secretary of State Clinton’s State Department, had donated millions to the Clinton Foundation. Since April 23, 2015 the NBC Nightly News has spent a grand total of 92 seconds on the Uranium-Russia deal. The CBS Evening News devoted a total of 61 seconds on the Schweizer revelations, followed by ABC World News Tonight at just a mere 28 seconds of coverage.

With these new revelations, the question has to be asked, what will it take for the Big Three networks to fully cover this scandal?

The following is an excerpt from the October 17 The Hill.com (http://thehill.com/policy/national-security/355749-fbi-uncovered-russian-bribery-plot-before-obama-administration) story “FBI uncovered Russian bribery plot before Obama administration approved controversial nuclear deal with Moscow”
Before the Obama administration approved a controversial deal in 2010 giving Moscow control of a large swath of American uranium, the FBI had gathered substantial evidence that Russian nuclear industry officials were engaged in bribery, kickbacks, extortion and money laundering designed to grow Vladimir Putin’s atomic energy business inside the United States, according to government documents and interviews.

Federal agents used a confidential U.S. witness working inside the Russian nuclear industry to gather extensive financial records, make secret recordings and intercept emails as early as 2009 that showed Moscow had compromised an American uranium trucking firm with bribes and kickbacks in violation of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, FBI and court documents show.
They also obtained an eyewitness account — backed by documents — indicating Russian nuclear officials had routed millions of dollars to the U.S. designed to benefit former President Bill Clinton’s charitable foundation during the time Secretary of State Hillary Clinton served on a government body that provided a favorable decision to Moscow, sources told The Hill.

The racketeering scheme was conducted “with the consent of higher level officials” in Russia who “shared the proceeds” from the kickbacks, one agent declared in an affidavit years later.

Rather than bring immediate charges in 2010, however, the Department of Justice (DOJ) continued investigating the matter for nearly four more years, essentially leaving the American public and Congress in the dark about Russian nuclear corruption on U.S. soil during a period when the Obama administration made two major decisions benefitting Putin’s commercial nuclear ambitions

Not only the Clintons are implicated in a uranium deal with the Russians that compromised national-security interests. Let’s put the Uranium One scandal in perspective: The cool half-million bucks the Putin regime funneled to Bill Clinton was five times the amount it spent on those Facebook ads — the ones the media-Democrat complex ludicrously suggests swung the 2016 presidential election to Donald Trump.

Bill Still makes some important comments before and after the middle part where he plays a recent video of Tom Fitton of Judicial Watch.

The way this Uranium One scandal is legally dealt with by the top levels of our government right now determines whether we will go forward as a failed state / banana republic. Top Democrats and Top Republicans went along with this treasonous deal.

I posted in another thread about six months ago regarding that female Russian attorney who was said to be in a meeting with Trump's son during the campaign (Russian adoption scheme with wealthy American adopters also involved) and I showed how the top levels of the Russian government, just as with this Uranium One deal, were involved in that little fiasco, and I believe that little deal and this big deal are closely related to PedoGate and even shows Russia's Putin and Russia's involvement with PedoGate to be dirty too. All the Russian government front companies in this dirty Uranium One deal like Uranium One and Capital Incentives (check name ?) are very connected to Putin, so all our thinking how "good" Putin looked compared to Obama over the last few years is now out the window but nobody seems to be pointing that out. There are even those claiming Putin and Russian government is the only big government of any country that is really intent on exposing pedophilia / human trafficking rings and that Russia has in its possession all the names of the people in the USA trafficking humans and engaged in pedophilia.

The fixes proposed by Judicial watch and Bill Still and everybody I have listened to so far on this Uranium Deal are not real solutions at all. We have but to sit and watch our constitutional republic being flushed down the toilet by all our "leaders" right now.

All of this has Saul Alinksky smiling while burning in Hell.

Good morning, I’m still reporting on: US on the Verge of a Failed State, 1858
Synopsis: I’m so sorry to have to run this weekly update by Judicial Watch’s Tom Fitton in a way, because Tom is a man of character – he can be trusted – and his highly informed opinion is that the level of corruption in the FBI and the Justice Department is so high now that the US is on the verge of becoming a failed state – at least when it comes to honestly prosecuting and routing out corruption in high places.
Unless President Trump and Attorney General Jeff Sessions jump in here and knock some heads together to get the truth out, we are no better in this regard than any old so-called “banana republic” – where the concept of equal justice under the law does not exist, and that means that the rule of law no longer exists, and that is the difference between a civilized society and the law of the jungle.
[insert]
Where is President Trump? This is the core of the conspiracy against the United States. Where is Jeff Sessions? Boy have you let us down.
And the argument that we have to protect the integrity of the FBI and the Justice Department? Hogwash. The way you have integrity is to admit it when you make a mistake. Covering up a failed system will never do it. And that’s just what those who hate America want. They want to embed a deep-seated distrust in government.
Well this will certainly do it. The only way to get rid of this cancer is to open the wound and flush it out.

DONATING MILLIONS Former President Bill Clinton with Sir Tom Hunter, left, and Frank Giustra, major donors to Mr. Clinton’s charitable foundation. Evelyn Hockstein for The New York Times

Late on Sept. 6, 2005, a private plane carrying the Canadian mining financier Frank Giustra touched down in Almaty, a ruggedly picturesque city in southeast Kazakhstan (http://topics.nytimes.com/top/news/international/countriesandterritories/kazakhstan/index.html?inline=nyt-geo). Several hundred miles to the west a fortune awaited: highly coveted deposits of uranium that could fuel nuclear reactors around the world. And Mr. Giustra was in hot pursuit of an exclusive deal to tap them.

Unlike more established competitors, Mr. Giustra was a newcomer to uranium mining in Kazakhstan, a former Soviet republic. But what his fledgling company lacked in experience, it made up for in connections. Accompanying Mr. Giustra on his luxuriously appointed MD-87 jet that day was a former president of the United States, Bill Clinton (http://topics.nytimes.com/top/reference/timestopics/people/c/bill_clinton/index.html?inline=nyt-per).

Upon landing on the first stop of a three-country philanthropic tour, the two men were whisked off to share a sumptuous midnight banquet with Kazakhstan’s president, Nursultan A. Nazarbayev, whose 19-year stranglehold on the country has all but quashed political dissent.

Mr. Nazarbayev walked away from the table with a propaganda coup, after Mr. Clinton expressed enthusiastic support for the Kazakh leader’s bid to head an international organization that monitors elections and supports democracy. Mr. Clinton’s public declaration undercut both American foreign policy and sharp criticism of Kazakhstan’s poor human rights record by, among others, Mr. Clinton’s wife, Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton (http://topics.nytimes.com/top/reference/timestopics/people/c/hillary_rodham_clinton/index.html?inline=nyt-per) of New York.

Within two days, corporate records show that Mr. Giustra also came up a winner when his company signed preliminary agreements giving it the right to buy into three uranium projects controlled by Kazakhstan’s state-owned uranium agency, Kazatomprom.

The monster deal stunned the mining industry, turning an unknown shell company into one of the world’s largest uranium producers in a transaction ultimately worth tens of millions of dollars to Mr. Giustra, analysts said.

Just months after the Kazakh pact was finalized, Mr. Clinton’s charitable foundation received its own windfall: a $31.3 million donation from Mr. Giustra that had remained a secret until he acknowledged it last month. The gift, combined with Mr. Giustra’s more recent and public pledge to give the William J. Clinton Foundation an additional $100 million, secured Mr. Giustra a place in Mr. Clinton’s inner circle, an exclusive club of wealthy entrepreneurs in which friendship with the former president has its privileges.

Mr. Giustra was invited to accompany the former president to Almaty just as the financier was trying to seal a deal he had been negotiating for months.

In separate written responses, both men said Mr. Gustar traveled with Mr. Clinton to Kazakhstan, India and China to see first-hand the philanthropic work done by his foundation.

A spokesman for Mr. Clinton said the former president knew that Mr. Giustra had mining interests in Kazakhstan but was unaware of “any particular efforts” and did nothing to help. Mr. Giustra said he was there as an “observer only” and there was “no discussion” of the deal with Mr. Nazarbayev or Mr. Clinton.

But Moukhtar Dzhakishev, president of Kazatomprom, said in an interview that Mr. Giustra did discuss it, directly with the Kazakh president, and that his friendship with Mr. Clinton “of course made an impression.” Mr. Dzhakishev added that Kazatomprom chose to form a partnership with Mr. Giustra’s company based solely on the merits of its offer.

After The Times told Mr. Giustra that others said he had discussed the deal with Mr. Nazarbayev, Mr. Giustra responded that he “may well have mentioned my general interest in the Kazakhstan mining business to him, but I did not discuss the ongoing” efforts.

As Mrs. Clinton’s presidential campaign has intensified, Mr. Clinton has begun severing financial ties with Ronald W. Burkle, the supermarket magnate, and Vinod Gupta, the chairman of InfoUSA, to avoid any conflicts of interest. Those two men have harnessed the former president’s clout to expand their businesses while making the Clintons rich through partnership and consulting arrangements.

Mr. Clinton has vowed to continue raising money for his foundation if Mrs. Clinton is elected president, maintaining his connections with a wide network of philanthropic partners.

Mr. Giustra said that while his friendship with the former president “may have elevated my profile in the news media, it has not directly affected any of my business transactions.”

Mining colleagues and analysts agree it has not hurt. Neil MacDonald, the chief executive of a Canadian merchant bank that specializes in mining deals, said Mr. Giustra’s financial success was partly due to a “fantastic network” crowned by Mr. Clinton. “That’s a very solid relationship for him,” Mr. MacDonald said. “I’m sure it’s very much a two-way relationship because that’s the way Frank operates.”

Foreseeing Opportunities
Mr. Giustra made his fortune in mining ventures as a broker on the Vancouver Stock Exchange, raising billions of dollars and developing a loyal following of investors. Just as the mining sector collapsed, Mr. Giustra, a lifelong film buff, founded the Lion’s Gate Entertainment Corporation in 1997. But he sold the studio in 2003 and returned to mining.

Mr. Giustra foresaw a bull market in gold and began investing in mines in Argentina, Australia and Mexico. He turned a $20 million shell company into a powerhouse that, after a $2.4 billion merger with Goldcorp Inc., became Canada’s second-largest gold company.

With a net worth estimated in the hundreds of millions of dollars, Mr. Giustra began looking for ways to put his wealth to good use. Meeting Mr. Clinton, and learning about the work his foundation was doing on issues like AIDS treatment in poor countries, “changed my life,” Mr. Giustra told The Vancouver Sun.

https://static01.nyt.com/images/2008/01/31/nyregion/donorchart190.jpg

The two men were introduced in June 2005 at a fund-raiser for tsunami victims at Mr. Giustra’s Vancouver home and hit it off right away. They share a love of history, geopolitics and music — Mr. Giustra plays the trumpet to Mr. Clinton’s saxophone. Soon the dapper Canadian was a regular at Mr. Clinton’s side, as they flew around the world aboard Mr. Giustra’s plane.

Philanthropy may have become his passion, but Mr. Giustra, now 50, was still hunting for ways to make money.

Exploding demand for energy had helped revitalize the nuclear power industry, and uranium, the raw material for reactor fuel, was about to become a hot commodity. In late 2004, Mr. Giustra began talking to investors, and put together a company that would eventually be called UrAsia Energy Ltd.

Kazakhstan, which has about one-fifth of the world’s uranium reserves, was the place to be. But with plenty of suitors, Kazatomprom could be picky about its partners.

“Everyone was asking Kazatomprom to the dance,” said Fadi Shadid, a senior stock analyst covering the uranium industry for Friedman Billings Ramsey, an investment bank. “A second-tier junior player like UrAsia — you’d need all the help you could get.”

The Cameco Corporation, the world’s largest uranium producer, was already a partner of Kazatomprom. But when Cameco expressed interest in the properties Mr. Giustra was already eying, the government’s response was lukewarm. “The signals we were getting was, you’ve got your hands full,” said Gerald W. Grandey, Cameco president.

For Cameco, it took five years to “build the right connections” in Kazakhstan, Mr. Grandey said. UrAsia did not have that luxury. Profitability depended on striking before the price of uranium soared.

“Timing was everything,” said Sergey Kurzin, a Russian-born businessman whose London-based company was brought into the deal by UrAsia because of his connections in Kazakhstan. Even with those connections, Mr. Kurzin said, it took four months to arrange a meeting with Kazatomprom.

In August 2005, records show, the company sent an engineering consultant to Kazakhstan to assess the uranium properties. Less than four weeks later, Mr. Giustra arrived with Mr. Clinton.

Mr. Dzhakishev, the Kazatomprom chief, said an aide to Mr. Nazarbayev informed him that Mr. Giustra talked with Mr. Nazarbayev about the deal during the visit. “And when our president asked Giustra, ‘What do you do?’ he said, ‘I’m trying to do business with Kazatomprom,’ ” Mr. Dzhakishev said. He added that Mr. Nazarbayev replied, “Very good, go to it.”

Mr. Clinton’s Kazakhstan visit, the only one of his post-presidency, appears to have been arranged hastily. The United States Embassy got last-minute notice that the president would be making “a private visit,” said a State Department official, who said he was not authorized to speak on the record.

The publicly stated reason for the visit was to announce a Clinton Foundation agreement that enabled the government to buy discounted AIDS drugs. But during a news conference, Mr. Clinton wandered into delicate territory by commending Mr. Nazarbayev for “opening up the social and political life of your country.”

In a statement Kazakhstan would highlight in news releases, Mr. Clinton declared that he hoped it would achieve a top objective: leading the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, which would confer legitimacy on Mr. Nazarbayev’s government.

“I think it’s time for that to happen, it’s an important step, and I’m glad you’re willing to undertake it,” Mr. Clinton said.

A Speedy Process
Mr. Clinton’s praise was odd, given that the United States did not support Mr. Nazarbayev’s bid. (Late last year, Kazakhstan finally won the chance to lead the security organization for one year, despite concerns raised by the Bush administration.) Moreover, Mr. Clinton’s wife, who sits on a Congressional commission with oversight of such matters, had also voiced skepticism.

Eleven months before Mr. Clinton’s statement, Mrs. Clinton co-signed a commission letter to the State Department that sounded “alarm bells” about the prospect that Kazakhstan might head the group. The letter stated that Kazakhstan’s bid “would not be acceptable,” citing “serious corruption,” canceled elections and government control of the news media.

In a written statement to The Times, Mr. Clinton’s spokesman said the former president saw “no contradiction” between his statements in Kazakhstan and the position of Mrs. Clinton, who said through a spokeswoman, “Senator Clinton’s position on Kazakhstan remains unchanged.”

Noting that the former president also met with opposition leaders in Almaty, Mr. Clinton’s spokesman said he was only “seeking to suggest that a commitment to political openness and to fair elections would reflect well on Kazakhstan’s efforts to chair the O.S.C.E.”

But Robert Herman, who worked for the State Department in the Clinton administration and is now at Freedom House, a human rights group, said the former president’s statement amounted to an endorsement of Kazakhstan’s readiness to lead the group, a position he called “patently absurd.”

“He was either going off his brief or he was sadly mistaken,” Mr. Herman said. “There was nothing in the record to suggest that they really wanted to move forward on democratic reform.”

HIGH-LEVEL MEETING Mr. Clinton with Nursultan A. Nazarbayev, president of Kazakhstan, in September 2005. Prosites-Kazakhembus.

Homstead.com Indeed, in December 2005, Mr. Nazarbayev won another election, which the security organization itself said was marred by an “atmosphere of intimidation” and “ballot-box stuffing.”

After Mr. Nazarbayev won with 91 percent of the vote, Mr. Clinton sent his congratulations. “Recognizing that your work has received an excellent grade is one of the most important rewards in life,” Mr. Clinton wrote in a letter released by the Kazakh embassy. Last September, just weeks after Kazakhstan held an election that once again failed to meet international standards, Mr. Clinton honored Mr. Nazarbayev by inviting him to his annual philanthropic conference.

Within 48 hours of Mr. Clinton’s departure from Almaty on Sept. 7, Mr. Giustra got his deal. UrAsia signed two memorandums of understanding that paved the way for the company to become partners with Kazatomprom in three mines.

The cost to UrAsia was more than $450 million, money the company did not have in hand and had only weeks to come up with. The transaction was finalized in November, after UrAsia raised the money through the largest initial public offering in the history of Canada’s Venture Exchange.

Mr. Giustra challenged the notion that UrAsia needed to court Kazatomprom’s favor to seal the deal, contending that the government agency’s approval was not required.

But Mr. Dzhakishev, analysts and Mr. Kurzin, one of Mr. Giustra’s own investors, said that approval was necessary. Mr. Dzhakishev, who said that the deal was almost done when Mr. Clinton arrived, said that Kazatomprom was impressed with the sum Mr. Giustra was willing to pay and his record of attracting investors. He said Mr. Nazarbayev himself ultimately signed off on the transaction.

Longtime market watchers were confounded. Kazatomprom’s choice of UrAsia was a “mystery,” said Gene Clark, the chief executive of Trade Tech, a uranium industry newsletter.

“UrAsia was able to jump-start the whole process somehow,” Mr. Clark said. The company became a “major uranium producer when it didn’t even exist before.”

A Profitable Sale
Records show that Mr. Giustra donated the $31.3 million to the Clinton Foundation in the months that followed in 2006, but neither he nor a spokesman for Mr. Clinton would say exactly when.

In September 2006, Mr. Giustra co-produced a gala 60th birthday for Mr. Clinton that featured stars like Jon Bon Jovi and raised about $21 million for the Clinton Foundation.

In February 2007, a company called Uranium One agreed to pay $3.1 billion to acquire UrAsia. Mr. Giustra, a director and major shareholder in UrAsia, would be paid $7.05 per share for a company that just two years earlier was trading at 10 cents per share.
That same month, Mr. Dzhakishev, the Kazatomprom chief, said he traveled to Chappaqua, N.Y., to meet with Mr. Clinton at his home. Mr. Dzhakishev said Mr. Giustra arranged the three-hour meeting. Mr. Dzhakishev said he wanted to discuss Kazakhstan’s intention — not publicly known at the time — to buy a 10 percent stake in Westinghouse, a United States supplier of nuclear technology.

Nearly a year earlier, Mr. Clinton had advised Dubai on how to handle the political furor after one of that nation’s companies attempted to take over several American ports. Mrs. Clinton was among those on Capitol Hill who raised the national security concerns that helped kill the deal.

Mr. Dzhakishev said he was worried the proposed Westinghouse investment could face similar objections. Mr. Clinton told him that he would not lobby for him, but Mr. Dzhakishev came away pleased by the chance to promote his nation’s proposal to a former president.

Mr. Clinton “said this was very important for America,” said Mr. Dzhakishev, who added that Mr. Giustra was present at Mr. Clinton’s home.

Both Mr. Clinton and Mr. Giustra at first denied that any such meeting occurred. Mr. Giustra also denied ever arranging for Kazakh officials to meet with Mr. Clinton. Wednesday, after The Times told them that others said a meeting, in Mr. Clinton’s home, had in fact taken place, both men acknowledged it.

“You are correct that I asked the president to meet with the head of Kazatomprom,” Mr. Giustra said. “Mr. Dzhakishev asked me in February 2007 to set up a meeting with former President Clinton to discuss the future of the nuclear energy industry.” Mr. Giustra said the meeting “escaped my memory until you raised it.”

Wednesday, Mr. Clinton’s spokesman, Ben Yarrow, issued what he called a “correction,” saying: “Today, Mr. Giustra told our office that in February 2007, he brought Mr. Dzhakishev from Kazatomprom to meet with President Clinton to discuss the future of nuclear energy.”

Mr. Yarrow said his earlier denial was based on the former president’s records, which he said “show a Feb. 27 meeting with Mr. Giustra; no other attendees are listed.”

Mr. Dzhakishev said he had a vivid memory of his Chappaqua visit, and a souvenir to prove it: a photograph of himself with the former president.

“I hung up the photograph of us and people ask me if I met with Clinton and I say, Yes, I met with Clinton,” he said, smiling proudly.

I see the Uranium One matter and the Dossier matter and PedoGate / PizzaGate matter all closely related.

So I will post this video here where "the Right's" favorite guy of late, Congressman Trey Gowdy, blows it bigtime.

Gowdy says Russia hacked the DNC and election.

Mueller is a good guy and we ought to just let him do his job.

WikiLeaks is not our friend.

Gowdy used the phrase "our democracy"

It almost sounds like Gowdy has gone into attack and undermine Trump mode.

Sad to say, I just lost a whole lot of respect for Congressman Gowdy and his bright light of upholding the rule of law in congressional proceedings.

It looks very much to me that Congressman Gowdy has been compromised. I have listened to many of the video clips of Gowdy on YT sounding of so tough and dishing out a big serving of hopium to us in this time of total meltdown of our constitutional republic and the rule of law. But all the while I keep seeing that nobody is being prosecuted and convicted. The public is increasingly yelling "lock 'em up" and 'drain the swamp now.' And for all his huffing and puffing, Gowdy never DOES ANYTHING. I notice from time time Gowdy would always interject that he and congress are very limited in their jurisdiction, in what they legally can do in light of whatever they uncover. That is a polite way of telling us the congress is going to talk big but be the same old do-nothing wimps that have not been representing us for a very long time.

Previously undiscovered FOIA documents may be a game changer. An internet researcher who goes by Katica on Twitter has discoverd previously unknown documents . .

Internet researcher Katica (Twitter GOPollAnalyst (https://twitter.com/GOPPollAnalyst)) may have found the hidden thread that unravels a much bigger story within the Uranium One-Clinton-FBI scandal.

In an otherwise innocuous FBI FOIA FILE (https://vault.fbi.gov/hillary-r.-clinton/Hillary%20R.%20Clinton%20Part%2015%20of%2015/view) Katica located a notice for preservation of documents sent by an FBI special agent to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission on August 28th, 2015. What is interesting about the preservation request(s) are the recipients, their attachment to CFIUS (https://www.treasury.gov/resource-center/international/Pages/Committee-on-Foreign-Investment-in-US.aspx)(Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States), and the timeline of events surrounding the agent’s notification.
https://theconservativetreehouse.files.wordpress.com/2017/10/injustice-league-2.jpg (https://theconservativetreehouse.files.wordpress.com/2017/10/injustice-league-2.jpg)
The time-line here is very important as it might change the perception of exactly what the FBI was investigating as it relates to Hillary Clinton’s email scandal. Therefore a backdrop to understand content and context is important.

Up to now the general perception of the FBI’s involvement surrounding the Clinton emails has been against the backdrop of using a personal email server to conduct business, and the potential for unlawful transmission of classified data.

Additionally, the circumvention of official information technology protocols was the narrative most often discussed. The headlines were “Clinton used bad judgement” etc.

In essence, throughout 2015, 2016, 2017 the arguments, including FBI legal probes, were thought to center around “process“. However, Katica’s discovery re-frames that argument to focus on the subject matter “content” within the emails, and not the process.

https://theconservativetreehouse.files.wordpress.com/2015/03/clinton-emails.jpg (https://theconservativetreehouse.files.wordpress.com/2015/03/clinton-emails.jpg)
Bear with me… The first notification of a Clinton email problem stemmed from the discovery that Secretary of State Hillary Clinton used her personal email (and server) to conduct official government business. Those initial revelations were discovered around March of 2015. [New York Times, March 2nd (https://www.nytimes.com/2015/03/03/us/politics/hillary-clintons-use-of-private-email-at-state-department-raises-flags.html)]

Sometime around August 3rd, 2015, we discovered the FBI inquiry was actually a “criminal probe“. [USA Today August 4th (https://t.co/5v8CyjcwLY)] – [Washington Post August 3rd (http://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/fbi-looks-into-security-of-clintons-private-e-mail-setup/2015/08/04/2bdd85ec-3aae-11e5-8e98-115a3cf7d7ae_story.html)] – [New York Post, August 5th, 2015 (http://nypost.com/2015/08/05/fbi-investigation-of-hillarys-emails-is-criminal-probe/)] The media reporting in early August of 2015 showed the FBI investigation was actually a criminal probe. The dates here are important.

The discovery by Katica (https://twitter.com/GOPPollAnalyst/status/926496023333212160) shows that on August 28th, 2015, an FBI special agent sent a notification to preserve records to: •Nuclear Regulatory Commission; •The U.S. Dept. of Treasury; •Office of Director of National Intelligence (ODNI James Clapper); •The National Counter Terrorism Center; and the •U.S. Department of Energy (DoE).
https://theconservativetreehouse.files.wordpress.com/2017/11/katica-foia-1.jpg (https://theconservativetreehouse.files.wordpress.com/2017/11/katica-foia-1.jpg)(Page #7 – FBI Clinton Documents – Part 15 LINK) (https://vault.fbi.gov/hillary-r.-clinton/Hillary%20R.%20Clinton%20Part%2015%20of%2015/view)

Each of these agencies was intricately involved in the 2010 approval of the Uranium One deal. Indeed, each of these specific agencies is involved in the CFIUS approval process for the purchase within the Uranium One deal. Hillary Clinton was Secretary of State at the time.

Five Days later, on September 2nd, 2015, the FBI special agent sent another notification for preservation of records to the same agencies -beginning with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission- and adding: the National Security Agency (NSA – Admiral Mike Rogers) and the United States Secret Service (USSS).
https://theconservativetreehouse.files.wordpress.com/2017/11/katica-foia-2.jpg (https://theconservativetreehouse.files.wordpress.com/2017/11/katica-foia-2.jpg)
(Page #13 – FBI Clinton Documents – Part 15 LINK) (https://vault.fbi.gov/hillary-r.-clinton/Hillary%20R.%20Clinton%20Part%2015%20of%2015/view#document/p13)

The following day, on September 3rd, 2015, the FBI special agent submitted a supplemental notification for preservation of records to: •The Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), •Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), and •The Department of Defense:

(Page #15 – FBI Clinton Documents – Part 15 LINK (https://vault.fbi.gov/hillary-r.-clinton/Hillary%20R.%20Clinton%20Part%2015%20of%2015/view))

Taken in their totality those FBI special agent notifications now encompassed every member of the CFIUS group who “signed off” on approval of the Uranium One deal.

It would be intellectually dishonest not to see the very likely attachment of the special agent’s action. That is to say an FBI probe originating as an outcome of information retrieved in parallel to the timing of the “criminal probe” of Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s email use.

The sequence of events highlights a criminal probe starting [early August 2015], followed by notifications to the “Uranium One” CFIUS participants [late August 2015].

If you consider the larger Clinton timeline; along with the FBI special agent requests from identified participants; and overlay the Nuclear Regulatory Commission as the leading entity surrounding the probe elements; and the fact that the CFIUS participants were the recipients of the retention requests; well, it’s just too coincidental to think this is unrelated to the Uranium One deal and the more alarming implications.

Further, if you consider this factual researched information against the backdrop of new and current information about the roles of each of the outlined participants; and the knowledge of the mystery FBI informant who was threatened (https://theconservativetreehouse.com/2017/10/29/lawyer-obama-admin-threatened-fbi-informant-during-uranium-one-deal/) to keep his mouth shut; well, it’s not a leap to connect the dots and see that the top-tier of the FBI (Robert Mueller, James Comey) and DOJ (Eric Holder, Loretta Lynch, Rod Rosenstein, et al), along with their subordinates, would potentially be in legal jeopardy….
And don’t think that in 2017 these people are not acutely aware of that risk, and signaling their audience:

This revelation means all the apex players in the deepest part of the DC’s deep swamp would have some level of exposure risk within the underlying scandal. That reality also presents a problem because the people charged with protecting U.S. interests, the investigative leadership, are the very people that need to be investigated. (Hence the signaling tweet from Eric Holder above)
However, there is good news. Specifically because of this find, we have located the investigative needle in the haystack of buried information.

Congress can get, and see, those FBI preservation notification documents without redaction. Congress could then interview the FBI special agent who was obviously in charge of key elements within the 2015 probe. Put the FBI special agent together with the unnamed FBI informant, question them, and discover what they know about the entire Uranium One deal – and there’s the road-map to tear this thing wide open.

Any questions?

The Bush / Clinton cabal was joined at the hip with the Obama cabal.

Do not think that this Uranium One cesspool is purely Democrat.

Sure, 8 of the 9 people on CFIUS were Democrats and Republican Robert Gates, Sec Def,

and the vote of all 9 people was unanimous FOR to approve the deal.

All the other federal agencies involved also had some Republican rats supporting pushing this thing through.

The issue is

what did they know and when did they know it.

Look, there were scads of moneyed lobbyists swarming around CFIUS and every member knew very well Russia big money wanted this thing to happen.

It is impossible that these CFIUS committee members did not know that FBI had an ongoing criminal investigation of Russia nuclear interests in USA.

Right now, all these CFIUS members are claiming they knew nothing at all about this and that they innocently voted for a perfectly legal trade deal where the uranium was never going to leave the USA.

But it is kind of funny to claim ignorance while your hubby travels to Moscow to screw whores, errh, give a half a million dollar speach as reward for your instrumental compliance in pushing this through.

Crooked Hillary Clinton is angry over the possibility of a special counsel investigating her role in the Uranium One scandal.

Ol’ Crooked sat down with Mother Jones (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GP7J_EsXZ3k) for an exclusive interview looking sick and scared as she lashed out at the Trump administration, calling the possible investigation “an abuse of power”.

POLITICO reports (https://www.politico.com/story/2017/11/15/clinton-special-counsel-uranium-244966):
Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has slammed President Donald Trump for suggesting that a special prosecutor investigate her role in the Uranium One deal, a current cause célèbre among conservative commentators and some House Republican lawmakers.

“Taking myself out of it, this is such an abuse of power and it goes right at the rule of law,” Clinton told Mother Jones in an interview posted Wednesday night. “As secretary of state, I went around the world bragging about America’s rule of law. … If they send a signal that we are going to be like some dictatorship, some authoritarian regime where political opponents are going to be unfairly, fraudulently investigated, that rips at the fabric of the contract that we have that we can trust our justice system.”

Classic projection from Hillary. She perfectly described the Mueller investigation. The Mueller witch hunt is something you would see under Stalin’s rule.

Hillary paid millions of dollars for a Russian dossier full of lies which was used to fraudulently unmask and investigate her political opponent.

For Hillary to claim that a special counsel investigating the Uranium One scandal would send a signal to the world that we are a dictatorship is laughable at best.
In fact it’s quite the opposite.

If Hillary Clinton isn’t properly investigated and brought to justice then that shows the world, and most importantly Americans that we are no different than corrupt 3rd world countries.

Secret FBI Informant Breaks Silence on Uranium One Scandal — Says Proof of Wrongdoing ‘Exists’

November 16, 2017 by Joshua Caplan 34 Comments

For the first time, the FBI informant on the Clinton-Uranium One deal has broken his silence to the media. The informant revealed he is eager to testify because of his “concerns about Russia’s activities in the United States, but declined to comment further,” reports (https://www.reuters.com/article/us-usa-clinton-informant-exclusive/exclusive-secret-witness-in-senate-clinton-probe-is-ex-lobbyist-for-russian-firm-idUSKBN1DG1SB) Reuters.

Independent Journal Review (http://ijr.com/the-declaration/2017/11/1018550-secret-fbi-informant-uranium-one-breaks-silence-says-proof-wrongdoing-exists/) reports:
The witness, identified by Reuters (https://www.reuters.com/article/us-usa-clinton-informant-exclusive/exclusive-secret-witness-in-senate-clinton-probe-is-ex-lobbyist-for-russian-firm-idUSKBN1DG1SB) as William D. Campbell, worked as a lobbyist for a Russian firm.
Hillary Clinton claims no wrongdoing with Uranium One, though.

“If they send a signal that we’re going to be like some dictatorship, like some authoritarian regime, where political opponents are going to be unfairly, fraudulently investigated, that rips at the fabric of the contract we have, that we can trust our justice system,” she said during an interview with Mother Jones (http://www.motherjones.com/politics/2017/11/hillary-clinton-trump-special-counsel-threat-this-is-such-an-abuse-of-power/#).

Campbell, on the other hand, refuses to stay silent about the issue and plans to testify in front of Congress. But he doesn’t just have his testimony, and he claims to have evidence.

“I have worked with the Justice Department undercover for several years, and documentation relating to Uranium One and political influence does exist, and I have it,” he told Reuters.

As The Gateway Pundit previously reported (http://thegatewaypundit.com/2017/10/clintons-engaged-record-quid-pro-quo-fbi-informant-lawyer-says-video/), Victoria Toensing, the lawyer representing the FBI informant says there is “on-the-record quid pro quo” surrounding the Uranium One scandal with Bill Clinton receiving a $500,000 speaking fee from a Russian backed bank and the Clinton Foundation receiving millions of dollars from people involved on the deal.

As previously reported (http://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2017/10/loretta-lynch-blocked-fbi-informant-testifying-congress-russians-bribing-clintons-uranium-one-scandal/), not only was the FBI informant working on the Russian bribery case threatened by the Obama administration, he was blocked by the DOJ under then-AG Loretta Lynch from testifying to Congress.

Toensing said her client “is not only afraid of the Russian people, but he is afraid of the US government because of the threats the Obama administration made against him.”

In a major win for the American people, the DOJ lifted the informant’s gag order which means he will be able to testify to Congress.

In a move which can only be interpreted as an effort to protect the FBI, the Obama administration and the Clintons, AG Jeff Sessions and several Justice Dept. officials have been casting doubt on the value of Campbell’s evidence, along with the need for a Special Counsel to investigate.

Via John Solomon of The Hill (http://thehill.com/homenews/administration/361276-fbi-informant-gathered-years-of-evidence-on-russian-push-for-us):
“both Attorney General Jeff Sessions in testimony last week and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein in a letter to the Senate last month tried to suggest there was no connection between Uranium One and the nuclear bribery case. Their argument was that the criminal charges weren’t filed until 2014, while the Committee of Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) approval of the Uranium One sale occurred in October 2010.”

A52DBB technician with barrel of Uranium yellow cake refined from Uranium ore

Several weeks ago a bombshell report by John Solomon and Alison Spann of The Hill (http://thehill.com/policy/national-security/355749-fbi-uncovered-russian-bribery-plot-before-obama-administration) revealed that an undercover FBI informant embedded deep within the Russian nuclear industry had uncovered evidence as early as the fall of 2009 of a massive plot by Russia to corner the American Uranium market. Evidence of the scheme was in the hands of the FBI an entire year before the Obama administration approved the sale of Uranium One to Russia’s state-owned Energy giant, Rosatom – which has since been exporting ‘yellowcake’ uranium to Canada, Europe and elsewhere via a Kentuky trucking firm (http://thehill.com/policy/national-security/358339-uranium-one-deal-led-to-some-exports-to-europe-memos-show).

Based on what the FBI knew – including evidence which purportedly includes a video of Russians preparing briefcases of bribe money (http://ibankcoin.com/zeropointnow/2017/11/17/fbi-informant-has-video-of-russian-agents-with-briefcases-of-bribe-money-in-clinton-uranium-scandal/#sthash.EqaqDfLP.dpbs) – the deal never should have gone through. Moreover, both Robert Mueller and current deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein were directly involved – and current Attorney General Jeff Sessions and other Justice Department officials appear to be covering for them.

Mueller’s FBI knew…
Key among the troubling revelations from The Hill is the undercover informant’s claim that Obama’s FBI, headed at the time by director Robert Mueller (http://ibankcoin.com/zeropointnow/files/2017/08/landscape-1501789989-mueller.jpg), knew that “Russian nuclear officials had routed millions of dollars to the U.S. designed to benefit former President Bill Clinton’s charitable foundation during the time Secretary of State Hillary Clinton served on a government body that provided a favorable decision to Moscow” – a deal which would eventually grant the Kremlin control over 20 percent of America’s uranium supply, as detailed by author Peter Schweitzer’s book Clinton Cash (https://www.amazon.com/Clinton-Cash-Foreign-Governments-Businesses/dp/0062369296) and the New York Times (https://www.nytimes.com/2015/04/24/us/cash-flowed-to-clinton-foundation-as-russians-pressed-for-control-of-uranium-company.html) in 2015.

The FBI mole also gathered extensive evidence that Moscow had compromised an American uranium trucking firm, Transport Logistics International (TLI) in violation of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act – engaging in a scheme of bribes and kickbacks involving the company which would have transported the U.S. uranium sold to Russia in the ’20 percent’ deal.

“The Russians were compromising American contractors in the nuclear industry with kickbacks and extortion threats, all of which raised legitimate national security concerns. And none of that evidence got aired before the Obama administration made those decisions,” a person who worked on the case told The Hill, speaking on condition of anonymity for fear of retribution by U.S. or Russian officials. –The Hill (http://thehill.com/policy/national-security/355749-fbi-uncovered-russian-bribery-plot-before-obama-administration)
In short, the FBI had ample evidence of the Russian plot before the Obama administration approved the Uranium One deal.

Iron-Clad Gag Order Lifted
The FBI informant – outed five days ago as energy consultant William Campbell -was “threatened (http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2017/10/19/grassley-wants-gag-order-lifted-for-fbi-informant-allegedly-threatened-by-obama-doj.html)” by Obama admin AG Loretta Lynch to keep quiet, according to his attorney – former Reagan Justice Dept. official and former Chief Counsel to the Senate Intelligence Committee Victoria Toensing. After Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-VA) demanded Campbell be allowed to testify in front of Congress, the gag order was lifted.

Sessions And The DOJ are running Interference

http://ibankcoin.com/zeropointnow/files/2017/02/jeff-sessions-feature-hero-2-300x200.jpg (http://ibankcoin.com/zeropointnow/files/2017/02/jeff-sessions-feature-hero-2.jpg)

THIS IS A LIE – which has rubbed several Congressional republicans the wrong way:
“Attorney General Sessions seemed to say that the bribery, racketeering and money laundering offenses involving Tenex’s Vadim Mikerin occurred after the approval of the Uranium One deal by the Obama administration. But we know that the FBI’s confidential informant was actively compiling incriminating evidence as far back as 2009,” Rep. Ron DeSantis, (R-Fla.) told The Hill.

“It is hard to fathom how such a transaction could have been approved without the existence of the underlying corruption being disclosed. I hope AG Sessions gets briefed about the CI and gives the Uranium One case the scrutiny it deserves,” added DeSantis, whose House Oversight and Government Reform subcommittees is one of the investigating panels.

Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) sent a similar rebuke last week to Rosenstein, saying the deputy attorney general’s first response to the committee “largely missed the point” of the congressional investigations.

“The essential question is whether the Obama Justice Department provided notice of the criminal activity of certain officials before the CFIUS approval of the Uranium One deal and other government decisions that enabled the Russians to trade nuclear materials in the U.S,” Grassley scolded.

http://ibankcoin.com/zeropointnow/files/2017/11/531-300x169.jpg (http://ibankcoin.com/zeropointnow/files/2017/11/531.jpg)

Meanwhile – John Solomon and journalist Sara Carter have copies of the FBI informant’s evidence, and Carter just annihilated the DOJ in an explosive report (https://saraacarter.com/2017/11/21/treasure-trove-of-documents-tying-russia-to-uranium-one/) laying out the players, the timeline, and the evidence at hand.

“By the time the sale of Uranium One was approved by the Obama Administration, the FBI’s investigators had already gathered substantial evidence and the bureau was also aware of Russia’s intentions to enter the U.S. energy market and its desire to purchase a stake in American uranium,”
Carter writes.

Highlights:

FBI mole William Campbell was a highly valued FBI asset – paid $51,000 by FBI officials at a celebration dinner in Chrystal City, VA, where Campbell’s attorney says they thanked him for his service.
Campbell was required by the Russians, under threat, to launder large sums of money – which allowed the FBI to uncover a massive Russian “Nuclear money laundering apparatus”
Campbell collected over 5,000 documents and briefs over a six year period
Campbell uncovered a Russian plot to penetrate the Obama administration and gain approval for the Uranium One sale, including a 2010 email which describes “Russia’s intent on expanding its Uranium expansion in the United States.”

“The attached article is of interest as I believe it highlights the ongoing resolve in Russia to gradually and systematically acquire and control global energy resources,” said Fisk, who titled the subject line of the email ‘Russian uranium.’ The article attached to Fisk’s email, was a Reuters report in June, 2010, titled ‘Despite price falls, ARMZ confident of Uranium One shareholder approval. –Sara Carter (https://saraacarter.com/2017/11/21/treasure-trove-of-documents-tying-russia-to-uranium-one/)

“This is not just about bribery and kickbacks but about a U.S. company that was transporting yellow-cake for the Russians with our approval,” an unnamed U.S. Intelligence official told Carter, adding “This should raise serious questions. At the time everyone was concerned about Russia’s ties to Iran, we still are. And of course, Russia’s intentions and reach into the U.S. energy market.”

And after all of that, Attorney General Jeff Sessions doesn’t think there’s “enough basis” to appoint a second Special Counsel to investigate the Uranium One deal.

Moreover, Carter reports that “several Justice Department officials, who formerly commended Campbell, have spoken on background to other news agencies disparaging Campbell and his work at that time” – despite the FBI’s glowing review and $51,000 check.

Carter writes:
In a story by Michael Isikoff, published on Yahoo, a DOJ official involved in the case stated that Campbell was a “disaster” as a potential witness and that “there was no question that Campbell’s credibility was such that the prosecutors had to restructure the case,” the source said.“He got cut out of the case entirely.” It is important to note that Campbell was going through 35 intense radiation treatments after being diagnosed with cancer during his time with the FBI, according to hospital records.

After years of effective reporting and working in harms way, the cancer diagnosis and treatment had a profound effect on Campbell’s ability to interact with in the final stages prior to the indictments, said Toensing.

She said her client is ready to present Congress with all he knows and called the stories a “smear job.”

“This is what the left do-provide false talking points to compromised reporters who are willing to regurgitate whatever they are fed,” said Toensing.

Keep in mind – all it took for Rod Rosenstein to establish Mueller’s Special Counsel on Russian influence was a dubious (https://disobedientmedia.com/2017/07/new-research-shows-guccifer-2-0-files-were-copied-locally-not-hacked/) Russian hacking report by a discredited DNC-linked security firm and a hearsay memo from former FBI director James Comey, stating that President Trump asked him to go easy on former National Security Advisor Mike Flynn.

If the DOJ continues to stonewall the Uranium One investigation and Campbell’s testimony is given the runaround, one has to wonder if any of the 5,000 documents – or even the Russian bribe video – will mysteriously appear in the public domain for the world to see.

Friday's 11-count indictment (https://www.zerohedge.com/news/2018-01-13/doj-unseals-11-count-indictment-involving-uranium-one-scandal) of former uranium transportation company executive, Mark Lambert, was the latest in a series of DOJ prosecutions involving individuals linked to the Russian nuclear industry and the Uranium One deal.

https://www.zerohedge.com/sites/default/files/styles/inline_image_desktop/public/inline-images/2b3182d_1.jpg?itok=w1oW_8bL
Mark Lambert
According to the indictment (https://www.justice.gov/opa/pr/former-president-maryland-based-transportation-company-indicted-11-counts-related-foreign), Lambert and others at Transport Logistics International (TLI) engaged in several counts of bribery, kickbacks and money laundering with Russian nuclear official Vadim Mikerin, in order to secure business advantages with TENEX - a subsidiary of Rosatom, the Kremlin's state-owned energy company which bought Uranium One.

TLI would have ostensibly transported all of the uranium from the U1 deal, were it not for an FBI undercover mole buried deep within the Russian nuclear industry who gathered extensive evidence of corruption.

What many don't realize is that Lambert's Friday indictment is not the first linked to the Uranium One deal.

In fact, Robert Mueller's FBI had been investigating the scheme since at least 2008 - with retiring Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe assigned to the ongoing investigation which was hidden from the Committee on Foreign Investments in the Untid States (CFIUS). Had they known, the committee never would have approved the Uranium One deal with TENEX's parent company, Rosatom.

Four individuals were eventually prosecuted and given plea agreements after the Uranium One deal was approved. The prosecuting DOJ attorneys? Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein and top Mueller investigator in the Trump-Russia probe, Andrew Weissman - who praised former acting Attorney General Sally Yates for defying Trump (http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2017/12/05/mueller-deputy-praised-doj-official-after-defied-trump-travel-ban-order-am-so-proud.html).

Unsurprisingly, all four indicted individuals were handed extremely light sentences, none of which made headlines.

The judge? Theodore Chuang - an Obama appointee who went to Harvard Law at the same time as Obama, advised Hillary Clinton as "Counselor on detail to the United States Department of State," and just so happened to strike down (https://www.npr.org/sections/thetwo-way/2017/10/18/558501163/federal-judge-in-maryland-blocks-trumps-latest-travel-ban-attempt)Trump's "Travel Ban" Executive Order. Chuang's wife, Jacinta Ma served as a senior policy advisor (http://archive.is/UQNxv) to Michelle Obama.

so, now we know that Rosenstein and Mueller never investigated RosAtom's use of shell companies to corner the US Uranium reserves or the payoffs to the Clinton's and the Clinton Foundation. All of the blathering on FoxNews and the right-wing media on this issue is complete malarkey. The investigations they are referring too are petty bribery cases completely unrelated to #UraniumOne (https://threadreaderapp.com/hashtag/UraniumOne). These reports have served to pacify the demand to actually investigate #UraniumOne (https://threadreaderapp.com/hashtag/UraniumOne).

What has been labeled by the media as a "restart" or a "new" investigation into #UraniumOne (https://threadreaderapp.com/hashtag/UraniumOne) is nothing more than Rosenstein's replacement in Maryland finishing up what Rosenstein had already investigated. Just the tail-end of this case. fcpa.stanford.edu/enforcement-ac… (http://fcpa.stanford.edu/enforcement-action.html?id=584) …

We also now know that the "suitcases" full of cash reported by William Campbell, the "gagged" FBI witness, are completely unrelated to the Clintons/#UraniumOne (https://threadreaderapp.com/hashtag/UraniumOne) scandal. His reports are all related to the case above. This is seriously frustrating on a couple of levels.

It means that even though Mueller, as FBI Director, most certainly knew of both the Kazakstan/RosAtom payoffs to the Clintons and the shell game being played by RosAtom to use foreign shell companies from Australia and Canada to corner the US Uranium reserves, he did nothing.

It also means that Rosenstein, who could not have avoided knowing about these efforts, did not expand his Maryland TENEX investigation to encompass the shell company transactions or payoffs to the Clintons. He must be subpoenaed to explain why by the House Judiciary Committee.

It also means there was no reason for the CFIUS committee to no approve the sale of #UraniumOne (https://threadreaderapp.com/hashtag/UraniumOne) to RosAtom because there was no investigation into any of the serious criminal activity of RosAtom. The FBI/DOJ investigation stopped short and only looked at petty bribery cases.

It also means that the "briefings" provided by Eric Holder to President Obama and to the Senate Judiciary Chair (Jeff Sessions) did not include any significant reasons to stop the CFIUS transaction of #UranuimOne (https://threadreaderapp.com/hashtag/UranuimOne).

Now we know that the payoffs to the Clintons and the Clinton Foundation with regard to the #UraniumOne (https://threadreaderapp.com/hashtag/UraniumOne) transaction here in the US were NOT made to grease the CFIUS decision at all; they were made to stop the Mueller/Rosenstein investigation from extending beyond the case above.

I fear that unless President Trump uses his authority to assign a Special Prosecutor, these crimes will forever go unpunished. Jeff Sessions is recused from any activity related to the Clintons or the Clinton Foundation and Rod Rosenstein certainly is not going to investigate it.

Needless to say, these recent developments are very disappointing.

And before everyone asks, No I do not believe @seanhannity (https://twitter.com/seanhannity) had any idea that he was being used to pacify us sheeple. I was even recommending people watch his updates on this issue. They fooled me too. Damn.

Public Comment Period on URANIUM

by Shari Dovale (https://redoubtnews.com/?s=shari+dovale)

“APCO was expected to give assistance free of charge to the Clinton Global Initiative as part of their effort to create a favorable environment to ensure the Obama administration made affirmative decisions on everything from Uranium One to the U.S.-Russia Civilian Nuclear Cooperation agreement,” ~ informant Douglas Campbell (https://redoubtnews.com/2018/08/public-comment-uranium/APCO%20was%20expected%20to%20give%20assistance%20f ree%20of%20charge%20to%20the%20Clinton%20Global%20 Initiative)

Uranium One is the Canada-based company with mines in the U.S. that was bought by a company backed by the Russian state. They spent millions of dollars in their attempt to influence Hillary Clinton while she led the US State Department.

This is a story that the Alternative media (https://redoubtnews.com/2017/10/alternative-media-vindicated-uranium-one/) has been talking about for years. When the Main Stream Media finally picked up on it, the Federal government decided that it was time to look into it.

The Obama administration’s approval of a deal that gave Russia a financial interest in U.S. uranium production is now under investigation. Last year, AG Sessions directed federal prosecutors to look into the sale of Uranium One to a Russian company – a transaction that President Trump has called the “real Russia story.”

That investigation has largely been thrown by the wayside. However, we are now told that a new investigation has been ordered.
Reported by NBC News (https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/prosecutors-ask-fbi-agents-info-uranium-one-deal-n831436):

On the orders of Attorney General Jeff Sessions, Justice Department prosecutors have begun asking FBI agents to explain the evidence they found in a now dormant criminal investigation into a controversial uranium deal that critics have linked to Bill and Hillary Clinton, multiple law enforcement officials told NBC News.

The interviews with FBI agents are part of the Justice Department’s effort to fulfill a promise an assistant attorney general made to Congress last month to examine whether a special counsel was warranted to look into what has become known as the Uranium One deal, a senior Justice Department official said.

Additionally, we now see that the Federal government is asking for public comments on this issue, please go here: https://www.regulations.gov/docket?D=BIS-2018-0011

They are asking for feedback on whether we should minimize imported uranium and use our own resources.

The Secretary of Commerce has initiated an investigation to determine the effects on the national security of imports of uranium. This investigation has been initiated under section 232 of the Trade Expansion Act of 1962, as amended.

Interested parties are invited to submit written comments, data, analyses, or other information pertinent to the investigation to the Department of Commerce’s Bureau of Industry and Security. This notice identifies issues on which the Department is especially interested in obtaining the public’s views.

October 01, 2018 - 05:45 PM EDTFBI’s 37 secret pages of memos about Russia, Clintons and Uranium One

BY JOHN SOLOMON, OPINION CONTRIBUTORTWEET (https://twitter.com/intent/tweet?text=FBI%E2%80%99s%2037%20secret%20pages%20o f%20memos%20about%20Russia,%20Clintons%20and%20Ura nium%20One&url=https://thehill.com/opinion/white-house/409356-fbis-37-secret-pages-of-memos-about-russia-clintons-and-uranium-one) SHARE (https://www.facebook.com/sharer/sharer.php?u=https://thehill.com/opinion/white-house/409356-fbis-37-secret-pages-of-memos-about-russia-clintons-and-uranium-one) EMAILEight years after its informant uncovered criminal wrongdoing inside Russia's nuclear industry, the FBI has identified 37 pages of documents that might reveal what agents told the Obama administration, then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton (https://thehill.com/people/hillary-clinton) and others about the controversial Uranium One deal (https://www.foxnews.com/politics/obama-era-russian-uranium-one-deal-what-to-know).

There's just one problem: The FBI claims it must keep the memos secret from the public.

Their excuses for the veil of nondisclosure range from protecting national security and law enforcement techniques to guarding the privacy of individual Americans and the ability of agencies to communicate with each other.

Sound familiar?

It's a lot like the initial reasons the bureau was reluctant to turn over documents in the Russia collusion investigation, such as former FBI agent Peter Strzok's "stop Trump" texts (https://www.washingtonpost.com/world/national-security/fbi-agent-peter-strzok-fired-over-anti-trump-texts/2018/08/13/be98f84c-8e8b-11e8-b769-e3fff17f0689_story.html?utm_term=.9fdeef2afcd7) or the revelation that Clinton and the Democrats funded the Steele dossier (https://www.nytimes.com/2017/10/25/us/politics/steele-dossier-trump-expained.html).

The FBI's declaration and list of withheld documents - entitled simply "Uranium One Transaction" - were posted recently inside its Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) online vault.

The bureau actually released a handful of documents, but it wasn't a big stretch of either freedom or information. It actually just released already public letters from members of Congress demanding answers in the Uranium One case.

I was the reporter who first disclosed last fall (https://thehill.com/policy/national-security/355749-fbi-uncovered-russian-bribery-plot-before-obama-administration) that a globetrotting American businessman, William Douglas
Campbell, managed to burrow his way inside Russian President Vladimir Putin's nuclear giant, Rosatom, in 2009 posing as a consultant while working as an FBI informant.

Campbell gathered extensive evidence for his FBI counterintelligence handlers by early 2010 that Rosatom's main executive in the United States, Vadim Mikerin (https://www.rferl.org/a/u-s-deports-mikerin-russian-convicted-nuclear-bribery-scheme/29236937.html), orchestrated a racketeering plot involving kickbacks, bribes and extortion that corrupted the main uranium trucking company in the United States. That is a serious national security compromise by any measure.

The evidence was compiled as Secretary Clinton courted Russia for better relations, as her husband former President Clinton collected a $500,000 speech (https://thehill.com/policy/national-security/356323-bill-clinton-sought-states-permission-to-meet-with-russian-nuclear) payday in Moscow, and as the Obama administration approved the sale of a U.S. mining company, Uranium One, to Rosatom.

The sale - made famous years later by author Peter Schweizer and an epic New York Times exposé in 2015 (https://www.nytimes.com/2015/04/24/us/cash-flowed-to-clinton-foundation-as-russians-pressed-for-control-of-uranium-company.html) - turned over a large swath of America's untapped uranium deposits to Russia.

Mikerin was charged and convicted, along with some American officials, but not until many years later. Ironically, the case was brought by none other than current Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein (https://thehill.com/people/rod-rosenstein) - a magnet for controversy, it turns out.

But the years-long delay in prosecution mean that no one in the public, or in Congress, was aware that the FBI knew through Campbell about the Russian bribery plot as early as 2009 - well before the Obama-led Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) approved Uranium One in fall 2010.

Since the emergence of Campbell's undercover work, there has been one unanswered question of national importance.

Did the FBI notify then-President Obama, Hillary Clinton and other leaders on the CFIUS board about Rosatom's dark deeds before the Uranium One sale was approved, or did the bureau drop the ball and fail to alert policymakers?

Neither outcome is particularly comforting. Either the United States, eyes wide open, approved giving uranium assets to a corrupt Russia, or the FBI failed to give the evidence of criminality to the policymakers before such a momentous decision.
Campbell tells me his FBI handlers assured him they had briefed Obama and then-FBI Director Robert Mueller (https://thehill.com/people/robert-mueller), now the Russia special prosecutor, on Rosatom's criminal activities as part of the president's daily briefing and that agents suggested to him that "politics" was the reason the sale was allowed to go through.

After I broke the Campbell story, a predictable pattern occurred. President Trump (https://thehill.com/people/donald-trump) and the Republicans took note. On the flip side, Democrats attacked the credibility of the informer - despite evidence the FBI had given him a hefty $50,000 award of thanks after the case was finished.

And the Jeff Sessions (https://thehill.com/people/jeff-sessions)-Rod Rosenstein Justice Department, likely feeling the heat of President Trump's watchful eye, announced that a prosecutor from Utah was named (https://www.sltrib.com/news/2018/03/29/us-attorney-for-utah-huber-probing-gop-raised-concerns-about-the-fbi-surveilling-trump-aide-ignoring-clinton-uranium-ties/) to look into the matter.

Campbell was interviewed by the FBI, but that was 10 months ago. Since then, nothing has been made public to address the overriding public interest issue.

Perhaps the FBI's unexpected "release" - and I use that word loosely, since they gave up no public information of importance - in the FOIA vault was a warning flare designed to remind America there might be evidence worth looking at.

One former U.S. official, who had access to the evidence shared with CFIUS during the Uranium One deal, said this to me: "There is definitely material that would be illuminating to the issues that have been raised. Somebody should fight to make it public."

That somebody could be President Trump, who could add these 37 pages of now-secret documents to his declassification order (https://abcnews.go.com/Politics/trump-considers-walking-back-declassifying-russia-investigation-documents/story?id=57987255) he is considering in the Russia case.

Or, those Republicans leading the charge on exposing failures in the Russia probe could use their bully pulpits to pressure for the release.

From what we now know, either the CFIUS process was corrupted or broken, or the FBI dropped the ball.
Either outcome is a matter of national interest.

John Solomon is an award-winning investigative journalist whose work over the years has exposed U.S. and FBI intelligence failures before the Sept. 11 attacks, federal scientists' misuse of foster children and veterans in drug experiments, and numerous cases of political corruption. He is The Hill's executive vice president for video.

Former President Bill Clinton appears to have played a role in helping mining magnate Frank Giustra enter into a lucrative uranium mining deal with Kazakhstan. That deal, and the ones that followed, coincided with generous donations to the Clinton Foundation.

What follows is an attempt to organize facts gathered by the New York Times, Newsweek and other news sites into a clear, chronological order.

Late 2004: Canadian mining magnate Frank Giustra creates a company to invest in uranium mining called UrAsia Energy Ltd.

June 2005: Giustra meets (http://www.nytimes.com/2008/01/31/us/politics/31donor.html?pagewanted=all) Bill Clinton at “a fundraiser for tsunami victims at Mr. Giustra’s Vancouver home.” The two hit it off. (Note: Newsweek reports (http://www.newsweek.com/bill-clintons-business-ties-face-scrutiny-87355) Clinton and Giustra first met in January, not June.)

August 2005: Giustra’s company UrAsia Energy sends engineering consultants (http://www.nytimes.com/2008/01/31/us/politics/31donor.html?pagewanted=all) to Kazakhstan, which is home to about 20 percent of the world’s uranium supply. Kazakhstan has a repressive government with a poor human rights record (http://www.hrw.org/news-all/195?date_filter%5Bvalue%5D%5Byear%5D=2005) and a history of unfair elections. Nursultan Nazarbayev has been its only president since 1991. A 2004 Human Rights Watch report stated, “The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) and the Council of Europe found that the elections ‘fell short’ of international standards, citing unbalanced election commissions and media bias favoring pro-presidential parties.”

September 6, 2005: Giustra flies former President Clinton on his private jet for stops in three nations. The stops are all part of Clinton Foundation work to grant cheaper access to AIDS drugs. The first stop on the tour, said to be (http://www.nytimes.com/2008/01/31/us/politics/31donor.html?pagewanted=all) “arranged hastily,” is Kazakhstan. It will be Clinton’s only post-presidential visit to the country.

Clinton then gives a news conference about his AIDS work with President Nazarbayev and afterwards praises him (http://prosites-kazakhembus.homestead.com/090705.html) for “opening up the social and political life of your country.” Clinton specifically praises Nazarbayev for pledges he had made weeks earlier to free and fair elections. Clinton suggested this commitment “will be quite influential in what I hope will be a successful bid to be the leader of the OSCE in 2009. I think it’s time for that to happen, it’s an important step, and I’m glad you’re willing to undertake it.” At the time Clinton made this statement, the U.S. government did not support Kazakhstan’s bid for OSCE leadership, citing (http://www.nytimes.com/2008/01/31/us/politics/31donor.html?pagewanted=all) “serious corruption.”

Also during their one-night stay in Kazakhstan, Frank Giustra tells President Nazarbayev he is seeking a business relationship with Kazatomprom, Kazakhstan’s state-owned (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kazatomprom) uranium mining company. President Nazarbayev replies (http://www.nytimes.com/2008/01/31/us/politics/31donor.html?pagewanted=all), “Very good, go to it.”

September 7, 2005: Clinton and Giustra leave Kazakhstan on Giustra’s private jet.

September 8, 2005: UrAsia Energy Ltd. signs a Memorandum of Understanding with Kazatomprom worth $450 million. The New York Times reports that UrAsia went from a second-tier shell company to leading uranium producer overnight. One uranium industry expert tells the (http://www.nytimes.com/2008/01/31/us/politics/31donor.html?pagewanted=all) Times the selection of UrAsia for the deal is a “mystery.”

November 11, 2005: Zamanbek Nurkadilov, a former Mayor of Almaty who joined an opposition party and threatened to publish documents proving government “high level” corruption in President Nazarbayev’s administration, is found dead (http://www.nytimes.com/2005/11/14/international/asia/14kazakhstan.html). He was shot three times, twice in the chest and once in the head. The government rules his death a suicide.

December 2005: Nursultan Nazarbayev wins another 7-year term as President with 91 percent of the vote. Mr. Clinton congratulated Nazarbayev on the win in a letter (http://www.nytimes.com/2008/01/31/us/politics/31donor.html?pagewanted=all) which states, “Recognizing that your work has received an excellent grade is one of the most important rewards in life.”

Early 2006: Giustra makes a $31.3 million donation (http://www.nytimes.com/2008/01/31/us/politics/31donor.html?pagewanted=all) to the Clinton Foundation. The donation is kept secret until December 2007.

September 2006: Giustra “co-produces” former President Clinton’s star-studded 60th birthday gala (https://www.clintonfoundation.org/main/news-and-media/press-releases-and-statements/press-release-president-clinton-to-join-friends-and-supporters-of-clinton-founda.html), an event which eventually raises $21 million for the Clinton Foundation.

February 2007: Uranium One, a South African mining company, buys (http://www.nytimes.com/2008/01/31/us/politics/31donor.html?pagewanted=all) UrAsia Energy Ltd. for $3.1 billion. The head of Kazatomprom has a private, 3-hour meeting (http://www.nytimes.com/2008/01/31/us/politics/31donor.html?pagewanted=all) with Bill Clinton at Clinton’s New York home to discuss a forthcoming business deal arranged by Giustra. When asked about the meeting by the New York Times, Giustra denied it happened or that he arranged it. When it is pointed out that Moukhtar Dzhakishev, president of Kazatomprom, has a photo with Mr. Clinton taken inside his home during the meeting, Giustra does an about face. Similarly, a spokesman for Clinton initially denies the meeting took place, then issues a “correction” acknowledging it did.

June 2009: A subsidiary of the Russian atomic energy agency, Rosatom, gains a 17 percent ownership share (http://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2015/04/23/us/clinton-foundation-donations-uranium-investors.html) in Uranium One.

2009-2012: Clinton Foundations records show that Ian Telfer, Chairman of Uranium One, made a donation of $250,000 in 2007, but Canadian records (http://www.nytimes.com/2015/04/24/us/cash-flowed-to-clinton-foundation-as-russians-pressed-for-control-of-uranium-company.html?smprod=nytcore-iphone&smid=nytcore-iphone-share&_r=1) show the actual amount was more like $2.35 million during the time Uranium One was being bought by Rosatom.

June 2010: Rosatom seeks a majority ownership share in Uranium One. Because Uranium One owns mining interests in the Unites States, the deal must be approved by the Committee on Foreign Investment. One agency that has to sign off on the deal is the State Department, where Hillary Clinton is Secretary of State.

June 29,2010: The New York Times timeline notes (http://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2015/04/23/us/clinton-foundation-donations-uranium-investors.html), “Bill Clinton is paid $500,000 for a speech in Moscow by a Russian investment bank with ties to the Kremlin that assigned a buy rating to Uranium One stock.” President Putin reportedly thanked Clinton (http://www.nytimes.com/2015/04/24/us/cash-flowed-to-clinton-foundation-as-russians-pressed-for-control-of-uranium-company.html?smprod=nytcore-iphone&smid=nytcore-iphone-share&_r=1) for giving the speech.

October 2010: Rosatom’s majority ownership of Uranium One is approved. The company’s most valuable assets are the mining rights (http://www.nytimes.com/2015/04/24/us/cash-flowed-to-clinton-foundation-as-russians-pressed-for-control-of-uranium-company.html?smprod=nytcore-iphone&smid=nytcore-iphone-share&_r=1) originally owned by UrAsia Energy Ltd., thanks to the deal reached just one day after former President Clinton left Kazakhstan.

Attacking the “ladies” on the tv program “The View” for criticizing Tucker Carlson Jon Rappoport says “Arrest the Clintons”

Anti-Russia? Then arrest the Clintons

On April 23, 2015, the NY Times (https://www.nytimes.com/2015/04/24/us/cash-flowed-to-clinton-foundation-as-russians-pressed-for-control-of-uranium-company.html) ran a story under the headline: “Cash Flowed to Clinton Foundation Amid Russian Uranium Deal.”

I quote the Times: “The sale gave the Russians control of one-fifth of all uranium production capacity in the United States’.”

“But the untold story behind that story is one that involves not just the Russian president, but also a former American president [Bill Clinton] and a woman [Hillary Clinton] who would like to be the next one.”

“At the heart of the tale are several men, leaders of the Canadian mining industry, who have been major donors to the charitable endeavors of former President Bill Clinton and his family. Members of that group built, financed and eventually sold off to the Russians a company that would become known as Uranium One.”

“Frank Giustra…a mining financier, has donated $31.3 million to the foundation run by former President Bill Clinton…Since [US] uranium is considered a strategic asset, with implications for national security, the deal [to sell Uranium One and US uranium to Putin] had to be approved by a committee composed of representatives from a number of United States government agencies. Among the agencies that eventually signed off was the State Department, then headed by Mr. Clinton’s wife, Hillary Rodham Clinton.”

“As the Russians gradually assumed control of Uranium One in three separate transactions from 2009 to 2013, Canadian records show, a flow of cash made its way to the Clinton Foundation. Uranium One’s chairman used his family foundation to make four donations totaling $2.35 million. Those contributions were not publicly disclosed by the Clintons, despite an agreement Mrs. Clinton had struck with the Obama White House to publicly identify all donors. Other people with ties to the company made donations as well.”

“And shortly after the Russians announced their intention to acquire a majority stake in Uranium One, Mr. Clinton received $500,000 for a Moscow speech from a Russian investment bank with links to the Kremlin that was promoting Uranium One stock.”

Note to the women of The View: Try a citizen’s arrest of the Clintons. Stand up. Muscle up. Put the cuffs on these traitors. Live stream it. Thank you for your service.

What’s that? You won’t do it? You’re just a gaggle of monumental bullshitters with your big-time anti-Russian talk?

You want to arrest Tucker Carlson but not the Clintons?

I see.
