the hurricane and the oil spill

oil spill in 2010, since then there has been virtually zero hurricane activity in the stateside area of gulf of mexico. this is something never seen in my lifetime -- 6+ years of NOTHING. not sure if this is a product of the spill and chemical treatment....or if gov has been using their weapons to keep the things away

so this little puffer was either allowed to come in...or it beat their attempts at turning it away from the spill area

either way, i'm looking to see what it turns up. hurricanes shake up a lot of underwater stuff -- changing underwater topography, etc
