game over...Money could work if people quit hoarding or looking always for the so called best deal in town. That's how the pyramid self-sustain itself, from the average Joe to corporations, the same game, buy low sell high or hoard or overconsume. That is what happens when trying to profit on what one gets from *free* from Nature. We can beat ourselves as much as we want, no one can change the zero sum game. Hence money is root cause of evil or we do NOT need it.

The only way to save the planet is to destroy it. Too few care, to overcome the many that don't care.
The earth will shake the parasites off one day and begin to heal.

I think nearly everyone does care. Most people don't want to cause pollution and most people want to do the right thing like reduce their waste production and recycle.

The system is still not geared for recycling as much as it should be. I know some countries recycle plastic soda bottles by charging $2.00+ deposit on them. The bottle is not worth anything but the $2 is worth returning. We used to do this when soda was in glass but since plastic we don't do it.

Many people take their own bags to load their groceries in. Instead of using the disposable plastic ones.

Most countries separate recyclables as part of trash collection but then for some reason send more than half of that to land fill anyway. I know this happens here. Despite having a two bin system most of my recyclables goes into land fill.

So either there are not enough recycling operations out there or the whole thing is being done to make people believe they are doing the right thing so they won't complain?

fish love the cover. anyone that fishes offshore knows that. in an ocean of nothingness a pile of trash is a prime hangout. it can be something as small as a sheet of plywood..or a piece of mooring rope

The only way to save the planet is to destroy it.

2 Peter 3:10 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.

2 Peter 3:13 Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.
