Severo Moto, a political rival of Nguema, said in a 2004 interview with Spanish radio: "He has just devoured a police *commissioner.

"I say devoured because this commissioner was buried without the testicles and the brain.

"[He] wants me to go back to Guinea ... [so he can] eat my testicles."

Nguema is also said to have skinned opponents alive and has eaten their brains.

But as he remained in power for so long, he is said to increasingly believe himself to have God-like powers.

A quick Google search reveals nothing anti-Israeli/Jew from him. Apparently his body guard is trained by Israelis. What stands out is that Equatorial Guinea has a GDP/capita of $30,000, but with 70% of population living below poverty line. Most of the money comes from oil and most goes to the President and his inner circle. He has promoted himself as God, and has granted himself the power to kill anyone he perceives opposing him without repercussions including going to hell.

What stands out is that the US is treating this country the same as others plundered by oil interests. I'd suggest a puppet who might be approaching the point of outliving his usefulness.

Laundered $500 million of treasury funds though a Washington bank. Received $300 million from Exxon and Hess Corp. Seems the US want's to get their hands on some of that loot.

Wow. How uncivilised. I wonder if any other countries around the world behave like that?

It would seem that alleged cannibalism is the only thing that sets him apart. It's a long reach to find something that makes him worse than other world leaders.
