No doubt, but you could be alive. I like the cap, could save your life. It's only effective if directly facing the threat, and while false security might be true, when your life is on the line, any extra tool in the toolbox helps. Brain shots (shots to the grape in cop speak) are 100% fatal. Not with this cap the wearer stands a chance. Plus getting knocked out, bleeding, out of the fight, your attacker would assume you are dead.

The medics show up and look at your body, and maybe you just have a concussion.

The best thing, is to wear it and forget what it does. It's just another ballcap to throw on as you head out the door.
