Yeah that's what came to my mind too from the master of rambling on and on and on, but theres no law requiring a drivers license to buy a vehicle.
He has a license or someone is driving him around...its his trick on words or lack of words.....(what hes not telling you).
I come across many tards like him that claim his very story and in the end they get busted and stand in front of a judge or found to be lying.
If he cant explain how hes doing it...then its not what he claims.

That is true. My brother bought a 1956 Ford pickup when he was 15 (1959) with no license. He was even able to register it with the state. They didn't have mandatory insurance laws in those days, but he must have been able to buy insurance or my father wouldn't have let any of us who did have a licence drive him around.

Back in those days pickup trucks were mostly considered to be farm (Ag) equipment, like tractors. They weren't (technically) intended to be driven on the highways like automobiles.
It was normal for a 12 year old boy to drive the truck, often with a gun rack in the rear window, into town on back roads to pickup stuff. I got a license when I was 14. Insurance wasn't required.
I still love those old pickups. They had a particular scent to them... a combination of bearing grease, gas, sweat and tobacco.

The thing is, when I go to purchase an automobile from a *licensed* car dealer I have to take someone with me who does have a DRIVER LICENSE so they can complete the transaction (as an agent) - a car dealer WILL NOT complete the transaction without a *valid* DRIVER LICENSE. Not only that, in order to transfer the CERTIFICATE OF TITLE TXDOT requires proof of insurance and one cannot get auto liability insurance without a valid DRIVER LICENSE. I know someone who owns insurance companies and I've asked him to look into getting auto liability insurance without a DL and after looking around extensively he advised me, "There are no insurance companies that will do that."
So I have no idea how these car dealers skirt the law to accommodate the messkins and OTMs, perhaps I will look into that when I have some spare time. There's a SHITLOAD of messkins out there traveling around in cars with current registration/inspections (with requires proof of insurance) and they are obviously illegals 'cause they cannot speak a lick of English.

My brother and I were both driving at 12 years old on the ranch. I drove a 1938 chevrolet pickup, he had a 1936 Ford 5 window coupe. Neither were registered or ever left the property except fro a mile or tow of county road from one part of the ranch to another.

Why do you not "educate" these dealers that you are "not required" to have a driver's license?
You've inadvertently done the most damage to your claim you "travel" in your car/truck "without a license" in all the years you've been making your claims, with your headline and commentary.
As for insurance for those without a license, I can attest that GEICO will issue coverage without a driver's license, since my stepdaughter's ex-boyfriend did not have a license.

The part on the application for a passport where one swears under the pains and penalties of perjury as to one's status (citizen or non-citizen national) is the only thing that matters. For the slow on the uptake thinkers like you Fred this means it can be EITHER 'citizen' OR 'non-citizen national'.
As for the SS#, sure, they put the space for the nine digits of the SS# and then advise you that you ***MUST*** include a SS# OR ELSE(!), but I'm here as a faithful witness to attest that the application will fly right through* without one's SS# (one DOES have to put something in that field, but I'm not posting it here lol).
*as in NO delays, NO hiccups, the first time I made the application without the SS# I opted for the expedited return, got it three days IIRC (could have been as much as a week, all I recall is that it was FAST when I went directly to the regional office) - the renewal FLEW through, got it back in like two weeks, and that was without expedited return

You ASSume people are really fucking dumb to accept your spew as truthful. Sorry, but most of us are not.
The State Department is not going to issue you a passport without your birth certificate (yes, you have one), without a System-issued ID (yes, you have one), and without a valid SSN assigned to you (yes, you have one). They don't merely "just accept" whatever lies you put on the application, such as the phony SSN you claimed you used - doing so which is a felony, of course; it's all checked against the various Federal and state databases, and if something doesn't "match," a real, valid, legitimate explanation is needed. And not the sophistry you claim is an "explanation."
You've lost all credibility on your "I'm not required to have a driver's license" lie and on the "I don't submit to the State" lie, when you criticized car dealers for inviting Latinos to buy trucks without a license, and by admitting you submitted to Caesar to get a passport. The very act of getting your passport was submission - you "submitted" the application to the System and paid your tribute. And you did so solely because you wanted the convenience of using an airport in Texas instead of simply "traveling" illegally across borders.

The last of my state issued IDs expired nearly 15 years ago. I had a '54 Chevy truck. The stomp starter linkage got bent somehow and I had to holesaw a hole in the floorboard which I then used a closet pole to push the linkage with to engage the solenoid. Mine would do 'bat turns', as in HARD 90 degree turns at 30+ MPH. Ultimately it threw a rod while driving down the freeway, developing a miss. Pulled over, see a hole in the side of the block - still started and ran just fine, only it had a miss. Drove it like that for another couple of months, just kept adding oil.

Local muni and county courts ignore the US Code. If you knew ANYTHING about this subject then you would know that at the very least.

Mine was 3 on the collum and sometimes jumping from 3rd to neutral when screaming and hauling ass at near 70 mph!
Good times !
;D
Edit!
And for some reason, sometimes the passenger door would open by itself when doing fast left hand turns!
(Never could find out why)
Hoot !

I had a second series '55 Chevrolet 3200 with a 3 speed column shift that jumped out of 3rd also. I overhauled it a couple of times, but never cured the problem. I bought a brand new transmission for $137 which did cure it.
I also experienced the passenger door flying open on a couple of occasions.

All "courts" ignore any statute and the constitution anytime they want. There is no meaningful recourse against nearly all "judges," local, state, or Federal. And that's the point of my position.
Disagree? Tell a Federal "court" to honor the Second Amendment and obey the Dick Act.

Oh I know moron and its quite clear you dont.
Tell me ramble ass what would muni and county courts have to do with citizenship?
Citizenship is a state and federal jurisdiction. Citizenship....what do you know about citizenship?
I bet you didnt realize we have a dual citizenship in the good ole US of A.
I bet you cant even tell why I brought up citizenship for these statutes (US code) you claim, and as usual cant produce.
When you brought up muni and couty I immediately knew your full of shit about these statutes (code)

He he he..
The first thing I would say to any passangers was to watch out for that door, I have had some friends fly out of the truck when messing around some of the old oil patch roads here, no one hurt, tho it was sorta funny to see them sometimes hanging on the door and trying to stay in the truck when it happened..
Same here , reworked the tranny and no joy, never thought of a new one,
Always thought it was just part of the trucks character, which happened to be named the 'Blue ghost" , the reason is one day I was washing the engine compartment and the dam thing started itself, thank god it was in neutral !
That to this day makes me wonder, the how and whys, only happened once, but was enough for me to name it...
Being a 6 volt system , well no radio or any shit....
Pure truck !
5 way a/c
Open the windows (2) side vents (2) and the hood vent "cab" = massive amount of hot air but it did cool the sweat off in this humidity..
Hoot = ;D
