they must be released to continue to poison Americans health and society.

example of criminal released:

NILES -- Officers and agents from several law enforcement agencies found about $32,000 worth of suspected heroin in a storage locker rented by a man already facing multiple counts of drug trafficking.....

locker rented by Arthur Clinkscale, 44, of Covington, Ohio..... Clinkscale was arrested earlier this week at the Jib Jab Hot Dog Shoppe in Girard on multiple charges of drug trafficking after an eight-month investigation during which several undercover buys were made. Authorities have said Clinkscale is a major distributor of powder and crack cocaine.
The roughly one ounce of suspected heroin found in the locker through the search warrant Friday will probably result in additional charges.
He remains in custody without bond and if convicted, he could be sentenced to 20 years to life in prison because of his prior record, D'Alesio said.

Obama calls him a victim
Arthur Clinkscale — Youngstown, Ohio
Offense: Possession with intent to distribute cocaine base; Northern District of Ohio
Sentence: 240 months’ imprisonment; 10 years’ supervised release (Nov. 19, 2002)
Commutation Grant: Prison sentence commuted to expire on Feb. 3, 2017.

President Obama just commuted the sentences of more than 100 people. Here are their names.https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/post-nation/wp/2016/10/06/president-obama-just-commuted-the-sentences-of-more-than-100-people-here-are-their-names/?tid=a_inl&utm_term=.1eb74ebc4f38

President Obama granted clemency to another 102 inmates Thursday as he continued to release federal inmates serving long prison terms for nonviolent drug offenses.
Obama has now commuted the sentences of 774 federal inmates, more than the previous 11 presidents combined. With 590 commutations this year, he has commuted the most individuals’ sentences in one year in U.S. history, White House officials said.
They said Obama will continue granting commutations (http://www.washingtonpost.com/sf/opinions/2016/07/08/one-year-out-2/?utm_term=.327df341b03f)to federal drug offenders through the remainder of his time in office.

“Beyond the statistics, though, are stories of individuals who have overcome the longest of odds to earn this second chance,” White House Counsel W. Neil Eggleston said. “The individuals receiving commutation today are mothers and fathers, sons and daughters, and in some cases grandparents. Today, they and their loved ones share the joy of knowing that they will soon be reunited.”

Meh....simply don't legislate drugs, drug distributing or drug use. Let Darwin sort things out!

the War on Drugs is a scam and many of these guys shouldn't even be in jail

IIRC the last batch had a lot of cocaine related felons in it as well. I wonder exactly how many? Reading that page a few meth but predominately coke. No one is in jail for cannabis then?

Ok 2 marijuana, 1 laundering, I think about 9:1 coke: meth,

You could almost get the feeling they were getting ready to restart the network....
