Hillary Clinton discussed the second presidential debate with Ellen DeGeneres Thursday, calling out Donald Trump for "literally stalk[ing]" her on the stage.
"You stayed so calm," DeGeneres told her during the very friendly sit-down.
Clinton said she could sense Trump's "anger," following the release of his lewd comments about women on a 2005 "Access Hollywood" tape.
"He was really trying to dominate and then literally stalk me around the stage and I would just feel this presence behind me and I thought, 'whoa this is really weird.' So I was just trying to stay focused," said Clinton.
She agreed with DeGeneres' characterization that "it's like debating a teenager."
Clinton said it's "frustrating" to debate Trump because, while "everybody makes mistakes" sometimes on facts, she said he "is consistently spewing forth falsehoods."
The former First Lady said she decided before the first debate that she would direct viewers to her website fact-checks rather than try to challenge him on all of his incorrect statements.
DeGeneres wondered why Trump complimented Clinton for never giving up and being a "fighter" after criticizing her for months for lacking the "stamina" to be president.
"That was the only thing he said that I agreed with," said Clinton.
DeGeneres told Clinton she looked "so good" following her recent health issues.
"If you have pneumonia, stop for a while," Clinton responded.
