Legitimate concern: this could be a stunt to distract from wikileaks and other things like #DrsftOutDaughters. If Comey announces that there is actually nothing there, then Hillary is exonerated and a victim of republican persecution.

What it actually comes down to it those that pray to the televitz vs those that don't believe anything they are told and research it themselves. A lot of people are both brainwashed AND lazy so those are goners. The rest are us, you, me, even Fred sometimes.

We (my family) don't do MSM at all, I only see shit posted online and don't give a grain of salt for anything at all. If something perks interest away I go, first to disprove it and if that fails I go deeper to research what could possibly be true. If that proves a possibility of truth I go even deeper. I mostly try to disprove shit rather than accept anything as gospel. Drives my wife nuts that I will spend hours to dispell something when there are multiple examples of the same shit spewed everywhere... that is how the televitz works.

Funny thing though, my wife is Azain (Filipina), all her friends are the same, many friends. There is not a single one that is voting for hilary. All these Azains and their supporting husbands are not MSM viewers and are not stupid. I learned about this Azain thing on an investing forum pre 2008 and did a LOT of research. Most these guys had the shit kicked out of them with american bitches that took their money. Oh the irony. I fit right in.

Morris makes the point that “even if the FBI goes down the same road it did before, which is to say yeah there were emails, yeah they should have been turned over, yeah they contained some classified material but no, we’re not going to recommend an indictment, it’s nine days before the election. And the very fact that they’re doing this, which is not their policy, their policy is to stay away from the period before an election, that’s why they wrapped up the investigation in early July, for them to do this really changes this whole game.”

“And it comes at a time when Hillary is really in serious trouble,” says Morris. “Two days ago Doug Band had a memo released by WikiLeaks where he brags about how he brought sixty million dollars of revenue into Bill Clinton’s pocket by using the Clinton Foundation and its consulting firm Teneo to line up what are in effect bribes.”

He makes the counter point that it comes at a time when Trump is really hitting his stride, particularly with blue collar voters, by focusing on the Obamacare premium increases that are really roiling the electorate.

In a normal election year, a normal candidate’s close aide who caused even minor embarrassment to a campaign so near to Election Day would be whisked away as quickly as possible to avoid becoming a distraction.

But Huma Abedin is not simply a close aide, she’s a critical member of Hillary Clinton’s tiny inner circle that protects and — at times — enables the deeply flawed and secretive Democratic nominee.

So despite FBI Director James Comey’s announcement that the bureau is reviewing emails from Abedin’s time at the State Departmentreportedly found on a laptop she shared with her soon-to-be ex-husband Anthony Weiner (confiscated as a part of the FBI’s investigation into allegations he sexted with a 15-year-old North Carolina girl), the campaign made clear on Saturday that she’s not going anywhere.

John Podesta, the chairman of the Clinton campaign, told reporters on a conference call that Abedin had been nothing but cooperative with investigators and sat for hours of depositions last summer as part of the civil lawsuit filed by Judicial Watch.

"There's nothing that she's done that we think calls into question anything that she's done with respect to this investigation… we fully stand behind her," Podesta said.

But the new information that the FBI found State Department-related email on her home laptop also calls into question whether Abedin in fact turned over all of the devices she used to send and receive email while working at State.

On June 28, 2016, Abedin said under oath in a sworn deposition that she looked for all devices that she thought contained government work on them so the records could be given to the State Department. (These records were subsequently reviewed by the FBI.)

“How did you go about searching for what records you may have in your possession to be returned to the State Department?” Attorney Ramona Cotca for Judicial Watch asked her.

“I looked for all the devices that may have any of my State Department work on it and returned — returned — gave them to my attorneys for them to review for all relevant documents. And gave them devices and paper,” Abedin answered.

Cotca then asked Abedin specifically what devices she gave her attorneys.

“If memory serves me correctly, it was two laptops, a BlackBerry, and some files that I found in my apartment,” Abedin said, adding the BlackBerry was associated with her Clintonemail.com account.

Abedin maintained that she was “not involved in the process” of what records on her devices would be given to the State Department.

“I provided them [her attorneys] with the devices and the materials and asked them to find whatever they thought was relevant and appropriate, whatever was their determination as to what was a federal record, and they did. They turned the materials in, and I know they did so….”

Abedin was asked whether she supplied her login, password and other credentials to her “Clintonmail.com” account so that her attorneys could eyeball “all of the emails that were on that account” Abedin said she had.

Pressed how she was sure, Abedin said, “I cannot answer that question.”

Abedin said her practice was to rely on her State Department email through her laptop and BlackBerry for the “vast majority of my work” but acknowledged her personal account was a de facto business account too.

“I used that for the Clinton family matters and, frankly, I used it for my own personal e-mail, as well,” she testified.

Abedin helped set up a private email address for Clinton at the start of her tenure as Secretary of State, according to State Department emails. In one email, Clinton wrote Abedin on Nov. 12, 2010: “...I don’t want any risk of the personal being accessible.”

Asked about this exchange in her deposition, Abedin said she interpreted Clinton’s words to mean the Secretary of State hoped personal matters would “not accessible to anybody.”

“I would imagine anybody who has personal e-mail doesn’t want that personal e-mail to be read by anybody else,” Abedin said.

Asked whether the decision was made to deliberately avoid public disclosure through the Freedom of Information Act, Abedin responded, “I absolutely do not believe that no.”

When told she used her Clintonmail.com address for “State-related matters,” Abedin didn’t deny it.

“Yes. There were occasions when I did do that, correct,” she said.

But Abedin said she rarely deleted emails when it came to her official State Department email account or her personal Huma@Clintonemail.com.

“My practice with my Clinton e-mail was similar to what I had with my State account, which is that I left everything in — in the Inbox, and I transitioned to a new e-mail once the Secretary's office was set up, her personal office post State Department. And I was — and I no longer used Clinton e-mail.”

Abedin added that just before she left the State Department and “ceased” using her Clintonemail.com account, she couldn’t “recall how many [e-mails] were returned … I certainly don’t recally how many was on — was on the account. I just left everything on what — on the system, I guess.”

It appears that Abedin amassed emails on her computers and government-issued BlackBerry that she thought were automatically purged.

“The e-mails on my State Department system existed on my computer, and I didn't have a practice of managing my mailbox other than leaving what was in there sitting in there.

“So for my BlackBerry, if I exceeded the limit, I think it auto deleted. But, no, I didn't ... go into my e-mails and delete State.gov e-mails. They just lived on my computer.”

Abedin said she didn’t keep any paper printouts of any of the correspondence that may have been deleted or otherwise lost.

“Honestly, I wish I thought about it at the time. As I said, I wasn't perfect. I tried to do all of my work on State.gov. And I do believe I did the majority of my work on State.gov.

“And many of the instances where I was on Clinton e-mail, it was because I had forwarded something from a State.gov account into Clinton e-mail, and in other instances from my Clinton e-mail I was communicating with somebody who was on a State.gov account, and it was captured through there. I did the best I could to do everything right. It did not occur to me to print and file.”

Abedin was asked if she had “any concerns” about Clinton’s use of her private email server for State Department business.

“I assumed it was allowed,” Abedin answered. “It didn’t occur to us.”

Judicial Watch followed up, asking why no one inquired with a State Department official in charge of managing records to make sure it was allowed.

“We all wish we could go back and that not be the case,” Abedin, a wish that must only be greater 10 days before voters decide her boss’s fate.

Let's think about this:
Weiner got thrown under the bus after the latest sexting revelations. He lost his wife, custody of his son, his career, and he's under FBI investigation and is facing jail.
Jail for sexting kids is bad news, ass-gangbangingly bad news.
Weiner has literally nothing left to lose.
The Huma-Clinton emails were reportedly in a folder marked "life insurance" on Weiner's laptop.
Perhaps, when Weiner realized the gravity of his personal scandal and the prospect of prison, he backed up all Huma's emails onto his computer with the plan of leveraging them in exchange for immunity in the sexting case.
He just put the plan into action. He flipped, cut a deal, got immunity, and the FBI can access these tens of thousands of previously-undisclosed emails and maybe, just maybe bring down the Clinton crime family once and for all.
Perhaps Weiner has been offered witness protection. He can disappear into the sunset and have a second chance at life, with his new identity: Carlos Danger.

Federal investigators looking into the Hillary Clinton email matter have obtained the warrant needed to start reviewing the emails found on a laptop used by Clinton aide Huma Abedin and her husband, Anthony Weiner.

FBI (http://abcnews.go.com/topics/news/whitehouse/james-b.-comey.htm) Director James Comey told Congress Friday that the agency was again reviewing emails related to Clinton's personal server, after it learned of additional information that might be relevant to the case.

Comey sent a letter to key members of Congress informing them that although the FBI had previously announced the completion of its investigation into Clinton's email server, new information had prompted additional review.

"In connection with an unrelated case, the FBI has learned of the existence of emails that appear to be pertinent to the investigation," Comey wrote in a letter released Friday.

In conversations with FBI counterparts hours before Comey disclosed that the FBI was hoping to review newly discovered emails possibly "pertinent" to the Clinton probe, Justice Department officials emphasized that the department has long steered clear of taking such investigative actions close to an election if those actions could potentially influence the outcome of an election, sources familiar with the matter told ABC News.

Justice Department officials were also concerned about the planned disclosure because the FBI had yet to review the newly discovered emails.

"We don't know what this is yet," one source said, adding that no oneknows if "there is any 'there' there."
But Comey "decided to move forward anyway," another source said.

During a House hearing last month, Comey was asked if he would "re-open" the Clinton investigation if "relevant and substantial" information was uncovered.

New York Police Department detectives and prosecutors working an alleged underage sexting case against former Congressman Anthony Weiner have turned over a newly-found laptop he shared with wife Huma Abedin to the FBI with enough evidence “to put Hillary (Clinton) and her crew away for life,” NYPD sources told True Pundit.

NYPD sources said Clinton’s “crew” also included several unnamed yet implicated members of Congress in addition to her aides and insiders.

The NYPD seized the computer from Weiner during a search warrant and detectives discovered a trove of over 500,000 emails to and from Hillary Clinton, Abedin and other insiders during her tenure as secretary of state. The content of those emails sparked the FBI to reopen its defunct email investigation into Clinton on Friday.

But new revelations on the contents of that laptop, according to law enforcement sources, implicate the Democratic presidential candidate, her subordinates, and even select elected officials in far more alleged serious crimes than mishandling classified and top secret emails, sources said. NYPD sources said these new emails include evidence linking Clinton herself and associates to:

Money laundering
Child exploitation
Sex crimes with minors (children)
Perjury
Pay to play through Clinton Foundation
Obstruction of justice
Other felony crimes

NYPD detectives and a NYPD Chief, the department’s highest rank under Commissioner, said openly that if the FBI and Justice Department fail to garner timely indictments against Clinton and co- conspirators, NYPD will go public with the damaging emails now in the hands of FBI Director James Comey and many FBI field offices.

“What’s in the emails is staggering and as a father, it turned my stomach,” the NYPD Chief said. “There is not going to be any Houdini-like escape from what we found. We have copies of everything. We will ship them to Wikileaks or I will personally hold my own press conference if it comes to that.”

The NYPD Chief said once Comey saw the alarming contents of the emails he was forced to reopen a criminal probe against Clinton.

“People are going to prison,” he said.

Meanwhile, FBI sources said Abedin and Weiner were cooperating with federal agents, who have taken over the non-sexting portions the case from NYPD. The husband-and-wife Clinton insiders are both shopping for separate immunity deals, sources said.

“If they don’t cooperate they are going to see long sentences,” a federal law enforcement source said.

NYPD sources said Weiner or Abedin stored all the emails in a massive Microsoft Outlook program on the laptop. The emails implicate other current and former members of Congress and one high-ranking Democratic Senator as having possibly engaged in criminal activity too, sources said.

Prosecutors in the office of US Attorney Preet Bharara have issued a subpoena for Weiner’s cell phones and travel records, law enforcement sources confirmed. NYPD said it planned to order the same phone and travel records on Clinton and Abedin, however, the FBI said it was in the process of requesting the identical records. Law enforcement sources are particularly interested in cell phone activity and travel to the Bahamas, U.S. Virgin Islands and other locations that sources would not divulge.

The new emails contain travel documents and itineraries indicating Hillary Clinton, President Bill Clinton, Weiner and multiple members of Congress and other government officials accompanied convicted pedophile billionaire Jeffrey Epstein on his Boeing 727 on multiple occasions to his private island in the U.S Virgin Islands, sources said. Epstein’s island has also been dubbed Orgy Island or Sex Slave Island where Epstein allegedly pimps out underage girls and boys to international dignitaries.

Both NYPD and FBI sources confirm based on the new emails they now believe Hillary Clinton traveled as Epstein’s guest on at least six occasions, probably more when all the evidence is combed, sources said. Bill Clinton, it has been confirmed in media reports spanning recent years, that he too traveled with Epstein over 20 times to the island.
