What messages did they send? First, they are telling us to make FOIA requests. That was the first tweet in October. All the old tweets are from July and this account was dormant.

TLDR: So the rogue FBI faction is hinting that we can and should submit FOIA requests that would normally be blocked/delayed, because of a revision to their handbook that says employees don't need to tell their superiors about the FOIA requests

One of the things the FBI posted was an updated handbook.

The new version (2013) states that employees don't need to tell their superiors about FOIA requests. What this means is that they can tell you to go pound sand and not release anything or tell anybody. But it ALSO means that they can release information silently as well.

The pardon of Marc Rich was so controversial there was a federal hearing on it. It was originally prosecuted by Federal Prosecutor Mary Jo White, but she stepped down and was replaced by the current director of the FBI James Comey, who ultimately found "No evidence of criminal activity." I've been crapping on about all these number coincidences and so on all the while thinking to myself it's well passed coincidence that the frequency they appear in stories is random chance. You start thinking some one knows in advance or something/someone is planning it out but then you mind boggle at how complicated that would be for even a couple of people to do and have it all line up. So then you wonder what intelligence if any is doing it or capable of doing it. Is it a reality simulation.. all sorts of weird ideas come to mind

Does anyone remember the story a few years back about the news companies auto writing news stories and auto publishing them? I know for sure I saw some of those back maybe 2 years ago (possibly longer) because there were all sorts of contextual errors in spelling or punctuation but then they became less frequent. Either the system got better or they stopped doing it OR they got better at filtering and correcting them. I noticed a lot of them would get edited fairly quickly.

I remember you guys were discussing that bot a few months ago they had to shut down because it went racist on them and when they rebooted it, it did exactly the same thing but much faster the second time around.

I wonder if the FBI is doing something along those lines. Using algorithms to read incoming FOI's and then database matching.

Remember, the FBI themselves could be posting some of these things that they "discovered". For example, they could do the tweets, then anonymously post what the "code" to the tweets is, and thereby fully reveal their message to us in a plausibly deniable way.
