Ryan still has to win a vote to become speaker of the house again when it reconvenes, and it's not looking like it is a sure thing.

Ryan may be done moving forward, but we won't know for sure. The conservative caucus does not want Ryan to be speaker again.

Trump says he will start deportations immediately, he doesn't need a deportation force yet. He can use current ICE agents who have been marginalized for the past 8 years by that faggot nigger Obama. The thing I would love for him / Congress to do is correct their interpretation of the 14th Amendment stating unequivocally that there is no such thing as birth right citizenship for illegals.
