I am almost positive he is sucking the most information from these people that are hoping to pollute his team and he is going to use it against them. Think how you would do this and multiply it by some guy that is very experienced at it. He is playing the beggers before they are shut out of the system.

Exactly what I was thinking. An interview for the best candidate allows the interviewer to get a feel for the potential suitors and what they are thinking. The suitors want to present the most brilliant thoughts to impress their potential boss. I would say that Romney actually has a 2% chance of winning the position.
