I don't think Soros will allow that, especially stage 5 acceptance. Democrats don't follow normal healing cycles. Likely a repeat of stage 2, anger when stage 3 becomes a flop in their face.

The Republican-controlled Congress has the final say. They can dismiss any state's electoral votes by their own votes.
