Pretty routine stuff there, slinging drywall mud was a trade formerly dominated by white guys. Using stilts to do so goes back over four decades. The device that one guy is using to apply tape is called a banjo, also been around for over four decades.

A couple weeks ago at a job site, one of the inspectors fell off a roof because he wasn't harnessed. All of the workers were harnessed per OSHA, but the inspector wasn't. It happens, even if videos like this show people cheating death!

I hope singular_me sees this thread; she thinks that people will do this sort of work for free because they love it.

Thanks man, never saw that and have to do a few patches here. Watching that makes me wonder why it takes me hours when these guys can do it in seconds... Just found it interesting.

Those guys in the video you posted were doing it low tech, this is how serious mud slingers do it, with Bazookas and boxes -

Or don't even bother with taping -

Can't you wake up and just enjoy the infighting without interjecting? It really can't be that tough out there man.

Do it again and you might be included.

Falls happen. It's been one month since my fall, and my ankle is still fucked up. One fall, out of work for maybe 2 months it's looking like.

Be careful, everyone. You only cheat death until you fall, and then after you fall, you gotta fix what you broke. If you are still around. Life is too short, be safe.

Can't disagree with him. As with any "conspiracy theory," there are two types of shills:

1) those who dispute any fact or explanation as "insane" or "tin foil";
2) those who attack anyone who uses discernment and rejects the absurd and patently untrue.

The 9/11 Pod People are an example of the latter.

Not everything put forth about #PIZZAGATE is true, but most of it is not false or insane.

Problem Pete is that your no longer invincable. Your older now and don't bounce back as fast, you just fall and break now. Tough stuff but it's part of life. This is why you should stay on top of your game and not allow stupid shit to happen to you. Work out, get Huge, be the best fighter in the universe, but don't fall. vulnerability weighs in high now.
