In the stock market!

Where should we put our money to work? Name your favorite stocks here.

The stock market people have never been more bullish. All are in agreement we will see another 5,000/6,000 pts. added to the DJIA in two years. Some think we will see another 1,000 pt. run in the next two weeks.

Do we want to go all in, or risk being left in the dust?

Never mind that these same people said Hillary would be good for stocks and a Trump win would crash the market...this is where we're at now.

Place your picks now and we all can realize our dreams together!

no stock pick, but a sector pick -- commods and countries that produce them have been beaten down. not a bad time to start building a position for a rebound

My HR rep at work was confused why I didn't want to take part in the companies 401k... lol I said I don't like gambling. She said it's not gambling it's investing. I said an investor is a gambler, the odds are always in Wall Streets favor, just like the casino. Thanks but no thanks.

Do they match? If they match 50-100% the odds shift in your favor.

Come on, what could possibly derail the biggest, longest bull market in stock market history?

Prior to the US punishing Russia over Crimea TPTB were pushing the dollar on an orderly decline on the dollar index to the low 70% range. Afterwards, the price of oil tanked and the dollar jumped into thhe 90s % range on the dollar index. I wonder what their current targets are.

I never started a 401k, and although my company also provides a match incentive, if I'm going in it's for the long haul, and right now the long haul does not look good. I'll wait until the next recession/depression runs its course, and if we're all still around, I'll start my 401k then.

Yeah it's a pretty great match, and if I believed that the government would never raid private retirement accounts I'd probably start one. But the debt bubble is far to gone and I have a feeling when things start falling apart they'll raid the private retirement accounts leaving people with worthless treasury IOU's.

I think of it as diversification.

Sorry for you. Buy more stocks on margin, you'll get it back.
If it goes down tomorrow, buy more! It has to go up. Turn on the business news, they will assure you you're doing the right thing.

If they match, a 401K is a great opportunity. Mine doesn't match, so I don't use it. It's hard thinking about retirement, that's why I think a matching 401K is a good way to diversify. The company is just giving you money in that.

Who knows how long they can kick the can down the road. If they start raiding private retirements, it's basically TSHTF at that point. Everything would collapse, stock market, currency, businesses. I figure I've got to work for another 20 years, I want to anyway, I'd like to have something for retirement other than PM's and preps.

Any thoughts on a good prepper's retirement? No debt by then for starters. I doubt a lot of us will see any social security. Calling that an entitlement program is BS when we've been paying into it since we started working.

In the near future, I think there's a big pump and coming dump in the stock market that's going to happen. They will blame it on Trump once he's in the white house. He will have to deal with that pre planned crash by TPTB from the beginning, and the media and everyone will pounce on him to solve it. Things aren't looking too good in the near future, but that's just my opinion.

This is actually a strong sell signal. Sure it could probably gain another 1000 pts or even 2000 in the next two weeks, but this baby will be thrown out with the bath water!

The stock market is a system designed and run by Jews to fleece the goyim. I'll stick to tangible investments...gold, silver, land, guns, ammo.

I put in 6%, up to the company match for exactly that reason and I'm not depending on my 401K as my sole medium for income at retirement. Spread it wide and sit back and watch the show. I keep some money in the stock market in case (((they))) win I won't be totally fucked
