Do we think it's a real story or perhaps a staged fake story. North korean children wearing UK football t shirts. How could that be tolerated?

Who supplied those well formed railway tracks to a country that, lets face it, is supposed to be 3rd world. Using what I would consider to be current design concrete sleepers under the rails. Not some shoddy poorly formed and badly aggregated concrete slag for pouring sleepers. Sure the station platform looks a bit crummy but the line looks better than I would expect for this country.

Hard to know in this day and age what is true and what isn't.
