I've known Christ wasn't born in Dec for roughly 10 or 11 years now. There's a passage in the bible (and I cant remember it clearly) but if you are paying close attention to the details itdescribes a certain plant being in bloom. This plant blooms for only two weeks out of the year. And I believe it was in bloom when the angels approached Joseph telling him that Marry was not with another man and not to worry that she was pregnant with the Lord.
So many little (major) hints in the Bible that go unnoticed, but they are in there for a reason. That plant if my memory is correct is in bloom during the month of Dec.
9 months after Dec is Sept.
I dont have a problem with celebrating Christ birthday in Dec......He is "Emanuel" after all (meaning God with us) and He was with us the very moment God put Christ in Mary's womb.
