Well I'm very surprised you make that admission.

And in the spirit of fairness I will do the same.

In the old testament women did have it very rough as the penalty for transgressions were severe. But I will say this by time Jesus shows up on the scene he was very kind and did much to defend them.

My two favorite examples. The adulteress, he protected from the mob wanting to stone her in accordance with the law and The woman who washed, his feet with her hair and expensive perfume.

Jesus made sure that her act of devotion to him was placed in the scriptures so all would read and know about her.


My Momma, would always tell me: son it's not so much how you start out that's important but how you finish.

So both faiths start out hard but only one takes you to a place we're you are much better off.
