Until "law enforcement" (and politicians) are held personally responsible* for these abominations, it will continue.




* and by that, I mean financially and punitively, as well - you "arrest" someone for a non-crime, you suffer their statutory penalty.

It should carry the most severe of fines because just one arrest has the potential to damage you financially forever.

That level of danger should go both ways.

I thought it was funny how, after the pavement ape in a suit said it could be converted to a full auto machine gun, and then the shop owner explained how it would be impossible to chamber and fire actual ammunition out of the tiny plastic bb barrel, the ATF doubled down and continued to claim that they really can be converted to military grade weapons. Ha!

Tax money would be defending him. fed.gov has an unlimited budget for all intents and purposes.
