First I hear about it, but it actually makes sense. Her "Michelle is a tranny" seems scripted, and then she "died/was murdered" to put emphasis on it.

She does look and sound like Joan Rivers. Further I don't remember there being much of a discussion prior to Michelle Obama's supposed trannyhood.
