This vid is shot from the east of the building, given that all reports say it was the north side of the tower that failed first.
Note that from around the 20 second mark there are sounds of loud 'cracks', at 33 seconds you see a large plume of flame below the point where the north wall begins to sag, then at 37 seconds the wall begins to fall down starting at a point 2 floors above where the plume was. By 42 seconds the wall is in 'free fall' and appears to be pulling the rest of the structure down with it, by 44 seconds all the upper floors are falling and the floors below are failing as they are hit by the upper floors. What appears to be the central core holds on for another second or so before all dropping and by 51 seconds the whole structure is down.
It would be interesting to see if the exists any videos of the south aspect of the building, I suspect it would look very similar to the famous footage of the WTC7 collapse.

In a brazzen attempt to further their faulty rhetoric regarding the 911 tower collapses, NIST operatives have used mini nukes and other CD means to bring down a 17 story steel structure on fire in Tehran.

The Plasco Building (Persian (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Persian_language): ساختمان پلاسکو, Sakhteman Plasko) was a 17-story high-rise building in the capital city of Iran, Tehran (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tehran). It was built in 1962 during a decade of rapid economic growth in Iran by the prominent Iranian Jewish (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Persian_Jews) businessman mohamad bagher ghalibaf (https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Mohamad_bagher_ghalibaf&action=edit&redlink=1), named after his plastics company.[1] (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plasco_Building#cite_note-latimes-1) It was used as a residential and commercial building, with a major shopping center on its ground floor, a restaurant on its upper floor, and several clothing workshops.[2] (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plasco_Building#cite_note-2)
The building primarily collapsed vertically, causing minimal damage to neighboring buildings.

TEHRAN, Jan. 19 (MNA) – President Rouhani ordered immediate action to deal with the collapse of Plasco Building incident which is feared to have claimed some lives from firefighters and shop owners. Offering condolences over possible death and injury of some “dear fellow Iranians” in the tragic event of fire and collapse of Plasco Building in central Tehran, President Rouhani issued an executive order urging the Minister of Interior Affairs, Abdolreza Rahmani Fazli, to immediately investigate the causes of the accident, identify the responsible, take care of the injured ones, and compensate the losses of the losers with quick measure of all entities in charge.
Built and opened in 1962 in Iran, Plasco Building was for some years the tallest construction of the city with a height of 42 meters. Early in morning, on Thursday, the 9th floor of the building was caught by flares of fire, suspected to be caused by human mistake, and despite the efforts of fire fighters of the capital city the highly inflammable stock stored in the building, mainly textile and paper packages, swallowed the whole building and it finally collapsed.
Around 30 firefighters, who were trying to evacuate the building and extinguish the fire, and an unauthorized number of storehouses’ owners, who were trying to rescue their belongings, are feared to be trapped under the debris.
