Watched NBC live inauguration coverage, not the swearing in, for one minute this morning because YouTube provided NBC live feed. In that one minutes NBC commentator issued 4 left-handed negative insult comments. NBC is the parent company of Buzzfeed that put out totally faked up report about Trump recently.

I then watched Infowars/show live coverage for 1 and one half minutes and virtually all of it was glowing compliments.

I am thankful so far the rioters have not created the havoc they wanted.

I can only guess that it’s some kind of tradition to have a leader from the opposing political party speak at a presidential inauguration and Team Trump picked Chuck Schumer (at least it wasn’t Nancy Pelosi. Or *shudder* Harry Reid). Heaven knows I can’t figure out why the Senate Minority Leader would have a reason to speak otherwise.

The whole time I listened to Chuck, I just kept thinking that I could take him a lot more seriously if I actually thought he believed what he was saying. But it’s just the same old stale Democrat social justice talking points that brought us to a day where Donald Trump is being sworn in as POTUS.

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer delivered a fiery speech during the inauguration on Friday that appeared to take shots, however indirectly, at Donald Trump.

With Trump sitting several feet away just minutes before he was sworn in as president, the Democratic senator said Americans "live in challenging and tumultuous times," citing "a fractured media, a politics frequently consumed by rancor."

The minority leader proceeded to highlight many of the minority communities that Trump disparaged at times during the 2016 presidential campaign. Schumer particularly highlighted immigrants — whom Trump occasionally dubbed "rapists" — and people with disabilities.

"We face threats foreign and domestic," Schumer said. "In such times, faith in our government, our institutions, and even our country can erode. Despite these challenges, I stand here today confident in this great country for one reason: you, the American people."

He added: "Whatever our race, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity. Whether we are immigrant or native-born. Whether we live with disabilities or do not. In wealth or in poverty, we are all exceptional in our commonly held, yet fierce devotion to our country."

Schumer celebrated the transition but emphasized equal protections for Americans.

"Today we celebrate one of democracy's core attributes: the peaceful transfer of power. And every day we stand up for core democratic principles enshrined in the Constitution. The rule of law, equal protection for all under law, the freedom of speech, press, religion. The things that make America, America."

I wanted to share this from a gal who's in one of my groups. Feel free to share:


"I went to the inauguration yesterday. I just wanted to share what Trump was up against. There were ticketed gates, red gate, blue, green orange etc. There were also the free gates. Joel and I walked down to the first Free gate. This would be where the people entered to fill up the grassy area in front of the Washington monument. This gate was shut down by protesters. We walked on down to the next gate and it was shut down by protesters. No one was making them move. We walked on down to the next gate and it was NOT shut down by protesters but there were thousands of people trying to get in that one gate. This is something they won't tell you on tv. Those people didn't even get to see the inauguration because they were standing in line.

Another thing....

I drove to Harpers Ferry WV and rode the train into DC. We got off at union station. There we were supposed to get tickets handed to us to fill the bleachers at the parade. No one was handing them out. No one ever handed them out; so when Trump made his procession, the bleachers were empty. That my friends wasn't some oversight. That was intentional. But the press would have you believe that no one showed up. Then the parade was delayed due to rioting and protesting."
