The Law of the Land and Due Process of Law are one and the same

http://i64.tinypic.com/k2im9y.jpg

As to due process, it begins with notice and endows you with the right to inquire. Inquiry is ASKING QUESTIONS. Your right to inquire is done when you make the first statement. "I am JOHN DOE" is a statement. You don't even want to give your name. Want to make it an inquiry? How about "Did you know I am called JOHN DOE?"

When inquiry is complete [i.e., you made a statement] then it is off to HEARING with you where you can reflect on your behavior issues behind gray iron bars.
